Since I did not have an appointment, I thiught to myself that I am in for a long wait. The self check was standard at every location at Labcorp but was easy to use. After check-in, I was able to find a seat and was ready for a long wait. To my surprise, not long after I sat down, I was called to verify the service I needed. Once verified, I sat down and again was ready to wait a long time. To my surprise again, I was called to get my blood drawn. I was greeted by Madison who was energetic and professional. She quickly found my vain and inserted the needle on first try. It did not even hurt. The blood drawn was done fast and efficient. This place is a well oiled machine! I am very appreciative that they open at 7 in the morning on a Saturday and are fast and efficient. Best of all people did not have to wait a long time.

It's so much farther than these other ones...but man did I ever have to eat my own words. For context, we were trying to get blood work done for my mom who has late stage dementia. Even though we had worries about how this was going to go due to her illness, we had such an easy time here thanks to the staff. Xandy, our phlebotomist, went above and beyond with the service she provided. She helped us draw blood from my mother flawlessly and helped us navigate a customer service call with ease. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I'm not exaggerating. Shout-outs to the manager/supervisor who helped us as well, unfortunately didn't catch her name but she also helped suggest fixes for our little online registration mix up. We had a typo with a birthdate which made our test request not appear but the team here was great all around on getting it fixed for us.
