Amazing gun shop and the manager and sales people are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and approachable to new shooters.

Hands down one of the best FFLs in Las Vegas -- possibly the very best. Everyone on the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. They have an excellent selection of new firearms in every shape, size, and color you could want. Prices are fair and in line with retail, but it's their outstanding service that really sets them apart. read more

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, well priced transfers, huge inventory and selection, and even that's priced well so it's hard to complain. Great music every time and my definite place to spend lunch. Selection of any brand you can think of and the best priced ammo I've seen live. read more

Came here to buy a triple mag pouch at safelife defense next door, but I stopped here at Ventura munitions first. Ventura didn't have the pouch I was looking for but they have a lot of good items at good prices. The staff there are helpful, knowledgeable and very tentative. I got some 9mm ammo and a safelife defense duty belt. Yeah I know safelife is next door... but why not help out a small business. read more

Good prices and helpful staff! Fast transfers too! Lots of good stuff and Ammo at this location too.

The Gun Guys are cool! Very knowledgeable, helpful and showed me everything I wanted to feel in my hands. I know which ones I like now. The prices didn't too crazy either. Would definitely consider buying there read more

I definitely see why they are a 5-star business! I came on a Saturday and right away saw that the place is packed with people. Even though it was clearly very busy, we had 2 different employees ask us if we needed any help finding anything! Both employees who spoke to us were very kind and knowledgeable of their product locations. We found everything that we needed for the best prices we have seen in town. We also got a few extra goodies because they had such great deals. If you are looking for a quality+friendly gun/ammo store, I would highly recommend coming here. read more

Ventura Munitions - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I have been a customer of Ventura Munitions for several years and have always been extremely satisfied with their products and services. One of the things I appreciate about Ventura Munitions is their competitive pricing. They consistently offer lower prices than their competitors, without the need for sales or discounts. This is a major benefit for me as a frequent shopper. In addition to their competitive pricing, Ventura Munitions has an incredible selection of ammunition for all types of firearms. Their inventory is always up to date with the latest products on the market. But what truly sets Ventura Munitions apart is their knowledgeable staff. Every interaction I have had with a member of their team has been positive, with the staff going above and beyond to answer any questions I have. Overall, I highly recommend Ventura Munitions for all of your ammunition needs. They truly deserve a five-star rating. **They have limited parking in front of the building and additional parking in the back. As of right now the Raiders stadium is utilizing their back parking lot, so parking may be limited. We did experience an issue finding a parking spot. read more

Awesome place and great guys working there.. Had a question that required a detailed answer and they went to find out not like some other place which spouts BS.. I recommend this shop wholeheartedly!! read more

I shoot mostly antique guns in harder to find calibers, and this store carries most of them!the staff are awesome and very knowledgeable!

Service is excellent and very important for this establishment as the retail store is small with an overwhelming amount of inventory - therefore, unless what your looking for just jumps rt out in front of you - you'll have no idea where to start. Thus, please ask one of there representatives for help to cut down your wondering!!! Selection is second to none. Sooo much to decide and look at. The company is broken into a couple separate stores. Look in each one to broaden your horizon. Parking is tight! Lastly: there is a very very cool sign on the front door saying "if you smell like weed / don't even think of coming into the store!" Classic & love it!!! Don't need no jabronis or mamalukes messin up our world!!!!!stay out!!!! read more

Long time customer, my go to shop for tactical and new releases! 10/10 would recommend

Stupid political stuff on walls, rude staff, and just an underwhelming experience in general.

An amazing store with incredible products had no idea it was there, but will be my go to store

Great place to buy they are local with best prices on guns and ammo I ordered my gun received quickly

Easy to fond even when you have to uber, renovations are happening do the current set up seemed kind of packed with everything but the service was good i found what i was looking for read more

This store has what you need. A little pricey but you get what you get. Quality is good here. They do their best to keep ammo stocked here. Next door is their new clothing store. Usually my "go to" place when I'm having a hard time finding something from other gun stores in Vegas. read more

I think a lot of people will agree Ventura Munitions is one of the best gun shops in town If not, The Best The prices are comparable to online retailers They have all calibers in stock Ton of parts, mags and other stuff like an ak47 lamp After another local shop somehow fumbled my suppressor process, I researched who was the best with Silencer Shop in my area. Ventura Munitions was at the top of the reviews and word of mouth. After a simple process, and a 6.5 month wait, I have both my suppressors. They made it so much simpler than the other shop. If you are interested in the subject, this is the place to go. The dudes working the shop are always professional, knowledgable, and nice. Not a fudd vibe here. I really appreciate what these guys are doing and how they are doing it. Parking lot is tight and sidewalk traffic is sketchy Both longtime shooters and those just getting started will find something at Ventura Munitions. They really have created a one stop shop. read more

A nice little shop adjacent to these building that remind me of something out of Lethal Weapon. You know, a warehouse filled with stolen vehicles ran by some bald headed Russian with a gold chain wearing a Navy Blue jump suit. I was picturing Riggs somewhere in the corner staking the place out before busting in with one Berreta with 200 shots on it, no reloading. Staff was very attentive. You didn't feel intimidated. They knew their sh*t but they were definitely no chest thumpers. Their selection on guns were OK, not the best but with ammo, ooweeee. I haven't seen any Speer Gold Dots ANYWHERE in LV so that was a plus. Accessories you can find about almost anything your 2A heart desire. read more

I think I prefer this place over freedom. The staff seem a bit more friendly and the selection is just as good IMO. My new go to gun store.

Great little shop with a solid selection of most anything you need, helpful staff and good prices overall on Ammo as well.

If you're a gun fan, like I am, this is one of the best gun shops in the world. They have a huge selection and a wide variety of guns.

Bunch of idiots work here. My brother had a suppressor delivered here and they started the paperwork under my information instead of his. Now I been trying to get in touch with silencershop for the past 2 days and can't get it fixed. Ventura munitions doesn't take accountability for their fuck up and blamed silencershop. When I finally got ahold of silencershop after 2 days of waiting, they told me that Ventura was the ones who submitted the application in the first place and they need to retract it themselves. So Ventura. Basically sent me (the customer's brother) down a rabbit hole of trying to fix THEIR fuck up when they could've just easily retracted the application and started the process all over again under my brothers account. Once again everyone who works here is incompetent, condescending idiot, who thinks they know everything and can't take accountability for their fuck ups. And all they do is sitting around smoking and joking while theres customers waiting for assistance. I've been to this place numerous times before this incident, and it has always been the same. This is just the first time I decide to post it on yelp. This bad review has been a long time coming. PS..QVO holsters are garbage read more

This "hardware" store is probably my favorite so far in the area. You can select tools they have on display there OR you can be like me and see something you like online for a really good price and then ship it to Ventura Munitions. You will have to (at the time of this writing) pay a $25.00 transfer fee, but compared to some of the places around here, that's a decent price. I've mainly dealt with a gentleman named (I think) Walter. He's always willing to answer questions, takes his time with me, and gets everything taken care of. Accurate, friendly, helpful. That's Walter. It's not just hardware here, they also have the things you need to use your tools with. And honestly, the place is usually pretty full of customers, but fret not, they'll take care of you. They're not pushy if you just want to look around. I recommend Ventura Munitions. read more

Was just here Monday. Always great staff and low price ammo and sporting supplies. Very helpful and no BS staff. This is my to go store. I highly recommend this place. If I could only give 10 s I would! Thanks you guys and keep on doing the great work you do! Semper Fi! read more

My first impression of the place was very lack luster. I kept coming back because they ALWAYS had what I've needed. All that to say that they have been very helpful to me the last half a dozen times I've been there. Oh yeah, their prices are almost always below the competition. read more

Great people with amazing customer service and knowledge. Competitive prices or even lower than most stores. Great select of firearms and accessories. This place does not feel like that snobby gun store. The people who work here enjoy their jobs and it shows. If you are looking for a great price, then this is the place to go. Great find here. Without a doubt the best selection of hard to find ammo in the valley. Great service and they are happy to help. Definitely a go to for hard to find ammunition and they did tell me if people are looking for a hard to find item, send them by and they'd be happy to order. Update: I was on the fence about a purchase and Chris was extremely helpful. He suggested that they hold it for me for a few days so I could take my time. I decided on the purchase and couldn't be happier. read more

Came by to grab some stuff and walter helped me out. Everything you need in one place! This is the place to go if youre heading to the range. Its literally a rocks throw away from any part of paradise you are coming from. Super fast service, items; equipment that fits every budget. They got all name brands but im a mag pull guy. Walter even helped me put on a sling. Honestly would just go back for the conversation. Super cool staff. I'll be coming here from now on. - Rob read more

I have been coming here for a while now . I told lots of the guys at work to come here for their ammo because they have the best prices on bulk ammo . Many of them began coming here as well . Well , now that everything has hit the fan , no one has ammo due to primers and of course everyone buying it up . Luckily I stocked up a while back . I came in a couple weeks ago and they were pretty empty and lots of people coming in and leaving empty handed . One of the guys told me about the situation with getting primers , so they can't make ammo . Hopefully when all this is over , we can get back to normal . My son also bought a 9mm pistol from them about a year ago or so and they gave him a pretty good deal and had it in stock . I usually order mine and have shipped to another FFL Dealer . Everyone here is professional and nice , unlike some gun shops that are a little rude even if you are not a newbie , you are treated as so . They also give a Military Discount on some things . read more

The best selection of ammunition in town but not necessarily the best prices but I still give them five stars for their superb inventory and friendly helpful staff. read more

Last time I came to Ventura to buy ammo I had a lot to choose from. Stacks upon stacks of ammo. And some hard to find calibers too. That is nice if you have some older and less common firearms. Service was good when I came in. The one person I interacted with knew exactly where to look for some of what I was looking for including the aforementioned hard to find ammo. Prices were about average when compared to other places I have shopped. Some of what they had was higher priced than what I am willing to pay. And even that was about average for what I was looking for. I have not been in lately so I'm not sure if they still have stacks of ammo. Lately that has been a hot commodity and sells out rapidly. Good for business. Bad for buyers who are just looking for a box. If Ventura still has their stacks that I saw last time, I will be happy to pay them another visit and refer others also looking for a box or 2. read more
