Beautiful ample dining inside and plenty of spaces outdoor as well. I did order mine to go, got pistachio latte and mango mousse, but ended up sitting outside to enjoy a little bit of relax moment. Delicious latte and dessert. The mango mousse dessert isn't like what I'm used to, not as soft but more dense and put together but still equally delicious! Go for the tiramisu coffee, you won't be disappointed. I loved the presentation of this coffee. Great place for remote working and studying. I didn't find the venue to be loud. It's certainly family friendly. When I visited there were a few messy tables due to families with little kids but they were also busy. I came by on a Sunday afternoon to get some work done. I enjoyed a caramel macchiato, which was good and about $5-6. There's a good amount of seating. I liked sitting at their high tables and people-watching while working. My biggest cons for this cafe are: 1) the lack of outlets. Luckily, my laptop was fully charged when I arrived, but I wish there were more readily accessible outlets. 2) The interior is very black/white, and it comes across as very cold to me, which is why I have been hesitant to do work here. I am sure many people love that vibe. However, I prefer a cozier vibe and want to feel comfortable. It took me a while to feel comfortable and find my focus, especially since the chairs next to me were all super wobbly. The service was okay. Getting ringed up was a little weird. I couldn't tell if the person was being a bit standoffish or just awkward, but the other person who made my coffee was really nice and made my drink look delectable. I don't know if I will come back. I could try some of their other drinks, but I wouldn't stay to do any work, since it's hard to get into a good flow and stay focused. read more

I am always excited when a new coffee shop opens in my neighborhood, but always skeptical when they roast their own beans, as Prime does. The espresso I had was mediocre. Not unpalatable, but definitely not enjoyable. The tea selection is solid (an assortment from Stash) and the baked goods look promising, but I wasn't there to eat. The espresso came out very quickly; I imagine they would keep service moving briskly even if there was a line. The ambiance is bland, but there is plenty of seating and the space is not too loud. I imagine it would be echo-y if crowded as it has high ceilings and a lot of hard surfaces I will try them again and update this when I've tried the food, but now I know not to expect much of the coffee. read more

This new coffee shop is spacious, with plenty of natural light and a menu ranging from light fare to hearty meals. I visited on a Sunday morning between 10 and 12, and it wasn't crowded. I ordered a coffee with almond milk, oatmeal porridge, and an almond croissant. I grabbed a number and sat at a table to wait for my order. A server came by ten minutes later to ask what I had ordered, which made it clear they need a better system for tracking orders. He brought me black coffee without the almond milk. I had to return to the coffee station to have almond milk added to my cup. I also noticed that the people next to me received an incorrect entrée, which the server corrected immediately. The oatmeal porridge was delicious and filling; however, the almond croissant wasn't anything special. It had too much powdered sugar on top and didn't compare to the ones I've had elsewhere. I'm sure this place will do well once it streamlines its ordering process and improves both speed and accuracy when fulfilling orders. read more

Drip coffee was good not great. I tried a pistachio croissant because it sounded intriguing - I was rewarded with a regular croissant that had the most minuscule amount of filling possible. Croissant itself was fine, just expensive for what it was. The service was fairly quick but not very friendly. Came here today to do a little work from home buy in a coffee shop and was very surprised of this cute shop. There was a group of Black women who were all working from home meeting at the shop. It was so amazing to be a part of. I didn't get any food or drink but it looked good on the plate. They have WiFi but you have to purchase something from the menu in order to get the code, which I totally understand. read more

This was my first time going and it will absolutely be my last!! The service was HORRIBLE!! I ordered a chai tea (it was horrendous since it was literally milk with ice) and a Black Forest cake (which had little to no flavor whatsoever). It took almost 20 minutes to get that!! Pretty, newish spot. Decided to visit after a doctor's appointment. YIKES. Rude service from the employees/owners? (two of 'em: one man, one woman). Borderline hostile. I might've pushed through their energy to get a great cup of coffee (I'd just done a fast for labs; I was READY!). But, the menu wasn't apparent; it was a laminated single page near a register. Had someone asked "May I help you?" I would've ordered. They just stood there. And suddenly, I remembered why I've never looked back once I left Silver Spring. It's no longer a neighborhood. However as I ate my lunch there while reading a library book (my first visit), a staff person came to my table and very sternly accused me of stealing a beverage that the cashier failed to ring up. (I got the beverage from the cold case and pointed it out to the cashier when I ordered my sandwich, but she apparently didn't ring it up.) I immediately paid for the drink, however I had to finish eating my meal with the patrons around me giving me dirty looks. Not sure I'll go back. read more

My entire family loves this place as do others we introduced to Prime! What's excellent: the drinks, breakfast and lunch dishes, pastries, seating and decor, natural light, service, and vibes. At times it's a bit slow but this place is new and perhaps they need a bit more time to do the food and drinks properly.
