If you need NFA engraving they are the best and do it while you wait a couple of minutes no need to reserve a spot etc.

They were extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions and made buying a new gun a breeze.

Bought a pair of night vision. Sales clerk said I could bring them back for a return if the warranty company was not helpful. I brought them back and they went back on there word and told me I could not return it. Will never buy from here again read more

I have been dealing with the NWA for a few years now.Henry,Pat and Pats mom(OG) are amazing people.Hen and Pat go out of their way to help me with any question (no matter how dumb) .I have spent quite a bit of $$ and have never left unhappy.Super busy spot and if Pat or Hen are busy Simi has always gone out of his way to help me out.I can't speak highly enough about this place. This is my go to spot they have all the good stuff, guns, optics accessories no matter how small (mounts, furniture, triggers) etc.Pat and Hen helped me out with all my NFA business from pics, prints and the processing. If I could leave 6 stars I would. They have an amazing lay away program and never press you as long as you do what you say.If someone has an issue with this place they are the problem.Gun people and not snobs !Thank you for always looking out for me guys! read more

Best shop in Vegas. Great selection of firearms but they also have a wide range of inventory for builders as well. Henry is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Whether you're just getting into firearms or someone who knows exactly what they want/need, this place will definitely have something for you. read more

Henry is the only reason I go there. Spent thousands of dollars there. The owner and her son are not good people. Rude , unprofessional, and unacceptable. Taking my business elsewhere. Avoid FFL transfers with them. Your distributor will thank you read more

The service here is awesome I'd be willing to bet they can get a hold of things you may want in your collection The value is pretty good as well I'd recommend this place to any and everybody For reference, I live 40 minutes away from this place, and I still make the drive to give them business read more

Great service when using them as a FFL to transfer , very fast procedure and professional staff. Friendly and knowledgeable on firearm items. Highly recommended! read more

Had something I've been looking for that has been nonexistent and when I contacted them to see if they'd ship it, they were very helpful. I've been there store one time back in 2017 and they were awesome then as well. Dealing with them over email and their web store was just as awesome! Thanks again! read more

Wish I could give them a -1 rating. I have bought two glocks from this place in the last 2 months, but they will NEVER have my business ever again. The first time I went, it was ok. None of the staff was very friendly or helpful, but that was ok with me because I knew what I wanted and none of the other shops had this particular Glock in stock. So I let that slide. Did the whole background check thing and they told me they would text me in a few days for pick up, which they did. Picked up the gun and that was the end of that. Had to go there again last week because they had a particular Glock that none of the other stores had in stock again. This time I also purchased some ammo, magazines, and a red dot sight. Customer service was null and void....again. This time they didn't even tell me how long the background checks were taking nor did they ever let me know if they would call/ text me once it was clear. I called them today after 5 business days and they tell me that they didn't have my number in the system and that's why they couldn't get a hold of me?!?!? Keep in mind, I just bought another firearm here about a month and a half ago, so all that info should be there. I then ask the woman who answered if it would be ok to exchange the red dot for another red dot and pay the difference. She tells me that's it's ok as long as they are the ones who put it on.....which they did because I purchased it with the firearm. Guess what? When I get there it's the same non existent customer service like it was before. I let the man know that was "helping" me that the woman said it would be ok to exchange the red dot and pay for the difference. He goes to the back for a little bit and comes back out and says no, we can't exchange it because it's been opened. I tell him that they are the ones who installed it, he still refuses. I'm not the one to make a scene, so I let it go and took all my items and left. First off, hire some people who actually have customer service skills because it looks like everyone doesn't want to be there nor help anyone. Second, how the hell can you lose my information when I purchased a firearm from there already?? Don't you have a record keeping system that shows when people have come there and purchased before, especially when it comes to doing each persons background check? This is just being irresponsable or lazy...I'm thinking the later. Third, don't lie to a customer and tell them that it's ok to exchange an item and then 10 mins later change your mind and come up with some new BS policy. You guys have had the gun and installed the sight. For 5 days you did not even contact me saying it was ready and this was even after paying the whole amount last week. what kind of business does this??? My advice is to everyone is to go to Spartan Arms, Freedom Firearms, or Precision Armory where they will actually treat you like a customer and help you out with anything. They won't lie to you, nor will they treat you like crap. Stay away from this place, they can't sell or buy used firearms because they were caught selling stolen firearms in the past (google is your friend). If I only knew, I would have never bought anything from them..... read more

This place is truly a hidden gem, offering a selection of practical items that cater to a wide range of needs, while keeping the focus on functionality rather than unnecessary embellishments. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service skills. Employees talk down to you like they don't want to be bothered. I never, ever, complain. However, this one time I did and it was to the owner. An older woman. After talking with her I could see where the employees get their attitudes from. She was as rude as rude can be. I'll never set foot in there again. read more

Northwest Arms - Stay Away from Northwest Arms. - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Stopped in to have a looksee at this store. Guns, rifles, knives, archery stuff, you name it, they got it. Knowledgeable staff to help point you in the right direction, price wise, I'm not too sure of, as we don't frequent gun shops/gun shows, or anything like it very often. He toled me " thats for our regular customers" being in short supply . He then said he would sell me more shells if i purchad another handgun . Went into northwest arms looking for extra clips for our new Rifle and new hard case. It was a busy Saturday inside. The staff is very friendly and answered our questions even while being swamped. I didn't feel rushed at all. It seems that everywhere is sold out of everything but it's all good. They had a lot of soft rifle cases for great prices. We found the clips we needed but they only had 3 left. We took all three, sorry. Great place in town. Thank you guys for all your help! We'll be back read more

Don't expect to come here and receive a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. Instead you won't be greeted and won't be helped. Oh I take that back, you'll be greeted with arrogance and answers of just yes or no and not a drop of willingness to share product information. I over heard one of their sales person (if that's what you want to call them) say that people are so stupid to wanna build an ar15 and are a year late on doing so. As a customer that's not what you wanna hear from a sales person. To be quite frank, if it's still legal to build an ar15 then it's not to late right?! So who's really stupid here(that sales person is)? If by some miracle I walk back into this store and that person is still working there I'll get his name and update this review and put his name on blast. read more

Very professional staff answers all your questions friendly excellent excellent selection I would recommend this place to anybody living in Las Vegas read more

Over the years NWA has always stocked parts, magazines, Ammo , gear and Ammo for us. They are very knowledgeable in the firearms industry and are in the business to provide what firearm enthusiasts are looking for. They are also very helpful with sourcing limited and hard to find items. If you are into AKM's than you will really be in for a treat. First class all the way family owned and operated as well. read more

Northwest arms is a great place to buy firearms! Friendly staff and they have been very helpful for my Ak collection. If your on the fence about buying from them, it's time to get down and just do it ! You won't regret it. Vepr 74 is coming my way to sit next to my Vepr47, SAM7SF and all my others , without them it would've have been way more difficult and expensive and my other Ak's would be lonely!! Thank you guys ! read more

Good place to buy ammo, nice people around to help your needs and ready to answer your questions.

They are the best out of all stores locally hands down. They carry high end brands and popular budget brands. Always have a huge inventory. I try to go there twice a month to see what is new. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly . If you are a pro or new to the 2A community everyone is friendly and helpful. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It's a super small establishment that makes you want to get in and out as soon as possible. I went in for a very common piece but they didn't have it and the owner's son didn't bother to offer any info on when they might get one in. Okay. The customer service was trash. From the time I walked in, until the moment I left, I regretted wasting my good gas and time driving over. This little hole in the wall needs to take SEVERAL notes from Spartan Arms. However, if you like the greasy, lower-echelon vibe, this place is perfect! read more

Stopped in for first time today, and found them to have a lot of stuff. People were helpful and friendly. Bought a gun and a few accessories and will definitely be back. Didn't have much time to look around but they had a lot of stuff, and I'll be book to look at everything read more

I live just around the corner from Northwest Arms and for the past 1.5 years I have always received quality service from them. I've seen them help countless customers...ALL customers, with great care, patience and kindness. Everyone I saw enter the store is acknowledged, and helped as fast as possible. Northwest Arms can get very busy, they have many regular customers and their guns for sale can be unique and with good pricing. But I'm always able to get some help fairly quick, if it's real busy I just check out their accessories and wait for it to clear out a bit. They have a good selection of various accessories from Magpul to Voodoo and more.. recently I got Voodoo Tactical Scabbard from them, just a bit higher than Amazon.. but not too much. Great gun shopping can be done here! They usually have some consignment guns as well. Numerous AR's, AK's are on the wall and their display cabinets are full of newer Semi Autos and more. I recently picked up a SBR AK there for a great deal. They also a good selection of hard to find ammo, and your standard calibers are there in bulk, 500 and 1000 round boxes. And for transfers they can't be beat. I've purchased many .. many guns on gunbroker and having Michele and Patrick at Northwest Arms help with the paperwork and everything else makes it sooo much easier. It's nice to go in there, fill a few lines in on a form, get my blue card. They truly make it easier than other shops, and are a pleasure to deal with. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Horrible experience. Bought a handgun, background check was fine. Was called to come pick up the hand gun. When I came in they said I could not pick it up because my driver license address did not match my address on the background check form. Why was this not addressed before they even took my money and ran the background check. They should have told me this as soon as they checked the form I filled out. This could have been handled before, this is on your employees at this store. They didn't do their job correctly in the first place. I'm the customer they are supposed to be the Professionals. Extremely unprofessional is what everyone is at this store. I have already told everyone I know not to shop here. I'm a veteran and I told all my veteran friends to never shop here. They agreed. I have fixed my issue with my address and will be purchasing a gun and all future gun related purchases at a different company/store. You just lost business. That's 30 plus sales you just cost your store by employing the worst employees with worst customer service. If I ran thus store I would fire everyone and rehire a entire staff. read more

It's 2020 and like many Americans, I purchased my first firearm. As I combed the Las Vegas Valley looking across miles of bare shelves and past not settling for the handgun that has been on the shelf since the business opened. I came into Northwest Arms and was welcomed and guided into a purchase that checked all of my needs. It has an informative and friendly staff. They got me all setup and pointed in the right direction. So instead of surfing the internet for a weapon, buy local and support a business that is overcoming this pandemic situation. You will be welcomed at Northwest Arms. read more

Normally I don't like to leave negative reviews but hopefully it helps the store improve. I went in there as a first time gun buyer with a lot of questions & I was nervous, first time gun owner. Had the cash on me but the guy that helped me wasn't that helpful. Couldn't look me in the eyes. I felt like he was bothered that he had to deal with me. Close to my house so I'm disappointed this didn't work out. I bought a Glock 17 at another North gun store and they made me feel welcome. read more
