We had a deeply frustrating experience working with Prudent Security Solutions for our April 5th warehouse sale. From the start, communication was slow, inconsistent, and disorganized. It took multiple follow-ups just to receive a contract, and booking them was more stressful than it should have been. We specifically requested an all-male security team, and this request was acknowledged without any pushback. At no point were we told this would be an issue. Yet on the day of the event, a female guard was sent -- directly contradicting the agreement. This was never communicated to us beforehand. Even worse, one of the guards arrived significantly late and left early, leaving us short-staffed during critical event hours. We had multiple witnesses who saw this, and yet the company blatantly denied it, claiming all guards were present and on time. This is simply false. Other guards were seen slacking on duty -- including a guard who stopped using the metal detector midway through the shift and another who spent extended periods on their phone. We entrusted this team to keep our event safe, and they fell short on even the basics. After the event, we emailed our concerns -- only to be completely gaslit. The owner, Latricee, refused to acknowledge any of the issues we raised, instead defending her team with a generic internal "investigation" and GPS data, which doesn't change what we witnessed firsthand. We cannot recommend this company to anyone. They ignored our directions, showed up unprepared, performed below standard, and responded to real concerns with dismissal and denial. I do not recommend working for this company they do not pay their employees I've had to file a complaint with the fed and the state to attempt to get my wages they play games on their phone they screen their calls they ask professional and nice at first knowing that they're just going to take your money from the company that pays them for the jobs I worked Coachella and stagecoach and was not paid and I'm waiting for a response from the state regarding getting my wages I eventually will get paid but they even move their offices from regent Street they're very unprofessional very ghetto and unfortunately it's black owned which makes me regret ever trying to support them or go to them I went with allied instead they're definitely money hungry trying to make it look like they're doing well by taking other people's money and I hope they go out of business soon do not work for this company don't even hire them for security!!! I recommend anybody who has worked for them and has not gotten paid to contact the State and file a complaint because they will charge them interest for each day that you are not paid State Labor board call them don't get a lawyer and waste more money just call this day labor board they will get it handled for you it may take some time but you will get money for interest as well and soon this company will be out of business good luck Michael all your toys and houses better be paid off because you are going down you mess with the wrong one!!! read more

Purdent security solutions is efficient with responding in a timely manner troubleshooting an De-escalating issue situations to find solutions while creating a safe environment for all site's employees customers an the consume!! We have used Prudent Security Solutions for about 6 months now on our block, and have not had any, break-ins... i.e. car, home etc... They are great communicators and work well with our Neighborhood Watch Program as we/they share info. that benefits all. Michael, & Trevor have our back and Louis & Alfonzo make sure we are safe by making sure their presence is known!!! I highly recommend them it's a GREAT investment with all the LAPD problems and shortages going on right now. Get a quote ask for Michael or Trevor. They post for jobs in the rang of $17-$30/hr but they don't have post for $30/hr. Can't reach anybody on the phone and my first impression isn't that of a professional business. Unless your a guard just starting out and don't care where you start I wouldn't waste my time. Especially if your a veteran with a good background go elsewhere!!!! read more
