Had an appointment for 11:00 am on Wednesday the 27 of August! No show no call, we had moved all the furniture out of 3 rooms so you can imagine how frustrating to have a company not even call or text you just a complete ghost. I made 3 calls to the main office, those folks called the local guy RP who was scheduled to clean our carpets. They could not reach him, gave me his direct number. I left several messages he did not respond. I know emergencies can happen, but a text or a call is a minimum expectation for your scheduled customers. I left a message on Sunday during a long holiday weekend. I was so surprised to get a response right away!! I'm already liking this company!! Scheduled a carpet clean for Tuesday. During the entire process, Ben got back to me in a timely manner, answered all my questions and was great at confirming time of arrival. I told him my carpets relatively new and not very dirty; I also wanted a chemical and detergent-free clean. Just following up on my review to say that my $199 was an exercise in futility. I love the "good luck" attitude of the owner. I replaced the "rental grade" carpets entirely. I let the owner know and they thanked me for the update. Not sure how to feel about it except to say that it was a waste of money and I'll be way more selective in vendors going forward. Ask questions before hiring and get a sense of their attitude on your carpet and expectations. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I understand our carpet is old but the carpet was still dirty after he was done. There was also a horrible stench that never went away. I don't know if it was the stain remover that he used or what but several days later it still smelled. But after I got my carpet cleaned a very strong odor started to smell really bad, I was renting a room and had the room carpet cleaned before moving out and now I am having complications with getting my deposit back because of the way the carpets were cleaned. I was charged over $90 for a very small room when I seen coupons and discounts to others. He didn't have change so I had to give him an extra $10. $100 total current landlord is now trying to charge me to replace the carpet completely. They were very professional offered to re-clean the area for free. The current landlord declined the offer, she is Now saying it needs to be replaced. Cleaning service was ok. We have a carpet cleaner at home and we thought a professional machine and company would be better but it actually did worse. One of the spot that was cleaned got darker than before. My husband even gave the young man a big tip. So I called them and they were very nice and wanted to make it good but said they had to send the same worker. He came back and spent a bit more time and cleaned the spot and a few other spots that we pointed out. There were more spots in the bedrooms but we didn't want to make him have to clean everywhere again. So I would not be using the company again. I think if the first time was done correctly and more time spent, he wouldn't have needed to come back. Our home carpet cleaner does a better job but we normally spend at least 3 hours. Contacted the company on a Tuesday, got an appointment on Thursday. The technician called before he was about to arrive and showed up a bit early. Very personable, very efficient. Carpets in my house, though vacuumed obsessively, where never professionally cleaned for decades! This oxifresh process is impressive. Got the carpets clean clean clean and didn't disturb my cat. He slept through it. I only have to wait two hours to put everything back. The process doesn't require a lot of water like steam cleaning, so there's not that weird smell or feeling of humid air. The quote was very fair and there was no up-charge or attempt at up-selling. Trust these guys. PART 2 Okay, so I waited the recommended two hours after before putting everything back and decided to do the task bare foot. I have to say, I did not step in one area that was even halfway moist.
