My daughter came here for a Sunday breakfast. We were greeted almost immediately and seated. We ordered chicken wings with waffles w/hot honey, a short stack fruity pebbles pancakes and eggs and bacon. The food came out hot and fresh and a good portion (we took half home). Everything was just right not too sweet or too salty, this is hard for a lot of places to achieve and they nailed it. We will be maki N this our regular spot! read more

I was in the neighborhood and looked up "breakfast places near me". BB's Brunch popped up, it was closer than I thought and, I was hungry! I ordered pancakes, home fries, scrambled eggs and, fried chicken!!! Wow, wow, wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pancakes were PERFECT, eggs fluffy and, the chicken was fried to perfection! The home fries were good too!!!! I DEVOURED my food! Staff was pleasant and attentive! The only reason this is not five stars is because it was cold in there. I think this is a new place, no excuse though. We were there for brunch on Saturday.The food wasn't terrible. Way too many options on the menu and it doesn't seem they have the support to crank these orders out like they should (wait time was way too long) .They could benefit from either a fountain machine for drinks or bottled drinks in a cooler. Allowing customers to watch you pour drinks from 2 liter bottles is unacceptable. Servers didn't have their hair pulled back so there was 12-30" of hair swinging around your plate as they carried it to your table (1 plate at a time with at least 7min in between each plate delivery). The staff gathered at the counter chatting while we watched one person struggle to bring one plate at a time to the table, no sense of teamwork. Lastly, the selection of music being played while a large party of young children and parents dined consisted of very vulgar language. It did not appear to register to the staff that this was problematic. Fire the DJ !!! I hope that management (whom I don't believe was present) reads this review and makes the necessary changes. My friend found this brunch spot from a content creators page. At first I admit was I very leery to try but I decided to take a chance and emailed for a reservation for this morning. I got confirmation back saying that date and time worked. My friend and I showed up and the door was locked and the lights were off. I checked my email to see if i missed something. nope. i finally check the business ig story and see the business is closed today. no explanation but a "we'll be open tomorrow" ... really wanted to give a black business a try but they have let me down yet again. the one star is generous. The food is so good! It didn't take long fortunately during the time that I went. I only got a short stack this time, but I plan to try several other things on the menu! The service is pretty good, definitely "Mom & Pop" The only issue is that I'm not sure why the phone number doesn't work because I tried to call ahead for my takeout order. Last Saturday I called & ordered a shrimp & crabmeat omelet before I left work. They told me 20 minutes. I went to Family Dollar right across the street to give them a little more time. Gets there food not ready 15 minutes is what they said. A whole hour & 5 minutes later they come with we don't have any wheat bread for toast!! When I looked at my omelet it's usually crab meat on the top, I questioned that with no response. It looked like they took a piece of crabmeat & broke it down for the inside. I was not offered a COMPLIMENTARY ANYTHING. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED Have been there many times never had such bad service as that. Guess I'm done with them & referring them to anyone. read more

We sat down order took by walk-in after us food never came out . Once food ordered wrong order came out 1 hour later . We had to walk out .

we visited with a reservation on Sunday and they wasn't prepared at all. after a two hr wait for eve to get there food was very frustrating for the waitress to keep coming back with items that they didn't have after waiting forever to get. no one got there whole meal at once which you couldn't enjoy your entire meal. the waitresses need training on serving a large crowd although all but one was pleasant. I spoke to them about better service and still gave a gracious tip. I won't leave out that most of the food was good and the birthday girl food came last but they brought it out really nice singing happy birthday. also the music was really loud but after asking them to turn it down a little so we can here each other in conversation. I went to the is establishment based solely off of reviews. Highly disappointed. The food was good, well seasoned and hot. Unfortunately, there were shells in my eggs. The service leaves a lot to be desired. We waited a normal wait time to be seated, however, after being seated I believe we were forgotten. Multiple couples came in after us and were give drinks, silverware, and even served before our order was ever taken. After about 35 mins a gentleman offered us water after telling us that we should wait for the drinks we ordered because there were no refills. The waitress, took our order but completely forget to put it in, she had to come back and ask us what we ordered... this is clearly after darn near an hour of being here. The bus guy offered his apologies for our wait numerous times which was very appreciated but he begin telling us his life story while we waited. Lol I thank him for that, it is clearly what kept us from leaving. When we asked for the bill( they surcharge for credit cards), a different young lady was a tad bit rude after I asked for my receipt. Overall, it was just ok.
