Went in to restock on my pods and was greeted by Sarah. She offered me some free tasting of new pods after she checked me out and helped me get my pods.

Bought a Nespresso machine for my in laws and they absolutely love it. Service was great and they let you sample coffee in the store which is awesome! Go get you one if you're a coffee lover!

I may not be George Clooney, but a good cup of coffee is important to me and I wanted to see what all the buzz was about. First, I have to confess that two out of my three children have a Nespresso machine and they like it. I went in to look at the different models and compare choices. The store is sleek and very modern. There is a wall of machines on one side and a tasting area on the other side. I spoke with a very nice salesperson about the features on the machine and how to work it. It is not cheap at $250 dollars, but they are on sale now. My favorite feature is the froth machine. You put milk, cream, or flavored creamer and this machine whips it into a delicious foam, that makes any coffee taste awesome! Every time, I am at my daughters, I ask her to make me a cup. The salespeople were very nice. The store is beautiful. I haven't taken the plunge yet, but something tells me that I may be back to purchase a Nespresso coffee machine. Especially, while the machine is on sale. :)

I'm a fan of this Nespresso Boutique located on the second floor of Westfield Montgomery Mall (directly across from Lush). I've been a few times now and service has always been good. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't hover over you while you browse the store. They have a good selection of Nespresso machines, capsules (VertuoLine and OriginalLine), and accessories (cups, milk frothers) to choose from. Not familiar with how the machines work, the staff will be more than happy to provide you with a demonstration. Their complimentary coffee bar is a nice touch. Great way to try out one of their flavors (even the limited edition ones) before purchasing a whole sleeve (10 capsules/sleeve). They even have milk and sugar for those who don't drink it black. Not sure which one to try? Tell an associate what you like and they will be more than happy to help you decide. Grab a cup and sip while you browse! Before you leave don't forget to pick up a recycling bag for your capsules, which are composted into soil or used to make new capsules. Once you fill it up, you can drop it back off at a Nespresso Boutique or your nearest Williams-Sonoma, Sur La Table, UPS location/box.

Great customer service. The store is always clean and decorated. I come here for pods that may be sold out online or through their app. On both occasions customers were rude to staff and staff continued to be courteous and willing to help in anyways they could. One couple seriously tried every flavor and walked out the door with out a purchase. This was after being rude to a staff member. People are cray cray during the holidays!!!

Bleck! The coffee tastes like Starbucks. So cool? If you are into that? I'm not into that. Because it's garbage. I guess I have to give them at least 2 stars for handing out free samples of coffee for every free-loading Marylander that shows up. Seriously bad coffee though. And the ecological implications of the disposable coffee pods is just beneath a progressive state like the MD.

The tofu steam bun -- easily my favorite lunch item in the area -- really didn't work. The interior of the restaurant seemed like a good meeting/date spot. Although they had Wifi, I wouldn't call this a great place to come and study or get work done, although I saw people doing that. I've had the Vietnamese coffee twice, the first time was great, the second time was just okay. Food items are very unique, so much so I didn't like some of them but I still enjoyed the experience. Try something that sounds weird, it's half the fun of coming in here. CONS * Allergies - it wasn't clear what all everything was made with so if you're trying to avoid gluten or peanuts or eggs, I didn't see much on ingredients. I know for some people that's a red flag. * The tea. We just thought it was above average but not amazing. I mean its right in the name, come on. * Collecting items - you gotta look for the little trays and the salad tongs. That's what you use to grab stuff out of the cases. I know for most people that was super obvious but it wasn't for me. * Summertime note: during the hotter months I've noticed they seem to have some issues with keeping things cool.

The cake to me was both moist but also dense at the same time; I personally like a more fluffy/ airy cake but that's my preference. The strawberry frosting was on the sweeter side; dense and sweet but honestly very nice strawberry flavor. The cake itself was beautiful! The filling was apricot reserves/jam. It was yummy, but I did feel like maybe it wasn't enough filling/ there needed to be something else in there as well that's light and airy to offset the more dense cake. Overall though, I would definitely come here again for a gluten-free/dairy free cake. The people here and the service here is excellent and the cakes are beautiful.

I had low expectations, as most cafes can't perfect the dark art of latte for every latte drink on the menu, especially the seasonal drinks... But girl, I was proven wrong and I enjoyed this drink so much! It came with thick whipped cream topped with one graham cracker bear and crumbled graham crackers... The flavors were cinnamon and honey and reminded me of cinnamon crunch cereal in some ways, but of course, it wasn't too sweet though! I was tempted to order another one... Great for a post-(long) run meal before I hop on the metro back to DC! The lattes are on the sweet side but delicious, thick, creamy, and very innovative--worth it. The food? Really amazing how they nailed down the flavors. Perfect for chocolate lovers and very unique and innovative. Presentation was also excellent, with a generous amount of whipped cream. - The bear necessities - equally delicious latte and really cute presentation too, with a graham bear cracker on top! I'm not a big fan of cinnamon-flavored drinks, but this one was more subtle. It was so thick and richly flavored that the cinnamon wasn't overpowering for me. I was very impressed. - Roast beef sandwich - meh okay. It was supposed to come with ciabatta bread (which I think would've tasted way better), but apparently, there was none that day, so I got it with sourdough bread. - Turkey sandwich - I got it served hot with sourdough bread, and my partner and I enjoyed this one more than the roast beef sandwich. The roasted red peppers were a nice addition to the sandwich. The accompanying salad with the sandwiches was fine, nothing special. Service was good and quick.
