Eh, not very good. I ordered the nachos and they arrived cold. I asked our server and he checked with the kitchen, came back and told me that because they have to refrigerate the black beans and salsa, the dish is served cold. I've never worked in a restaurant, but I've also never considered chips with unmelted cheese to be nachos. I traded them for tacos and while they were passable, the nasty snark of the server who stopped by to make sure they were "warm enough" really left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

We really wanted to have another beer and order lunch although we were sitting at the bar we were never able too as wet were ignored the whole time we were there after receiving our first beer. Love this place. I've been for brunch, dinner and just beers. My personal favorite beer is their Vermont style IPA- yum! They also have a great cocktail menu, though - the bartenders seem to make magic happen if you're wanting something a different. I've also enjoyed some decent glasses of wine - they seem to have it all. As for food - they have amazing brussel sprouts with blue cheese and balsamic. Their pork taco is insane- always have to get one. And their brunch menu is worth checking out. I can't remember what it was called, but it was grits (or polenta) and eggs and so good.... mmmm. The service is also good, but it's suuuppeer relaxed - which works for me, I love it. Sometimes, it's not as appreciated. Regardless of that - this is a place to frequent. read more

Had dinner with the boyfriend today. Beer was excellent. Had a Georgia Peach cocktail and it was delicious. Queso and chicharrones with chips are highly recommended. We had a new waitress so maybe that's why the boyfriend got his tacos 15 minutes before I got my vegan bowl. There was no explanation given. The short rib taco was dry and vegan bowl lacked some flavor. Asked for salt to get it there. Overall, definitely come for the beer but I would not recommend the food experience. read more

Love this brewery! Great sour beers when I'm in the sour mood, but a solid assorment of beers. The Guest Taps always have a variety for any flavor you're feeling. This place is really cool. Indoor out door seating. However my first few visits I thought this place had to be brand new...nope they say they've been around for about a year. Reasoning for me to ask...the service here is terrible! If you sit at the bar, beware. The 3-4 female bartenders are so busy looking on what's on each other's phones or gossiping that it takes forever to get a beer. The service at the tables is hit or miss. Some servers have brought us our chips and Salas's and appetizers, others seem too busy and forget. Luckily they take it off of the tab. The food is good. The tacos are really good which is what the 3 stars are for. Good selection of meat or non meat options. Flavorful. Street taco sized but full with fillings. Parking is easy too. But the service has always been rocky every time we come. read more

Yummmm, this is my new favorite spot in Arvada. The staff is super nice and the food is delicious. I love their beer and cocktail selection and (for now), it's quiet enough that you can always find a spot. I have to say I think I love them most of all because they have a drink that combines beer with kombucha - how could you go wrong? The craft beer is wonderfully complex and yummy. The brew meister(s) truly has serious skills with his craft. We sampled and enjoyed four pulls and they were all fantastic. The food was also an amazing contribution to a nice afternoon. The vegatarian and peskatarian options at brew pubs is usually less than stellar. However, the options at New Image were quite good. THIS is what modern bar food could be if progressive tastes are considered. Healthy, fresh, tasty, nutritious and at a fair price point. Wow. Loved this place. Vegan food is hard to come by in Arvada, so when I found out that New Image not only has delicious brews, but also fantastic vegan fare, I was stoked! I judge a place on their nachos and these nachos are fantastic! Covered in guac, pico, and vegan chorizo, these nachos go great with a cold beer. Drove down from Fort Collins to check them out and try their East Coast Transplant new England style IPA. Would bet they are getting a lot of this due to all the publicity these beers are getting. Giving them 5 stars for everything about the place but deducting 2 stars for their math skills and price gouging. Space is excellent, beers are very good across the board. Excellent food and also an impressive guest tap list. Have been to almost 250 Colorado breweries and overall they are in the top 10% . However, have never seen anything as blatant as how they priced the IPA to take advantage of the fad. $8.00 for a 10 ounce pour is outrageous and has to be gouging since they sell it in 4 packs for $10. MATH lesson guys......that's $1.00 an ounce on draft and .21 cents an ounce in the can. Doesn't add up. Almost 500% different? Kind of a slap in the face to your local regulars. read more
