Service is excellent and very important for this establishment as the retail store is small with an overwhelming amount of inventory - therefore, unless what your looking for just jumps rt out in front of you - you'll have no idea where to start. Thus, please ask one of there representatives for help to cut down your wondering!!! Selection is second to none. Sooo much to decide and look at. The company is broken into a couple separate stores. Bunch of idiots work here. My brother had a suppressor delivered here and they started the paperwork under my information instead of his. Now I been trying to get in touch with silencershop for the past 2 days and can't get it fixed. Ventura munitions doesn't take accountability for their fuck up and blamed silencershop. When I finally got ahold of silencershop after 2 days of waiting, they told me that Ventura was the ones who submitted the application in the first place and they need to retract it themselves. So Ventura. Basically sent me (the customer's brother) down a rabbit hole of trying to fix THEIR fuck up when they could've just easily retracted the application and started the process all over again under my brothers account. Once again everyone who works here is incompetent, condescending idiot, who thinks they know everything and can't take accountability for their fuck ups. And all they do is sitting around smoking and joking while theres customers waiting for assistance. I've been to this place numerous times before this incident, and it has always been the same. This "hardware" store is probably my favorite so far in the area. You can select tools they have on display there OR you can be like me and see something you like online for a really good price and then ship it to Ventura Munitions. You will have to (at the time of this writing) pay a $25.00 transfer fee, but compared to some of the places around here, that's a decent price. I've mainly dealt with a gentleman named (I think) Walter. He's always willing to answer questions, takes his time with me, and gets everything taken care of. Accurate, friendly, helpful. That's Walter. It's not just hardware here, they also have the things you need to use your tools with. And honestly, the place is usually pretty full of customers, but fret not, they'll take care of you. They're not pushy if you just want to look around. I recommend Ventura Munitions. read more

A nice little shop adjacent to these building that remind me of something out of Lethal Weapon. You know, a warehouse filled with stolen vehicles ran by some bald headed Russian with a gold chain wearing a Navy Blue jump suit. I was picturing Riggs somewhere in the corner staking the place out before busting in with one Berreta with 200 shots on it, no reloading. Staff was very attentive. You didn't feel intimidated. They knew their sh*t but they were definitely no chest thumpers. Their selection on guns were OK, not the best but with ammo, ooweeee.
