I've been coming here for quite some time, especially to use the indoor pistol range, and it continues to be one of the most underrated gems in the valley. During the week, there's almost never a wait, something most people don't realize which makes it an ideal spot for consistent practice without the usual crowds. Lately, I've been meeting my nephew here for our regular range sessions, running a few hundred rounds and working on tightening our grouping. It's become a great routine for both of us. A huge part of why we keep coming back is the staff especially Chase S. His guidance has been outstanding. Whether it's reinforcing the basics or offering more advanced marksmanship tips, he's been patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping shooters improve. The progress my nephew has made is a direct reflection of that support. If you're looking for a clean, safe, well‑run environment to train, learn, or just enjoy some time on the range, this is absolutely the place. I went into the Bass Pro gun department on 2/19/2026 at about 6:30pm to buy a very specific shotgun for home defense. I knew exactly what I wanted and had already done my research, but instead of being helped I was immediately talked down to and dismissed by the employee assisting me. He was a larger, heavily tattooed guy wearing glasses who kept mentioning his "military experience" while lecturing me. He told me the firearm I wanted "wasn't good for a woman," criticized how I held it in the few seconds it was in my hands, well yeah hello there was 4 other people in aisle with the used guns of course imma be holding it a different way I'm not about to be pointing it at them! Anyways he then started running through scenarios about me clearing my home and someone taking the gun from me. The entire interaction felt like he had already decided I shouldn't have one at all, which is not his call to make and not what I was there for. What made it worse is this isn't even my first firearm (it's number 8) , which he never bothered to ask. Even if I was new ...bro everyone learns somewhere, and the whole reason I was there was to purchase my a new one and add it to my collection and continue training with it and learning more about it in classes. Instead I was treated like I didn't belong there in the first place. I ended up walking away with my child because I was so frustrated and uncomfortable, while my husband stayed behind to finish the interaction. I will not be returning to Bass Pro for any firearm purchases. There are plenty of local shops here that treat women like capable adults, and they'll be getting my business from now on. read more

HUGE Bass Pro Shops location! This place has everything you could need for the outdoors--fishing, camping, or even just scoring some great deals on warm clothing. They had excellent options, including some solid after-holiday sales. I love that the Bass Pro brand offers a wide range of quality products that are both reliable and budget-friendly, while also carrying plenty of well-known brands at different price points. The store is so massive that I didn't even make it through half of it. I did wander into the attached casino, where there's a huge exotic fish tank that you can actually go diving in. Vegas Bass Pro Shop for the win! I love this location. Especially with it being attached to the Silverton Hotel/Casino. All the cool water features inside make it a family friendly spot, with the mermaid tank right outside of it. There are so many cool things inside this pro shop.. from boats, to guns, cross bow, airsoft, camping, hiking, home goods. All around such a cool place to walk through! Very easy to spend money in here! The prices aren't bad, pretty comparable to other sporting goods stores. Well, this was a pretty cool surprise. It's a store, hotel, casino, and restaurant. They have a really nice aquarium, and sometimes they have a mermaid that swims around. Unfortunately it's wasn't on Mondays. We are flying out today. So we missed the show. But maybe next time. Still was cool to watch the fish swim around. They have a pretty nice variety of water life. We did see some employees cleaning another area that Koi fish. And some really nice water falls too. Outside they have a small area with Adirondack chairs and you can sit in the sun, or shade. I'm going to start off with I love, love , love this store. This is my second visit to a Bass Pro shop and I'm always like a kid in a candy shop. Jenny gave great customer service. We had a ball with her. If you're an avid outdoorsman this is the place for you. I love their selection of women's outdoor wear. The whole purpose was to get a hat. Everyone is so friendly here and wow, this Bass Pro Shop was huge. It's connected to the Silverton Hotel and Casino so you can enter in there too. I ended up getting my quarter stamped into the brands logo. I wanted to get some souvenirs for my husband back home, I picked us some matching hats for $5.99, a magnet and candies. The cashier was super friendly when I needed to get a quarter for the quarter press. Bass Pro Shops is a huge store where you can find everything for camping and hunting from clothes to boats, and almost any outdoor gear you can think of. While hunting and camping aren't really my forte, I still find the store very entertaining. They have taxidermy animals displayed throughout make it feel almost like a museum. Overall the way the shop is set up and decorated, makes it worth a visit. Recently, they have also added Santa's wonderland where you can take a free photo with Santa. I have lived in this city for nearly 20 years now and today was my first ever visit to the Bass Pro Shop! Whoa! This place is HUGE! I mean obscenely huge! I've probably driven past this place several thousand times over the years and had no idea how much was inside! It really is impressive! I came today to purchase a firearm. They have a very good selection at all price points. I found something that I wished to purchase and was ready to talk to somebody. This is where it starts to suck. Pro Tip: If you are here for the gun counter, beeline it up there (it's on the second floor) and hit the QR code to get in line. It may take a while. This system sucks. I came back 3 hours later to pick up my firearm and I still had to wait almost a full hour to just pick up something I paid for just 3 hours earlier! This was maddening. There should be an option for pre-paid purchases just for pick up. I waited very impatiently but got through it. One thing I do have to mention was that both guys I primarily dealt with tonight were awesome. Tim assisted me when I made the purchase and was friendly and personable. Nice guy in general. When I went to pick up a few hours later, the young man who assisted me was a total pro too. I'll admit I was feeling a little grouchy after waiting so long to just pick an item up. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole thing. Customer service is totally on point here. The selection is incredible, the customer service is actually outstanding, but that policy at the gun counter really blows. I am quite sure I'll be back, so I'm sure I can adjust this review later down the road. BTW: With my firearm purchase you get a FREE 30 minutes in their shooting range! Sweet! It's been renovated since the last time I was here. It seems bigger. A lot of merch to browse! Impressive. The camping department is a favorite area to browse. I didn't like the area we walked through where salespeople would encourage those walking by to sign up and spin a wheel. It's a main thoroughfare in and out, so we had to walk past them. While visiting the Silverton Casino, after looking at the Silverton Aquarium, my family and I were in awe at the Bass Pro Shops entrance from the Silverton Casino! It was absolutely stunning! There was this beautiful waterfall with all of the rock designs! In the pond, there were ducks just hanging out! It was just so relaxing hanging out and listening to the water! This Bass Pro Shops is huge! It was also my family's first time visiting a Bass Pro Shop. We easily spent over an hour looking through the entire store. There are two different levels, with multiple stairs and even an escalator available! The entire store was decorated for Halloween too! There were plenty of lights all along the ceilings and walls! There is also an Aquarium inside the Bass Pro Shops too, near the center of the store. There was some really large fish inside it!! There are also several chairs and benches where you can sit and just relax. The store was packed with sporting, outdoor gear, fishing, boating, clothing, camping, shoes and so much more! Customer service was amazing! We had multiple team members ask if we needed any help shopping or just to ask about our experience at Bass Pro Shops! This place is huge! If you like the outdoors and nature, this is the store for you. They have pretty much everything you need from hiking to hunting and a lot of other stuff also. There's also a water features inside the store like waterfalls and fish ponds & fish tanks that has huge fish. I bring my kid here and we'll spend 1.5-2hrs in here just exploring. Lots of free parking, clean restrooms, clean and organized shopping facilities throughout. And you're able to get on to the boats and Quads they have on display which makes it fun. I love coming here around the holidays. They have Santa photos for the family, you can even bring your dog. There are also multiple games and crafts set up for the kids to play while you wait. I went to this Bass Pro Shops last Saturday. I go to purchase a new firearm and get some more ammo. I'm standing at the counter with five people working behind it. They were all very rude but Shelly won the award for being the worse. They completely ignore you when clearly you're waiting. They stare at you and keep walking past. Finally Shelley asks if I've been helped. I tell her no, and she tells me to go sign in on some computer to hold a place in line so you can ask a question. Keep in mind I've been standing here for about 15 minutes, and everyone has just walked by ignoring me rather than telling me there's a kiosk to sign into. I decided to go to the kiosk, even though I was frustrated, and the thing wasn't working. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've never known a company work so hard to avoid a sale. On top of all that, they didn't even have the ammo I wanted. This isn't the first time that the firearms counter staff has been rude at this location, but it will be the last (as I will never return) and encourage everyone I know to do the same. For people considering doing business with this establishment, look elsewhere. On top of being treated like garbage their prices are much higher than a lot of the local gun shops. Even if you're looking to buy something other than a firearm, expect to wait for a long time as the cashiers that check you out, always move as slow as possible, they have zero sense of urgency or care for customer service. There may be only two people ahead of you, but you will easily wait 10 to 15 minutes. I really wanted to like this store because it truly has a beautiful set up, but it's just not worth putting up with the employees attitude. read more

This was my 1st visit to Bass Pro Shops in Las Vegas. Honestly it is an impressive massive store. Beautifully curated merchandise, with hundreds of fishing, camping, boating, hunting gear. They have everything setup nicely and openly so customers can find whatever they need with ease. I saw beautiful fishing rod's for under $50.00 and other items that I felt had a good price. For those seeking FREE entertainment... the shop has massive fishtanks with beautiful large fish. Plus a wonderful collection of taxidermists produce replicas and lifelike game mounts in meticulous detail and vibrant colors. My favorite was the Aquarium Tank with a live Mermaid. I wanted to stay there all day watching the Little Mermaid perform. She was lovely and engaging with the audience. She was truly remarkable. SIDE-NOTE I do not like high-pressure sales tactics, therefore I did not like the sales person, offering hotel timeshare, that was annoying.
