Rack attack gave me an estimate of $140 to install my truck bed cover on 11/17/2025. I received an email stating the estimate and all the fine print. No where states that estimates are for 30 days. Called today to schedule and was told it was more than double now $300 due to tariffs and that my estimate is only good for 30 days. They stated it was in the email and text I received. I had them send me the text again and surprise no 30 days estimate in fine print. Also they stated since I didn't buy from them what are they gaining. You would have gained a customer and going forward I would have bought future truck accessories from you instead of going online. read more

Updated Review - Rack Attack Las Vegas I originally reached out to Rack Attack Las Vegas looking for Thule Quick Grips for my Force 3 XL. After texting over photos and part numbers from another site, they quickly let me know I was chasing the wrong part. I appreciated the fast response--but then communication stopped cold. Multiple follow-ups asking for guidance went unanswered. Eventually, I ordered parts off Amazon, hoping they'd work. After posting a negative review, the team reached out just after close of business and re-engaged. I was told the correct parts were in stock, and I planned a visit for Monday. Today's Visit: I arrived to a completely empty sales floor--no customers, no staff. After waiting a few minutes, assuming someone might be watching the cameras or tied up in the back, I ended up calling the store's main number just to get service. An employee came out, confirmed my name and the items, and then made a snarky remark about the discount applied. I don't recall the exact wording--it caught me off guard--but after waiting around and having to call the store from inside just to get help, the sarcasm wasn't appreciated. That said, I did get the correct Thule Quick Grips (4 of them), at a discount, and they work perfectly. I genuinely appreciate that Rack Attack helped me land the right product--I doubt I would've figured it out without them. But the customer experience needs work. From texts being ignored until a negative review is posted, to having to literally call the store while standing inside it, to the unnecessary attitude--it's hard to feel good about the process. Rack Attack eventually delivered the right gear. But they've got to do better at acknowledging customers and following through without needing a public nudge. read more

Excellent experience, purchased the Go-Rhino running boards, the boards had a sensor issue, they wired the running boards to work off the driver side doors while they requested replacement sensors for the passenger side. So I called over and spoke with a guy named ed. I told him that I work with a local garage door company and that I had a 2022 crew cab Tacoma that I needed a full length commercial rack for. I called the store at 5:45 PM on a Wednesday, 15 minutes before they closed and spoke to Caesar. I needed to get a new rack because my existing rack wouldn't fit the car and I had to leave at 6:00 am the next morning. I was 30 minutes away and couldn't get there until 6:15, which was after closing. He told me no problem, I'll just wait for you and we can discuss some options when I got there. Big box stores would not do this. He shared a couple options and I ended up leaving with a beautiful Thule rack. I highly recommend them. read more

There is good customer service. There is great customer. Then there is what Dakota and Cesar provided today. There aren't enough words in the English language to describe how excellent of an experience I had today. These guys literally made my life. I called right at 10, when they open, to see if they had any roof racks in stock for my truck. I had attempted to install my own aftermarket rack that I had purchased off of the internet and lets just say I did not do too well of a job. I pulled up the store ready to give up on my rack and have them sell me a new rack and install. Dakota insisted he could help me out. He even offered to help install the portable shower I also purchased online from another retailer, which immediately took me out of my rough mood. This roof rack scenario had been a nightmare. Dakota put his damn heart and soul into not only repairing my riveting errors on the truck, but also reinstalling the rack, as well as a Rhino Rack awning and Yakima cargo box I decided to pick up. Cesar was also incredibly helpful and friendly. They answered every question I had, with absolutely no "gatekeeper"-y attitude or scoff. If you need a quality install done by guys who know their product and want to genuinely help you, you absolutely HAVE to go to Rack Attack on Sahara. I had absolutely no idea this place existed and now I will never go anywhere else for overlanding gear and installs. We were packing up after a great stay at Zion national park when we are realized that the set of keys with the key to our Yakima storage pod had gone missing. Thankfully, we had another set of keys to the vehicle, but we had to cram all of our bags inside our Jeep and head home with an empty storage pod. As we approached Las Vegas, I called Rack Attack on the off chance that they might be able to help us out with a spare key to the storage pod. They were only a few minutes off the freeway, and they told us to stop by and they would see what they could do. We were helped right away, and within just a few minutes, we were set with a key not only to the storage pod, but to the lock on our racks as well. We were amazed with the selection of both racks and accessories that they had in the shop, as well as with the awesome customer service that we received.
