They've earned such a terrible reputation that you almost never see any customers at this location. It's been a while since I've tried it so I decided to give it another shot. I'm sorry I did. I ordered a chicken combo with mashed potatoes and gravy to go and when I looked in the bag the items had just been thrown in there with no care at all. There were NO napkins and no utensils to eat the potatoes with. The food was cold as well. You'd think that a business that appears to be in its last legs would go out of their way to make sure they got the little things right. Not the case here. I believe in second chances, but not 5th and 6th chances. This will be my last time there.

I hate to complain but at 5 pm tonight I got to the store and order up. place is hoppin busy and I…read moresit back and watch everybody get their stuff except for me, The manager is up front and she is workin mad hard to get out orders and seeing me and others standing there she says and what are you waiting for after 30 min of patience and I say my order. She replies what did you order and I hand her my receipt she goes right to getting my order as she is delegating to her workers and my order is handed to me in a matter of minutes but as I get to my car I notice she never gave me my receipt I go in and tell her that I need my receipt and she says they threw it out and cant find so I just say thats ok and go back to my car to put the bag in my hot bag when I discover there is sauce broken all over the bag as the other young lady just threw it in the bag trying to go fast and burst them. I take my order back and set on the counter to explain the situation and they begin to rebag it. I explain that I have waited a very long time patiently my receipt was not returned and now sauce all over my bag but somehow was treated as though I was the problem. I am sorry that the manager was put in this situation because she had to save her staff from embarrassment she is VERY GOOD at what she does and I dont fault her as she went above and beyond ALL of us waiting and I do appreciate THAT!
