    Updated Review - Rack Attack Las Vegas I originally reached out to Rack Attack Las Vegas looking for Thule Quick Grips for my Force 3 XL. After texting over photos and part numbers from another site, they quickly let me know I was chasing the wrong part. I appreciated the fast response--but then communication stopped cold. Multiple follow-ups asking for guidance went unanswered. Eventually, I ordered parts off Amazon, hoping they'd work. After posting a negative review, the team reached out just after close of business and re-engaged. I was told the correct parts were in stock, and I planned a visit for Monday. Today's Visit: I arrived to a completely empty sales floor--no customers, no staff. After waiting a few minutes, assuming someone might be watching the cameras or tied up in the back, I ended up calling the store's main number just to get service. An employee came out, confirmed my name and the items, and then made a snarky remark about the discount applied. I don't recall the exact wording--it caught me off guard--but after waiting around and having to call the store from inside just to get help, the sarcasm wasn't appreciated. That said, I did get the correct Thule Quick Grips (4 of them), at a discount, and they work perfectly. I genuinely appreciate that Rack Attack helped me land the right product--I doubt I would've figured it out without them. But the customer experience needs work. From texts being ignored until a negative review is posted, to having to literally call the store while standing inside it, to the unnecessary attitude--it's hard to feel good about the process. Rack Attack eventually delivered the right gear. But they've got to do better at acknowledging customers and following through without needing a public nudge.

    Staff was awesome and very helpful. They were able to squeeze me in for a Hitch and Bike rack install. I originally came in for roof bike rack because I didn't think a hitch was available for my car but Chris steered me right. They were so accommodating that I ended up getting a Thule Roof Base Kit as well. Just in time for my Zion trip. This is the best place for all your rack, camper and hitch needs !

    Really great experience overall, gave an idea and budget to be shown options to pull the trigger on.. as busy as 1 person can be they still made it happen in 1 day to consult and install! Easily would recommend this business to anyone looking for their next project regarding roof racks and cargo boxes!!!

REVIEW: My first trip ever to a Bass Pro! I have always wanted to visit one and this did not disappoint my expectations! I am not a fisherman, or hunter, or really anything outdoorsy, but I strive to be when I grow up! :) Service: I didn't see many employees on the floor at all, but the few I did interact with were polite enough. That's a plus for me. Selection: So much selection and varieties and choices and options! Value: As I didn't have anything to compare this visit to, I felt the prices were 2026 (sadly) appropriate. It's the redneck and family tradition. We get to see the flags! Our country let's not forget; aside from politics! Non sense in my opinion! But the staff and community rally together and come and see the flag display here at Bass on Memorial Day. Let our freedom ring and be heard. Thank you to the staff here at Bass for remembering those that served. Generational leadership and dedication to my country have come from those giving their lives to serve me and yours . I stand with those that have given me freedom! The business that remember too! The last Memorial Day was amazing, the display! It allows an individual to reflect on the past and map out the future .The dedication you allow thank you. All that comes from your store is great. Truly!

I had a coupon for $40. I went to the front of the store and was waited on by teammate Kimberly. I gave her the correct phone number to which the coupon would have been associated with. She said she was unable to pull up the coupon. I guaranteed her that the coupon had not been used and I was attempting to use it on a purchase I planned on making at this store. Kimberly was very nonchalant about it and informed me that I must have the phone number wrong or that it had been previously used. At this time another customer stepped up and told me and Kimberly she had the same problem with the same coupon. I then pointed out to Kimberly, the expiration date was May 17, 2026 therefore this coupon was well within the allotted times . Kimberly, then informed me there was nothing she could do. The coupon was not valid. .I asked to speak with the store manager to which she did call for. Tony approached me and introduced himself as the store manager. I again explained that I was trying to verify the coupon that I had. Tony again took the phone number that was associated with the coupon and again verified that it was invalid. I asked him why it would be invalid when I knew it had not been used and I was well within the expiration time. He gave no explanation just stated it was not coming up on the computer and it must've been used. I guaranteed him that it had not been used. The customer that had stepped up prior once again came over and stated to Tony she had the same problem with the same coupon at the store located at the fashion show mall when I attempted to ask another question Tony became very hostile and informed me to calm down. I had not risen my voice. I believe I was speaking very calmly. I was simply asking for clarification as to why there was a problem Tony continued to make very disrespectful and condescending statements to me. Tony then stated to me, "if I was not calm, ( referring to himself) you would be aware of it also you need to Liston to me." The other customer looked at both of us and she turned and walked away. Tony then told me to just get back in line and the teammate can override it. I informed him I don't believe she was going to because she could've done that in the first place and she made no attempt nor did she tell me she could do that , this is why I requested to speak to a manager. Tony turned to walk away from me, stopped turn back around and looked at me with a very disgusted look and looked at Kimberly and said just go ahead and override it and walked away from me. Once Tony informed me that he authorized for teammate Kimberly to override the coupon in order for me to use it I then purchased a pair of Nike men's Reactx Rejuvan8 shoes. The teammate that assisted me in the shoe department was a young man by the name of Jaquez. The young man in the shoe department was extremely helpful. I did inform him of the treatment that I had received not only from Kimberly, but also the store manager, Tony. Jaquez immediately apologized and asked me if there was anything he could do to further assist me I did ask him for the Customer Service number. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated at this location, especially by the teammate Kimberly with no explanation or any further assistance in regards to the coupon. And the store manager, Tony was extremely condescending and disrespectful when I simply asked reasonable questions and at no time did he offer any suggestions. I believe the only reason he honored it is because of the other customer that stepped up and informed him that she had had the same problem with the same coupon. I believe there must be a problem in the system with Dick's Sporting Goods. I would like to thank you for your time on this matter. I feel that both the Store manager, Tonyand the teammate Kimberlyneed further training and also in Customer Service relations.     Got some new football cleats for the stringbean, growth spurt! Mens size 7 wide Nike Alpha black…read more Under $60 with tax. You go to the Kiosk to "order" a fitting. You have to be closeby. Stringbean tried one pair but it was narrow and low-cut. So, the next one was wide and had more of a high-top feel. Much better. Winner! Nice dudes in the shoe department. Thank you. Well stocked. Big store. Seemed to have many sports categories covered. Man, the bathroom was very hard to find. Left most corner of the store. Checkout was easy. Just a few other customers in line. Not very busy in the daytime.
