Updated review: I originally had a frustrating experience with the delays and lack of communication, but Joe personally stepped in and completely turned things around. He kept me updated throughout the process, emailed, texted, and contacted the vendor himself to make sure I received my order. He also provided a service-recovery gift card and went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate how he handled the situation and followed through. Looking forward to doing more business with Apex Armory in the future! read more

I shop at APEX Armory all the time! The Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very helpful! Mr. Brandon and Christian will take the time to explain whatever firearms, accessories, and ammunition questions you may have. GREAT selection of firearms and related equipment. Great Store! Great Staff! Great Selection! You have to get to know them! read more

I've dealt with nearly a dozen shops in the valley for more than two decades, purchasing and transferring firearms. Without question, Apex has the friendliest staff of all. Gun shops are notorious for their staff being full of self-absorbed Tactical Toms who act as if you're lucky to be graced with their time and attention. I don't know where these guys come from but this curt, haughty attitude seems to be pervasive in the industry. I recently did a transfer and suppressor purchase with Apex and they were fantastic. I'm so happy to have found them. They earned my trust on the very first transaction. read more

I must give them five stars because I don't know if anything they can do better. They assisted me getting a suppressor for a pistol I built. A few months later they sent me a card for a free tee shirt for my birthday. Nice touch. Quality firearms, knowledgeable staff, easy location to get to, easy parking...very good go. read more

I recently sold several handguns, several long rifles to Joe and Andre of Apex Armory. The experience went very well. The personalities of these two made the transaction memorable. Apex Armory was very fair and I was happy to sell my guns to this facility. I will be referring a friend to this facility, as she recently inherited guns she would like to sell. I highly recommend Apex Armory to anyone looking to buy OR sell handguns or long rifles. Thank you to Joe and Andre for their professionalism!! read more

Stopped into Apex Armory to take a look around. I was pleasantly surprised with their inventory. They have a really good selection to choose from. They can also order items in and can also do FFL transfers - the cost is very reasonable! The staff I spoke to were all very cool and down to earth. Definitely worth checking out! read more

Friendly employees and helpful. Bf came here to sell his rifle. They were knowledgeable and were helpful in tightening the optic to spec. They were generous and didn't charge for that service. We will definitely be coming back whenever my bf needs service done on his firearms. read more

A couple of months ago, we randomly decided to stop by the store to check it out because we always drive by it. They have a good range of selection and prices are reasonable. The gentlemen at Apex are very friendly and knowledgeable. Went back for a purchase and everything went expeditiously smooth. Highly recommended. read more

So glad I gave them a call. Great customer service, shop was very clean and organized, firearm selection and pricing was amazing. I had been looking for a specific firearm for a while and called numerous other stores that were not only out of stock but also MUCH MORE expensive. I will definitely be returning to purchase from them again. read more

I called about 1 month ago to check on selling some of my guns to this business. The gentleman I spoke to was very welcoming and pleasant. Now, I am determined to visit the facility and sell some handguns and rifles. I live in Central Las Vegas, so it's taking me awhile to take the drive. read more

Apex Armory - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

In the I think maybe 3 times I've been there , hasn't been anything but short of amazing. The guys are knowledgeable. I typically know exactly what I want or have pretty good idea of it, and it's been but nothing but straight to the point with them. Joe has a great staff. With that being said if there was something I didn't know about or wanted to learn more , I'd bet 20$ they'd either know or know someone who does. This is actually the store where I found out about shadow systems gun replacement policy. For a relatively new gun store they're definitely working on their reputation and I encourage they keep at it. read more

We were immediately greeted. The shop is clean and organized. We were helped out by Brandon who had a great attitude. We were just browsing and didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. I'm in the middle of a build and Brandon let me know if there was anything I needed that wasn't in store he could try and order which I appreciated. Fairly new shop with a decent selection and great prices. Go check it out! read more

I had won a new AR 15 in a contest and went to Apex Armory to se about trading it for a lever action rifle as I already had an AR15. When I called the store, Brandon was very friendly and informative with the questions I had. I arrived at the store with my AR and talked to Andre, who was also very friendly and accommodating. We worked out a trade, and it was handled very well and quickly. All the associates there were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this gun store. Kudos to Brandon and Andre. read more

Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, and huge selection. Tons of rifles and pistols to choose from. This is how all gun stores should be. They also deal in used firearms in prime condition. I found this place by accident and honestly one of the top gun stores in vegas. Even walked out with a firearm. Check this place out today. You wont be sorry. read more

As well as putting different options in my hands to see what was comfortable! Everything I noticed for pricing looked slightly more affordable than other stores in the area. Brandon, Joe & Avery were so polite and helpful! I will be back soon! read more

If you're in the Las Vegas valley and you need an NFA transfer - this is the place to go. They are very knowledgeable of guns and the documents needed for transfers. Through their Silencer Shop they can prepare your paperwork including digital fingerprint cards. My NFA transfer was completed in less than 2 months and it would've been faster if I wasn't recovering from an operation. In addition they are very courteous and dedicated to giving you the best service. A+++ read more

Wow this place is fast becoming my favorite store. From someone who is too lazy to write, here it comes. I wish I had known of them before overpaying on some items from other places. The multiple in person experiences I have had are pleasant and professional service. From purchases, to parts, the appreciated tips to enhance my projects are spot on. When I'm too busy at work, the messaging back is not just in the day but within an hour. I am so pleased with the customer service. Even the owner Joe was so concerned that I received the correct parts for my build he had them sent to the store on their next order so I wouldn't have to wait a week or two. We're all in the 2nd Amendment community and they really make this happen. Bless everyone! read more

Very friendly staff willing to help with questions will be shopping with them more. A lot to choose from long fire arms down to pistols.

Always a pleasure to come in and talk to everyone. One of the best local shops that earned my trust!

Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. They have a wide variety to choose from, and if they don't have it best believe they can special order it. They are the best gun store in vegas! read more

This is a new shop so I wasn't sure what I'd be walking into. We were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner and I was very happy about the selection. I noticed a variety of items covering various price points, so I could, for example, find revolvers, handguns, rifles and shotguns in all price ranges, high and lower end which makes it easier to decide. Kudos the Brady, the young man who helped us; very friendly, very knowledgeable and never hesitated to hear all of our "wants" and place those items in our hands. TBH, we got to handle A LOT of items and never felt like we were being judged or made to feel stupid. If you've been to gun shops, you know that's rare!! All of the staff were great, we joked and told stories with all of em and it was the most enjoyable gin store experience I've probably had here, even better than the old Discount Firearms on Boulder.(IYKYK) Prices were fair, and I wasn't insulted. Give these guys a visit! read more

Went to purchase a gun but employees want to talk too much about politics and not guns. Not there to hear your opinions just take my money, no politics no religion at work. Keep it to yourself. Nice store though. read more

I highly recommend this gun store. Over the phone Brandon was friendly and helpful. When I came to the store both Brandon and the other salesman were very approachable and willing to talk about and show everything they have in the store. On top of the great staff, their price for the pistol I purchased was lower than all of the other gun stores in the valley. read more
