And I ended up going with the finish they recommended over my original idea(which was trying to somehow get a high chrome shine on a dull metal 1911 slide, just shows my lack of 1911 experience) I had for them which definitely worked out much much better. Whatever you need done take it here and rest assured you will be happy with it. Your satisfaction is their top priority, just tell them what you want what you're trying to do with your piece and leave the rest to them. Had my Gen 1 G22 refinished after it had spent many years as my duty weapon. It was showing years of holster wear and the 1000's of rounds cycled through it. I was greeting alot of work done on two rifles and a pistol. These guys did some custom work on my FN 5.7, the result was a work of art. It took some time, then again to get the high level of quality stippling, and cerekoting that was done it's not an over night process. From start to finish, they kept in contact with me and told me what they were doing, as well as having a certified gunsmith dismantle and reassemble my weapon.
