Updated Review - Rack Attack Las Vegas I originally reached out to Rack Attack Las Vegas looking for Thule Quick Grips for my Force 3 XL. After texting over photos and part numbers from another site, they quickly let me know I was chasing the wrong part. I appreciated the fast response--but then communication stopped cold. Multiple follow-ups asking for guidance went unanswered. Eventually, I ordered parts off Amazon, hoping they'd work. After posting a negative review, the team reached out just after close of business and re-engaged. I was told the correct parts were in stock, and I planned a visit for Monday. Today's Visit: I arrived to a completely empty sales floor--no customers, no staff. After waiting a few minutes, assuming someone might be watching the cameras or tied up in the back, I ended up calling the store's main number just to get service. An employee came out, confirmed my name and the items, and then made a snarky remark about the discount applied. I don't recall the exact wording--it caught me off guard--but after waiting around and having to call the store from inside just to get help, the sarcasm wasn't appreciated. That said, I did get the correct Thule Quick Grips (4 of them), at a discount, and they work perfectly. I genuinely appreciate that Rack Attack helped me land the right product--I doubt I would've figured it out without them. But the customer experience needs work. From texts being ignored until a negative review is posted, to having to literally call the store while standing inside it, to the unnecessary attitude--it's hard to feel good about the process. Rack Attack eventually delivered the right gear. But they've got to do better at acknowledging customers and following through without needing a public nudge.

Staff was awesome and very helpful. They were able to squeeze me in for a Hitch and Bike rack install. I originally came in for roof bike rack because I didn't think a hitch was available for my car but Chris steered me right. They were so accommodating that I ended up getting a Thule Roof Base Kit as well. Just in time for my Zion trip. This is the best place for all your rack, camper and hitch needs !

Really great experience overall, gave an idea and budget to be shown options to pull the trigger on.. as busy as 1 person can be they still made it happen in 1 day to consult and install! Easily would recommend this business to anyone looking for their next project regarding roof racks and cargo boxes!!!

Great products and customer service. They installed a roof basket and tow hitch receiver and very happy with results. Shout out to Chris and Ed for all of their help!

What impressed me even more was when I had a small issue after the install (caused by the product, not their work).

What an incredible experience at Bass Pro Shops! I've been…read morecoming here for quite some time, especially to use the indoor pistol range, and it continues to be one of the most underrated gems in the valley. During the week, there's almost never a wait, something most people don't realize which makes it an ideal spot for consistent practice without the usual crowds. Lately, I've been meeting my nephew here for our regular range sessions, running a few hundred rounds and working on tightening our grouping. It's become a great routine for both of us. A huge part of why we keep coming back is the staff especially Chase S. His guidance has been outstanding. Whether it's reinforcing the basics or offering more advanced marksmanship tips, he's been patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping shooters improve. The progress my nephew has made is a direct reflection of that support. If you're looking for a clean, safe, well‑run environment to train, learn, or just enjoy some time on the range, this is absolutely the place. Highly recommend it for shooters of all experience levels. Great times all around!

I went into the Bass Pro gun department on 2/19/2026 at about 6:30pm to buy a very specific shotgun…read morefor home defense. I knew exactly what I wanted and had already done my research, but instead of being helped I was immediately talked down to and dismissed by the employee assisting me. He was a larger, heavily tattooed guy wearing glasses who kept mentioning his "military experience" while lecturing me. He told me the firearm I wanted "wasn't good for a woman," criticized how I held it in the few seconds it was in my hands, well yeah hello there was 4 other people in aisle with the used guns of course imma be holding it a different way I'm not about to be pointing it at them! Anyways he then started running through scenarios about me clearing my home and someone taking the gun from me. The entire interaction felt like he had already decided I shouldn't have one at all, which is not his call to make and not what I was there for. What made it worse is this isn't even my first firearm (it's number 8) , which he never bothered to ask. Even if I was new ...bro everyone learns somewhere, and the whole reason I was there was to purchase my a new one and add it to my collection and continue training with it and learning more about it in classes. Instead I was treated like I didn't belong there in the first place. I ended up walking away with my child because I was so frustrated and uncomfortable, while my husband stayed behind to finish the interaction. I will not be returning to Bass Pro for any firearm purchases. There are plenty of local shops here that treat women like capable adults, and they'll be getting my business from now on.
