Needed blood work with Quest and chose this location. I've been here twice, and this last time I even brought my mom and husband in for their blood work! Everyone is seriously so fast, so good at what they do- And SO friendly! Love this location. Makes getting blood drawn a whole lot less yucky... That's for sure! read more

I am deeply concerned about my experience with Quest Diagnostics. I had my blood drawn in March 2026, only to recently learn that there is no record of my bloodwork. I was told I had to repeat the entire blood draw because my original sample and results could not be located. This is more than an inconvenience--it is alarming. What happened to my blood sample? Was it lost, mislabeled, or discarded? Patients trust Quest with sensitive medical information and specimens that can directly impact their health and treatment. Losing a blood sample is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about quality control and patient safety. No patient should have to wonder where their specimen went or be forced to repeat testing because of an internal error. I hope Quest investigates what happened, improves its tracking process, and provides accountability so this does not happen to anyone else. And the staff doesn't take this matter lightly! read more

Salina is the greatest phlebotomist ever. Very professional, able to answer my technical questions and put my mind at ease. This is my favorite of all of the quest locations due to her. read more

Great experience. We came to this location because my sister said it had the best reviews. At first I thought, who cares we're just getting some blood work done... It's so much farther than these other ones...but man did I ever have to eat my own words. For context, we were trying to get blood work done for my mom who has late stage dementia. Even though we had worries about how this was going to go due to her illness, we had such an easy time here thanks to the staff. Xandy, our phlebotomist, went above and beyond with the service she provided. She helped us draw blood from my mother flawlessly and helped us navigate a customer service call with ease. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I'm not exaggerating. Shout-outs to the manager/supervisor who helped us as well, unfortunately didn't catch her name but she also helped suggest fixes for our little online registration mix up. We had a typo with a birthdate which made our test request not appear but the team here was great all around on getting it fixed for us. They were super patient with us and yeah it's the little things that count. read more

I have been going to Quest for years. I went to this location for the first time about two weeks ago. I never have issues with my veins to draw blood. The person at this office found my vein with the first try but it hurt more than usual. About half an hour later, my arm was sore and I've had a bruise for over 10 days which is still sore and hard. I'm not going back to this office again. I emailed Quest, but I never received any response from. read more

Savanna is the best phlebotomist ever! We were very nervous to take our four year old for his 1st blood draw because we've heard stories of multiple pokes, and just a traumatic experience in general. Savanna did a wonderful job explaining what she was going to do to our son in a way that he understood. She was quick inserting the needle and even sung to him which helped calm him down. He cried a little but was quickly distracted by Savanna. When we left the appointment he asked if she could be his new doctor forever! It was very sweet. I can't express enough my gratitude for her. read more

Waited 45 minutes for a walk in appointment made on their in lobby system only to have them tell me at 4pm they were closed. Very rude (I'm assuming) lead nurse. Couldn't be bothered...must have had to get to a pissy test as that was her attitude. If you can't see a patient tell them before they wait for nothing‼ If you advertise "walk ins welcome" then SEE THEM if they are in the system or shut it down‼ read more

This place is great! I love the building and the lady who took my blood was very kind. It was quick and she made me feel calm. Way better than the Mission Viejo location. read more

Xandy was amazing, so kind and listened to my concern with having small veins. She got the right vein the first time, thank you!!

I received helpful notifications prior to my appointment regarding the date and time of my appointment as well as instructions for check-in. On the day of my visit, the check-in process was easy, it was well organized and explained clearly. The wait time was minimal and the blood draw was flawlessly done! I was in and out of the office in about 10 minutes. A+ performance! Quest Diagnostics, 30131 Town Center Dr # 140, Laguna Niguel, CA read more

Appointment was on time. Gabby was the one that drew my blood and was wonderful. Office was very clean. Highly recommend!

The ladies here need more help; I love their kiosk but Quest needs a human who can help and the wait wouldn't be what it is. This used to be the only good location around and now there is no regard for patients and their time. Why? Can't find an appointment for weeks if you need to fast and if you walk in then you could wait hours without anyone helping you. If you wait, it could still be hours before you find out they can't help you (they may not have someone experienced enough to draw your blood). I had to come back days later because they didn't have qualified staff to help draw my blood and to top it off they had me wait a total of three hours to "makeup" for the mishap. I showed up at 6:45 (15 min before they open); someone unlocked the door and 7:04am. I was the only patient at that time. After overhearing the ladies' chip chat for about 10 minutes the office was suddenly full of patients and guess what?!! I had to wait nearly one hour because by the time their were "ready" for me all appointments showed up. Not only that, I had to come back because they could not find my order (doc sent it several times). I had to wait another hour again because I didn't have an appt (of course) because they didn't have anyone but one technician who could draw my blood. These ladies have no time to think or offer any sort of proper care. read more

Sydney did a fantastic job. I am difficult to draw blood . I so appreciate her kindness.

Maritza is amazing , fast, efficient , professional and wonderful! Thank you for finding the vein in one try and being so good at your job!

Front office staff makes it emphatically clear that one should be grateful they showed up for work. They are rude and apathetic. I'm convinced the staff at this location have the practice of "Slow Quitting" down to a science. It's a shame, I recall a time when this location was a "5" star read more

This is the second time that I went to this location. The check in process was super easy and I was able to get in right away. That was the highlight of the experience. I am aware that I have challenging veins and traditionally in the past, if the technician cannot find the vein they send someone else in. I went in yesterday and the lady (I did not get her name) had a difficult time getting blood out of me. She had to use both my arm and my hand. Attached, are the photos post one day. I feel that she should have had someone else assist her if it was too challenging. read more

Was here yesterday. First of all, the girl behind the counter wasn't at all welcoming. I signed and apparently took a bit longer to sign (back pain). She kept repeating that I need to sit. Of all the 30 seconds, she made it seem like I had people behind me when there was no one behind me. I tried giving her the print out of my test from the doctor's office. Without even looking at it, she threw it back. Telling me she has the order already. But why be so rude? Could have just said that without throwing my paper back. Could have handed to me too. I hate bad customer service! If you're going to work on this type of an environment, you better know how to treat people!!! I intentionally came in later in the morning, to avoid the morning rush. I, along with the other 4 that were there for the same reason were called out by the lady behind the counter constantly in a very rude way. It's only 5 people in total in the waiting room. You already asked us at least twice if we're fasting. We've all said yes but you continue to ask the same question while our blood sugar is dropping and you're doing nothing. In the past, I've been in and out of this location under 15 minutes. This time, it took 41 minutes to be seen. I think she saw me checking in and taking photos for yelp. She then told me to go into room one. Yes, told! No nice way of asking anyone to go in. Everyone was called by their first name and go to room 1 or 2. Then who I thought was a receptionist for nearly an hour turned out to also be a phlebotomist. She found my vein fairly quickly as it's difficult for them to usually find my veins. Clearly she knows how to draw blood but lacks professionalism and customer service skills. Rather than sitting around, she could have helped the other phlebotomist and gotten people out quicker. Especially irritating when you're a fasting diabetic and it can get dangerous. This is my last time at this location as the girls that worked here in the past are gone. They were better at treating people with respect and way quicker. Sad how poor customer service skills can set back ones impression. read more

Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff, not wanting to help or assist anyone with no appointment, theer language is that they are telling you that if you don't have appointment you basically wait so long that you get tired and leave, even I told her that we're fasting and I have a medical condition that I can't wait too long without having food , she was insisting that " oh people fasting until 3:00pm here " we were told and it's on the quest website "walking welcome", oh no you're absolutely not welcome here even we were there at 7:08am , just after opening, and 4 staff members were there , they were arguing with us and not wanting to help at all , no one coming to front to help and there was only one patient in the back and one before us , and they were insisting that we have to have appointments and giving us lectures that quest works difrent now, no apartment then we basically wait for the appointment patient and even they had plenty of time in between to do blood draw, no and one of the was telling us from the back to not to talk they can hear us , I told them so you're saying that I can't talk to my partner , don't tell me what to do . The way the key spoke to us and the lady who was behind us pushed her to leave , I don't believe they like anyone with an accent. They we're working casually, not that too many people were waiting at all . We went to the LabCorp in mission viejo, they had a lot of people waiting, even with that situation they were super nice and professional, and they welcomed us, and we told them that we were fasting and we have to do these tests for both of us and the lady and staff were so good and helpful, and they even helped another lady who came after us and belive it or not we all got in within 20 minutes, awesome, they understood that we need them and that's why we're there and they were very professional at LabCorp. Quest is too big and has lazy staff . Last time I was there at the same quest lab , they did a big bruise on my arm, i emailed them with pictures and no one got back to me . We took footage of the quest lab is so calm and no one is in there and they still won't take us read more

Always clean, quick and friendly! I usually see Lindsey and she is great! Afternoons are quiet, try to schedule appointment if you can around 3. It's always fast and I'm in and out. I don't think they take walk ins anymore. I overheard a staff member saying that just FYI! read more

Hard working nurses that are skilled and kind. Lindsay and Lenneya never disappoint. Give them a raise!

The staff at this location are amazing. We are traveling from out of state and needed an urgent blood test. Due to limited time and lack of familiarity we signed up at wrong location, however the wonderful lady (Rachel ) not only assisted us, she also went out of her way to accumulate us to do the testing right at her location. She made our day. read more

Getting your blood drawn is no fun, but at least this location makes it a little easier. The check in process is super easy, especially if you have an appointment ahead of time. You just type in your phone number on their check in screen, it finds your appointment info & checks you in. Make sure you bring a mask, when I went they had run out of them so I had to cover my face with my shirt the whole time (I was grateful they didn't make me come back). I have been twice in the past few weeks & both times I got Lindsay. She is so friendly & personable, she makes the process easy & quick. Do yourself a favor & make your appointment time after 10:30am. Most people go in the morning because they're fasting. If you're like me who doesn't eat breakfast & eats lunch late anyway, you will be in & out in 10 minutes going at a later time. read more

I have been getting my bloodwork done at this location for the past few months. Leneyah and the other girls there did an amazing job, you can't even feel it. I'll always go to this location from now on! read more

If I could select 0 stars I would. I worked at quest for years and it is not that hard to just be a kind human to others. I came to pick up a container this morning and the woman at the front (whose name tag was turned around) was so rude to me. As I'm sweating droplets due to my stupid mask and squirming toddler and pregnant, she made me wait 25 min to pick up a container and was even so rude to my doctors office that she called, that my doc office called me to figure out what location I was at and apologize on behalf of her. So not cool.. Won't ever go back to this location only will go to black building in mission viejo to se Rachel S who is always so kind and fantastic at her job. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST quest diagnostics. They are so fast and never crowded. The girls that work there so friendly and efficient. I have really small and rolling veins. If not drawn by an expert phlebotomist, my vein will blow up leaving a big bruise for at least a week. I always let her know how my veins are and which one is the best. They use the smallest needle just above the adolescent butterfly needle. They always get the blood drawn on the first try and never leave a mark. I hesitated reviewing them bc I don't want it to be suddenly become crowded! But these women deserve the highest praises! read more

They don't enforce proper mask wearing among their employees, simply draping a mask loosely over the tip of the nose and not making it snug to the face protects no one. The rooms are very small here so you are forced to interact in tight spaces with the employees. I politely asked Nichole to adjust her ill-fitted mask and she refused. She did get me another phlebotomist to draw my blood but then continued to walk in and out of the room I was in as she was "helping." Very poor medical policy here, given they interact with patients all day and refuse to wear a simple mask properly. Not worth the risk to your health to go here. read more
