We have been here several times and come for their burgers. They also have a great selection of craft brews. The bartender was also working as our server and was very attentive and also caught an error in one of our parties plates and quickly remedied the situation without question. This time we diverted a bit and I had the Charleston. It was a very good chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and a homemade ranch dressing. The ale house Philly was equally delicious. It appears that they have added to their menu since we were last here as well.

Inside is a typical bar layout that leads to the crowded outdoor patio overlooking the river. Lots of unclean, uncleared tables. Staff wasn't rude but they sure as heck weren't excited to be there. The "jumbo wings" were not jumbo. And if these are the best rated in upstate then there is a serious wing problem around here. Some of them were overcooked and crunchy and some of them were barely cooked. The garlic parm is. Nothing but an oily greasy mess. And then there was the bill... $10 for FIVE wings and 50 cents for a tiny thing of blue cheese. Unreal. They also added in credit card fee, which is no longer allowed in NYS. Meh, I'll pass on this place again.

I could have of put a for rent sign on it advertising all the free space. Dinner special entree of pulled pork Mac and cheese for $20 was a joke. Calamari was over fried and tasteless. We won't be going back. I wonder why the place was dead at 7pm. Bar area only had two customers. Doesn't look like we're the only ones that feel the same.

First off extremely friendly service and safe service. They are doing everything by the book to protect their guests. The waitress could not have been sweeter and gave me a great suggestion for a cocktail and on what to order for dinner. Started off with the pretzel appetizer bc my husband loves pretzels and I love a good homemade cheese sauce. Salads were nice and fresh and I loved the pickled red onion. The dressings are made in house and you can tell. My husband had the prime rib Friday night special and it was cooked to his liking. Nice cut of meat and I stole an onion ring and it was yummy. I had the shrimp and grits and it was delicious! Didn't try dessert this time around but they sounded good.

Sitting towards the back of the theater the noise from the party at the second floor bar was so loud it was hard to hear the performer! We asked about all the noise and the usher told us that they would check on it. A bit later nothing had changed so we asked the general manager. He told us that the people had reserved the bar for $200.00 so they had full use of it. He said he had asked them to quiet down a bit, to no avail! Well, we had paid for tickets to attend also. Our full table amounted to $272.00. Must be we didn't pay enough!!! This will make me think before I purchase anymore tickets to shows there or recommend this place to others!

They have tables and chairs with "no bad seats in the house," I was told. Unfortunately, we arrived well before the performance began, but could not find a seat because the theater was almost completely black, as are all the chairs and tables. I stumbled into invisible chairs and tables and had no idea of the layout of the place or where I should start looking. I fumbled my way back to the ushers, who were standing in a line at the entrance (not one of them was helping to seat people), and asked if they could bring the house lights up a bit. Instead, they suggested that I use the flashlight on my cell phone. While that prevented me from bashing my ankle into yet another chair, it still did not help me see the layout. We simply sank into the first two unoccupied seats we spotted. Again, at intermission, the house remained dark. It wasn't until after the show that they raised the house lights, and that was ONLY because they were having a question-and-answer session with the dancers and audience. I was actually irate by the time we left, because I then knew that their house lights were working, and they had simply ignored the many many complaints from people who were trying to find seats. How hard would it have been for one of the ushers to ask the house to bring up the lights???
