I'd say their pastries are a step above their drinks based on my experience. I'm also in the service industry, so I try to be understanding when things aren't perfect. That's why the way this was handled bothered me more than the drink itself. This felt like a very easy situation to fix, and I would've handled it differently with a customer. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect some willingness to make a reasonable correction when a customer is clearly unhappy with something they've barely consumed.
