I usually go to the Torrance location and find myself waiting for at least 30 minutes with nowhere to sit. I checked out the pictures on Yelp and saw that they had places to sit, so I came here. It looks like a newer store. I checked in at their kiosk and went to wait. I think I waited less than 5 minutes. The guy who helped me was quick and efficient. I got my receipt and he asked if there was anything else I needed. There was nothing further I needed and I left. In & out in about 15 minutes. If I ever need to go into a Spectrum Store, I'd totally consider coming back here again!

Shout out to Arsen who made our family's experience at the store exceptional tonight. We came in to upgrade our ancient IPhones and initially, we thought he would be like the usual reps who get you the phone you want and then send you out the door a like you're just a number. But as we engaged him in conversation about our phone preferences, we found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and transparent. Because of this, we decided that only three of us will stick with the IPhone and one gladly went back to an Android (Google Pixel 10). He answered our questions, laughed with us, and went the extra step to get us the phones right there and then rather than having us wait to get them shipped. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone.
