Like disrespectfully badly lowballed me. I thought he was making a joke. One of the ones I brought was brand new and he offered me 20% of value. I had called ahead (and spoke to Andy) and it was still an absolute waste of time. I have only ever had bad experiences here and with so many better options in the city, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not in a particularly great location on Highland near downtown, the range is older and poorly ventilated, the people behind the counter are purely salesmen and don't seem knowledgeable on what they're selling (or trying to buy) at all, and I think you're just better off going elsewhere to spend your money.

Brian was friendly and personable. In previous stores I was uncomfortable, but was fully at ease here. Brian listened to my concerns and needs. He showed me the weapons I was interested in and then suggested several that I was unaware of. He spent about an hour with me explaining features and techniques. I had a blast. I decided that Brian's suggestion felt the most comfortable and purchased my first gun. When I got home I watched YouTube reviews of my purchase. What do you know. The reviews all praised the weapon because of the way it addressed my individual needs. Damn, Brian certainly knows his stuff. Pricing was fair at MSRP. With respect to the range check in .... I think that the two individuals I see on my weekly trips are 100% rock stars .... Henny and Amanda rule the counter with great humor, conversation, and efficiency that makes check in, target selection, range lane assignment and if you are in the weapon rental mind... pretty darn efficient and just a darn pleasure. The guys (range safety officers) running the actual range are great... not only do they insure the range operates safely and strictly by the book, they are always willing to help with a minor weapon problem, offer some marksmanship advise or just check in with us regular members. Now the retail side is always checked out after a shooting section. I must apologize that I don't recall any of the guys names other than Brad. I'm pretty much a sig sauer shooter and the retail side is a sig elite dealer, so it is always stocked with the newest models and accessories. My shooting family and I have purchased quite a few "sigs" there and their sales and service is top notch. Even though I'm very experienced, I can see how their attitude makes the environment much nicer for newbies who might be intimidated. The Experience: Process: Super easy--just fill out the waiver on the iPad and they sign you in. RSOs: The Range Safety Officers were great. They were friendly and stayed hands-off once they saw I knew what I was doing. Performance: Ran drills at 10 yards (head) and 25 yards (torso). The lanes are well-lit and the facility is very clean, which makes for a productive session. Value: Hard to beat $24 for the whole day (good until they close). I brought my own guns, ammo, and targets, so for a straight range fee, the value is excellent. Highly recommend this spot whether you're a local or just passing through. I'll definitely be back.

I called the number a few times with no answer so we drive 20 minutes to find a locked door during open hours posted on Yelp. First of all check your Yelp page and if we were never a customer how would we know that it's by appointment it is posted no where. Stop being an asshole and look at things before you respond. It states you are open at 10am on a Saturday. There is no where that it is posted that you need an appointment so act like a business owner and post things like this so you stop getting bad reviews and wasting peoples time.
