BUT what sets this place apart is the staff, knowledgeable, professional , engaging and NOT just there to sell you something quickly and move you out for the next customer . Always a quality experience whether I make a large purchase, bring something in for repair or just browse. I also found out they sponsor a youth marksmanship team.... So now I wait for what I ordered to come in and enjoy my purchase. Part 2.... Fast forward to today, received a call Monday telling me that what I ordered was in. So I stopped by to pick it up. Carlos was the individual assisting me. We verified the item was what I ordered. Then the paperwork and verification process. I'm glad they now use an online version of the federal paperwork. Tapped my way through it, Carlos and one other individual verified and double checked. All ok, paid the balance due and was out the door within about 20 minutes total. Also your rates and higher than most in the valley and your guns are priced typically 10-15% higher than comps. It's easily found. Please act in a more professional manner.... They have non competitive NFA transfer fees that are double that of Ventura munitions and won't let me supply my eft and photos myself.... They say it's for "security" but there is no reason for that. I personally have done 20+ form 1s and forms 4s myself. It takes 10 minutes max if you type slow. Also their regular transfers are non competitive go to briar hawk $20 for FFL transfers as many as you want at the time. Here it's 3-4x more expensive. They do have a nice selection in store but it's all too expensive and you can get it cheaper online and transfer it in to an FFL like briarhawk and save yourself a few hundred dollar each time. Same thing with the transfer for NFA devices. They charge too much for the NFA devices. You can get them online, transfer them to Ventura munitions and save yourself a few hundred dollars each time.

I've read some reviews mentioning pricing concerns, but based on our experience, I don't believe they're marking up prices. Even if they were, the expertise, service, and personalized attention we received would make it worth it. If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding color selection. I understand this is a locally owned business and inventory space is limited, so I completely understand the challenge. However, I would love to see more basic or solid color options available in-store. We found four pairs of shoes we loved, plus the slides, but ultimately purchased three pairs of shoes and two pairs of slides. Two of the shoe purchases were colors we settled on because they were available in-store--not bad options at all, just not our first choice. One pair had to be ordered and shipped to our home, and another pair we ultimately purchased directly from New Balance because the all-black version wasn't available. They only guarantee 30days refund policy so they will not take care off, refund, replace or fix these very expensive shoes after 3 months. Their own sales rep said, yes I know these shoes have a tendency to squeak. So why would you charge $180 dollars and sell to me the horrible shoes and never tell me the problem with them. Horrible product, horrible staff. No customer care. One person, actually said , we just sell shoes we do not make them so we cannot gurantee the quality. What a horrible thing to say to your customer and a horrible way to do business.
