In February, they told me that the cost to replace a board in the furnace was $850.00 in one of my rental properties . In the past if they quoted me a price of $850.00 the bill would be $850.00. This time in February billed me $1125.14 after quoting $850.00. When I asked to talk to the owner's daughter, the lady on the phone said that the owners daughter was on vacation and she would call me back in a week. I called again in March and asked to talk to Carrie, the owner's daughter. The same lady again said that Carrie is on vacation and she will call me back the following week. I still have not heard from Carrie. The crazy part is the February bill had a traveling charge! They have never charged me anything called traveling charge. On February 11th no one in the service industry had a traveling charge! Since I was a customer for over 15 years and Carrie and her family has provided excellent service, when I have been asking them to call me back for over 2 months, I am of the opinion that the business was sold and the new owners are not honorable.
