I was interested in this place since I moved from California.... I never had any problems with the workers as they have been helpful to me when I needed service or had any questions (in-person). But, I am waiting on just one glock magazine for pick up. Not even delivery lol. 2 days short of 2 weeks now ! You try to call the place because they listed a number ? No pickup, just endless ringing. Their customer service is very very poor when it comes to on the phone or online ! I would recommend other gun stores if you dont wanna wait weeks or months on end, for a very simple product like a glock magazine lol. Or if you want to get updated on your product through email. They dont email updates or anything as well ! Dont list a phone number, then when people utilize that phone number. Your unreliable self as a "business" doesnt even pickup at all ! Or email at all ! I've shopped at Smith's across the street for a little bit and recently I noticed a sign in the distance that read "GUNS." I had no idea there was a gun store in this area. What a hidden gem! Last week, I decided to stop in. To begin, Nevada Tactical is primarily a uniform store that helps outfit and customize apparel for law enforcement, fire department, security, etc. In addition to these services, they also have portion of the store dedicated to firearms and ammo. They have a selection of some handguns, shotguns, and rifles. There are many firearm accessories here too, ranging from lights, optic sights, holsters, and more. Visitors are able to shop the guns they currently display in-store. However, if you are looking for a specific firearm like I was, then they do offer a neat system where you can purchase off their website's catalog and have it shipped to the store to pick up. They are a smaller mom & pop local business, so the store doesn't have a huge warehouse or thousands of store square footage to display guns. Thankfully, their website's catalog is very extensive and if you can't find what you want in store, you will likely find it on their website. Some of the guns I was surprised to see available to purchase and shipped to their store were: Steyr Aug, full range of Heckler & Koch, Masterpiece Arms 30T... just a huge variety of manufacturers available. I ended up going for a Zastava ZPAP92. In addition to be conveniently close by to me, I have found that their prices are actually very competitive. For example, for the firearm I purchased, it was around $100-200 cheaper than other stores or websites. When I checked other firearms, it was also the same case. If you purchase a firearm and pick up from their store, they also don't charge shipping, which makes the value even better! From the time of my online purchase to the store calling me for pick up, it was a total of 5 business days. When I stopped by to confirm the gun, we also had to perform a (mandatory) background check. Everything was clear, so I was back to take the firearm home with me just 24 hours later. I had the pleasure of meeting Ken, the owner, who helped me with pretty much every step of my purchase. I also met his wife and other family members, even granddaughter during my visits to the store. All of them are extremely helpful, polite, and I do like seeing a family-owned and operated establishment which is very rare nowadays. In summary, for my next firearms, I will be returning. If anyone is shopping for firearms, I definitely suggest stopping by. If you are looking for something very specific, then I'd suggest checking their website first, calling in to check they don't already have it in-store, and seeing if you can buy it in-store or purchase online. I did not use their main service of purchasing or customizing uniforms, but if it is as smooth as my firearm purchase experience, then I would recommend going to Nevada Tactical for your uniform and supply needs as well! read more

Not that impressed with this place at all. They are more expensive than other gun stores. They tend to use the excuse, "We are a small new store and that's why we need to charge higher prices." This isn't my problem. This store will also low ball you on trade in's. The owner walks around the store like he is the owner of entire Glock company and is more arrogant than President Trump. Came in earlier today with my friend to potentially buy myself a firearm and see what they had in stock which wasn't much but a couple of guns, walked in and a younger lady was at the counter and was busy doing something no worries we all have busy days at work, we're browsing around and I can feel eyes looking at what me and my friend were browsing at like a hawk, I turn around and catch her staring as much observing as she was doing you would've think she'd try to up-sale a customer, or say if you have any questions let me know. I had to walk up to her and ask if she had the new 15 round extended magazine for a Glock she then looks at me as if I told her to give me all the money in the drawer and responded back "why do you need a 15 round magazine, what need do you need that for!!" I then told her well why have a gun on your hip and be in gun sales if you're just going to criticize plus I have a CCW I can do as I please as long as I'm in my legal right to do so in my city, when did Nevada Tactical or any store here in Nevada have a round capacity limit I'm sorry is this California??? She then pulls a random magazine off the wall rolls her eyes and says "here look at it and see what it says" then tosses it on the counter, it was clearly a 10 round magazine all that could've been just a simple yes or no. My problem is if you're going to get alarmed because I asked if you carried a 15 round magazine and believe there's malicious intent behind it then don't sell guns and gun accessories there's a difference between using good observation to sell a certain product to someone and then there's being an ass and offensive. If you're mad before work and want to take it out on folks that want to spend money at your store then don't clock in simple as that stay home. I would've loved to of done business with this place being it's up the street from me but my first time here me and my friend definitely did not feel welcomed, take your business to Ventura Munitions cheaper prices and nicer people that actually take the time to explain things. read more

This store is fantastic. I've been here at least four times now to make sure my experience was consistent before I posted this review. SAFETY : Every employee here cares about firearm safety and they approach this with a very friendly attitude and are more than happy to share best practices with people asking about their products. PEOPLE : Everyone here is approachable and wants to make sure I'm taken care of no matter how busy they get. I told them I was good and to take care of the others first, but they insisted on how important I was wanted to make sure I had their attention should they need me. VALUE : I purchased my first firearm here after a lot of visits to different gun stores and what really sold me here is the willingness to give me the best price, the best information, and no pressure from buying a firearm. The owner, Ken, took the time to speak to me about any firearm I wanted to see, he asked me questions and was interested in listening to and providing great feedback to my concerns. He made me feel less intimidated and shared a lot of valuable advice towards the purchase of my first firearm. When I was ready to buy, he quoted me a price and I asked if his website price which was a sale price could still be honored even if the promotion was over. He was kind enough to drop the price to match his website and even showed me options of other sale price items on the site to make sure I was picking the right product. WOW! OTHER SERVICES : The shop is small and the number of retail products can sometimes make the store feel crowded. I believe they plan on opening another shop soon which is great. They don't do a lot of in house gunsmithing but one of their key services is uniform fitting and custom uniform tailoring. TL;DR : I'm going back and buying my next firearm here. If it ends up costing me a few dollars more, that's perfectly fine with me. I had seen some of their guns for sale on armslist and the prices seemed reasonable so I stopped in the next day. It's small looks like like they do a lot of police and public safety uniforms and embroidery and sell guns . They had a good selection and I was told that they were going to be expanding the gun selection soon. I dealt with the owner and his wife very nice and polite took the time to talk with me about needs questions and concerns.
