It's the little things that make a big difference, and she definitely set the tone for an amazing visit. David Castillo was absolutely phenomenal! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. He helped both of us upgrade our phone plans and found me an incredible deal on my new phone. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly attitude made what could have been a stressful process completely enjoyable. It's rare to find customer service like this these days, and David truly went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. If you're visiting this Verizon store, do yourself a favor and ask for David Castillo you'll be in excellent hands!     Hard pass on this Verizon store. Went to pick up upgraded…read morephone. Raquel was rude and unhelpful. It was clear she was annoyed when we asked to complete the trade-in process then. She did not want to help and said "just mail it in". I specifically did NOT want to do it that way, she set the bag down on a nearby table and backed up "you have picked up your phone". From the beginning, I shouldn't have trusted the phone rep who assured me "no problem" to set up the new phone in store and transfer over the settings. Should have bought from Apple store and ported my 4 lines out to another carrier. Also the advertised $415 trade-in credit turned into $180 minus the $40 "Upgrade Fee". I will be leaving Verizon shortly. You've be warned, avoid this location.

But since the line is across the street they…read morehad to run it through the air across the street, tie it to one of my trees and then drape it diagonally across my front lawn about 250 ft to my house. It was fine when the snow was on the ground but I've been having to move it around each time I mow my lawn now. I've called them repeatedly to have them bury the line and they've given me three dates now that came and went, and aside from the initial visit, where they texted me saying they couldn't bury the line because of snow, the other two dates came and went without giving me a reason. I've been calling them every month now having them give me full credit for each month the job remains unfinished.

Then out of the blue, zero services - no Internet (we have jobs and kids who need access for school) and since TV came over the line, none of that either. Every morning, noon and evening I'd get a text saying restoration of service by X (i.e. 4pm the same day). After a day or two that showed itself to be a straight lie. No human to talk to on the phone, either. This baiting fraud went on for two weeks until we switched back to Spectrum. They owed me $7.01 per their recurring bill and kept it for months and months instead of just sending me a check. Eventually they sent a prepaid MasterCard I never requested containing my $7.01 which, if I activated, screwed me over with annual fees, etc. I finally got in touch with someone in the Philippines who said they'd send me a check; haven't gotten it yet - been about a week. Frontier is about the worst company with which i've had the displeasure of doing business. Shady and unfair business practices at every turn, in my view. Stay always unless you're a masochistic glutton for punishment. Consider yourself warned.

Our IT Consultant recommended DigiLink and during our preliminary meetings with them, we grilled them mercilessly with how they would handle each and every nightmare situation that we had been dealing with. Finally assured that they were the ones, we committed to an entire new phone system - no small commitment. We have never looked back. Let's talk customer service first. When there's an issue and you call DigiLink - their easy voice navigation system gets you to a live person - in record time! Their incredible desire and commitment to resolving an issue is textbook perfect. Technical mishaps happen. Upstream carriers fail and that has a rippling effect. But it's how DigiLink responds that was what mattered. They communicated their progress and followed up to make sure all was back to normal. They never lost their personal touch even as I saw them grow which is what should happen. Throughout the years, our commitment with them grew. We added additional sophisticated systems and with their incredible service, there is no downtime to complain about. Internet speeds are absolutely rocket speed - no small feat for an advertising agency. I seriously wish other companies would use their customer service as a template

We recently updated all of our phones and added Phone Answering Service App. It was the best decision we could have made. Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. The call handling is efficient, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.
