A few days before closing on our new home, we were alerted that there was a trespasser coming in for probably months while it was vacant. When they were finally locked out -- they vandalized one of our doors. My husband and I were beyond scared and upset, but knew we had to immediately assert ourselves as people living there now. We decided to hire a Ghost Security offer to patrol + stay inside with us at our home from 6pm-6am for the first few nights. Having the officer there gave us peace of mind and comfort in our new environment and was worth it to help get over the emotional hurdle. I requested security service for my vacant rental house through the night. We had to secure property while waiting for city permits . Security guard was there everyday from 7pm to 7am. Some days too. We had some problems with squatters and after we hired Ghost security I could sleep at night.
