Great lunch here! Solid veggie options. Easy ordering via kiosk. Lots of space to do work. Quick service and very friendly. Food was great, healthy, and filling! Not the best parking around here so may want to use public transport or bike on a nice day. Overall def will be back and looking forward to enjoying more of what they offer! read more

While in Philadelphia for work, my office ordered lunch through Seamless, and I'm so glad we chose Café Square One! This was my first time actually trying it and it definitely lived up to the hype of the Yelp reviews. My wrap had chicken, hummus, lettuce, and feta, and it was so delicious. My chicken was very good, very tender and seasoned well. It also had a great creamy hummus to tie all the other ingredients together. The feta added just enough saltiness to balance out the rest of the flavors. All of the ingredients were very fresh, and my wrap was extremely soft, yet still maintained its form completely as I ate. I also ordered a Nutella hot chocolate. It was delicious! It was my fist time having a Nutella hot Chocolate. I usually just get a normal hot chocolate. The pita chips served as an additional side item with this sandwich and proved to be quite enjoyable. The pita chips had a good crunch and were able to pair with the wrap very well. I ended up eating all of the pita chips! It was a great lunch and I enjoyed my wrap! I would likely order from Café Square One again in the future, especially, if that wrap is still on their menu! read more

I was looking for a breakfast that I knew would taste good but would be quick so low and behold...I came back here. I don't have much to say except I really enjoyed my food. I even added spinach to my sandwich and there was no issue with it! Plenty of restaurants compromise on food quality because of demand but I'm very grateful that they don't! I didn't love my lemonade but that is a personal preference I think others would enjoy it. I also got a pastry and it was just okay. Overall quick quality place to grab a bite! read more

My new favorite post workout spot. Bagelicious $11 (chive onion cream cheese, arugula, avocado, tomato, red onion, cucumber, sprouts) was a healthy bagel that was filling but did not leave me feeling heavy Chori-crunch $13 (spiced chorizo, scrambled eggs, cheddar, hashbrown, avocado, jalapeno, picked red onion, cilantro, chipotle aioli on brioche bun was delicious! The spice level was good for me. The guy at the table next to mine ordered the same thing. He took a bite and commented to his friend how spicy it was and got up looking for water Rose Blossom Oolong $5.50 (oolong tea with rose and steam milk) was something unique. Freakishly good veggie cheesesteak! I only wrote this review to applaud the cheesesteak. It was loaded with ingredients, not messy and full of flavor. It's actually hard to impress me when it comes to a plant-based cheesesteak but Cafe Square One got the job done. I've had other takeout items from here in the past but nothing ever "wowed" me. The inside was clean and there always seems to be people dining in/working at the tables, which is nice because that tells me this place gets a good amount of foot traffic. I ordered on the self service kiosk and my order was ready in about ten minutes. They also provided a reusable bag. Don't sleep on this place! read more

We were visiting Philly not too long ago and we really enjoyed Cafe Square One for a quick grab and go breakfast! The cafe is your typical cafe with a few places to sit inside! I liked that you can order on their kiosks and customize your order to your liking! You don't see that everywhere and for someone who has a lot of food restrictions that was a plus for me! My husband ordered the choripan breakfast sandwich and I ordered the eggceptional breakfast sandwich and both were DELISH! If you like spicy then go with the Choripan! You won't be disappointed. I absolutely loved the house made spicy maple pork sausage in the eggceptional sandwich and the chipotle ketchup was such an amazing addition! Next time we are in town, we are planning to go back and try their lunch sandwiches which look just as delicious! read more

This is my first yelp review, but I absolutely loved this place! The food, coffee, and smoothies were amazing, the staff was friendly, and they played such good music and had such a cozy environment with a wall of paintings of pop culture and meme characters! My eggspanola on brioche was good- quite a heavy sandwich with a small kick of spice from the aioli. They are busy and so don't expect handholding or much interaction. It's ordering on a screen. Cute decor and clean interior. Just FYI all pickup/grubhub/uber eats orders are placed on a small shelf in the back corner. I had a pickup order and was waiting awhile for it- I finally managed to get someone's attention to ask about it. I got snapped at that it was back there. Understand people are busy but maybe put a larger sign or put the shelf with pickup orders closer to the front. read more

This is a very healthy place to grab a quick meal. The menu is pretty simple in description and options are plentiful. All of the chicken is grilled, the bread is very fresh baked and all of the ingredients are super fresh. The only glitch I found as a first timer was ordering from the touch screens. It seemed like there was too much with not enough directions from the menu. I was glad that it was not too busy so the counter help was able to assist me. Well worth the tip for helping me place my order. The Firey Philly Cheesesteak was absolutely the best thing I have tasted in any Philly in Philly. It is HOT! The Chicken Caesar Wrap was loaded with fresh chicken and lettuce with a sweet Caesar dressing. The Buffalo Chicken salad was huge and very fresh but not as unique as the other food we ordered. I loved that everything was super fresh and the service was very quick. I would definitely return and I want to try the Cuban panini next time. read more

This is a nice cafe with great quality food and drinks. I enjoyed the goddess breakfast sandwich with the salted caramel toffee latte. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They were able to switch to ciabatta bread. The sandwich was flavorful with fresh pesto and incredibly filling. It pairs wonderfully with the espresso beverage. Cafe Square One provides a cafeteria-style feel with a wide selection of food and drink offerings. You order from a kiosk which I believe has pictures of all the various offerings. Grab a menu if there are a few people ahead of you as they offer tons of breakfast and lunch items. My go-to has been the Swedish Fish! There are plenty of seats to go around, however, it does get busy at times. You'll grab your own seats and pick up your food once it is ready. Please try to clean up after yourself once you wrap. It is a regular stop for me and recommend you consider it for your rotation as well! read more

I actually really like this place. I've been coming here for a little while now and I'm ashamed that I didn't write a review for it yet lol. Long story short, this place doesn't really miss. Their food is delicious, their service is quick, and they have a modern cafe vibe that you'll just appreciate. I've tried multiple things off their menu but on this trip i had the Swedish fish sandwich (nova lox), and it was delicious. I never had a nova lox sandwich that tasted this fresh. I've been to Cafe Square One a few times now for their salads and breakfast sandwiches, and while it's a very cute cafe, I've only done pickup so far. They have a great variety of salads and sandwiches. My go-to is the protein salad without chicken--it's very filling and still packed with protein from the fresh mozzarella and egg. I've also tried the Green Goddess breakfast sandwich with pesto and arugula, which is a refreshing twist on a classic egg sandwich. Cafe Square One is super close to home and really convenient. FOOD I ordered the spicy Philly panini to-go for lunch. It was made fresh, hot, and flavorful. The chicken was juicy, the sauce flavorful, and the ciabatta bun light and crisp. I'll definitely be back in the future to try other items on their extensive menu (salads, protein bowls, and many more)! DRINKS They offer a variety of coffee drinks, specialty lattes (both tea and coffee), and smoothies. AMBIANCE The interior is very clean and modern. There's a lot of tables to catch up with friends, read, or get some work done. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly. It does take about 15-20 minutes for your order to come out once you order from one of two kiosks inside the store. Online ordering is also available. Love this little joint! I've been trying to find paninis that aren't the standard chicken caprese or pesto - i would highly recommend their spicy philly panini; it has the makings of all things that make a gr8 sandwich along with gr8 umami flavors. But if thats not your thing, there are 15+ paninis to choose from! I do wish they served fries tho - bc what's a sandwich w out fries? Don't forget to get their vietnamese iced coffee or one of their other fun beverages to top it all off. The place is adorable too, and a nice place to get some work done. read more

Almond croissant was just absolutely out of this world. Super delicious and yummy. However, the pesto chicken sandwich just had a big block of grilled chicken with little to no seasoning and the sandwich itself was very hard to chew and finish. The ban mi was solid and the pesto sadwhcih was just ok. Around 5-6 tables but took at least 20 minutes for our food to come out. Seems like a hit or miss place. read more

So happy this opened in center city!! Nice and large space with a nice and large menu. Great to go experience! I got the Eggsplicit bagel sandwich and it was VERY good. But the bagel was a little chewy and not the best (maybe I should have ordered it toasted?). My friend got the bulgogi bahn mi which was tasty. There's an option to add any special instructions and we found the staff here to be diligent in following those instructions. I stumbled across this place looking for breakfast, and I am SO glad that I did. I ordered the eggiesaurus and a dulce de leche latte, both of which were fantastic. I came back again to try the honeysuckle latte and to do some work since they have a nice seating arrangement, and I was just as impressed. This place is so good! The atmosphere is chill, I saw a lot of people on their laptops and the vibes are relaxing. It's a clean and cute spot - service 10/10, everyone there was so sweet and provided great customer service. I got an iced caramel brûlée latte, loved it - tasted all the flavors which is where a lot of other cafes fail.
