It was only about 4:30 and they do not close until 8:00. They told me that they had already cleaned their saw so they could not cut a steak. That would've never happened under the old ownership. They went out of their way for customer service. I really hoped that it was just some growing pains, but it's been long enough and things aren't getting better. If the new owners don't get a handle on things I'm afraid they're going to lose a lot of business. They've lost mine.
