Used Neto again a year later and he again did a terrific job at a great price, he was easy to communicate with, 5 stars all around.

Anetor, stripped, sealed and waxed my dad's linoleum floors, cleaned and sealed all of the tile floors for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and it was initiated on the weekend. We had limited availability for the work to be done and Anetor made it happen. Anetor showed up on time, professional, and truly cared about the end result. We highly recommend Neto's Carpets and will use them in the future. read more

This guy is solid and I'd use him again in a heartbeat. My dog had "potty problems" in the office and I needed someone to come quickly and clean the carpet in one room of my office. Neto showed up an hour early (he called to say he was available earlier than we'd agreed and I invited him to arrive early). He very deliberately and thoroughly discussed the options and went way beyond what he'd agreed to do! It is so refreshing to find someone who is willing to do more than what is required to make a customer happy. Great guy, solid work ethic, high integrity, and easy person to have in your home of office. I highly recommend Neto. Thanks for the job well done! read more

I advertised for someone to come out and shampoo my sectional sofa and ottoman, Neto was one of the first to respond and had the best price. He was courteous and professional from the very beginning. He was on time and very pleasant to have in my home, we started hitting it off so well, that I almost forgot I hired him for a job. Aside from his customer service, the quality of his work itself was superb. By the time he left my furniture looked and smelled brand new. He was even correct when he told me how long to let it dry which showed me he really knows his stuff. The next time I need any professional cleaning, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. read more
