WOW!!!!! I can not believe how amazing this company is. I was out of town for 3 months and I wanted my house to be secured. I was able to see on internet of what the security officers were doing. They gave me access to their Electronic Reporting Software and I was able to see all their Daily Activity Logs, Incident Reports. I was so amazed that they even are able to do Picture, Video, Audio and even attach files on their reports. The third week they were there I received a call about a sprinkler pipe that was raptured. I received a maintenance report and incident report on my email they even included a video that I was able to upload. It helped me a great deal that my plumber was able to go and know exactly what to do that same day. All this was done while I was away. Being on the board of our HOA we got numerous bids from different security companies and UGS was by far the best rate and the most accommodating. We asked for a few additional add-one to the contract and They agreed. For example, to uphold our rules and regulations regarding parking enforcement and enforcing pool hours. They also agreed to a walk thru our property along with a drive thru at no extra cost. They offer a website we can log into and see if any maintenance needs to be done on our property and which cars are parking long term in our guest parking areas. They are very quick and efficient in responding if we have any questions and in 2 months of securing our property have exceeded our expectations.
