There's no option to speak with anyone and trying to login is a nightmare. I keep asking for a code to reset password . It takes forever to get the code and then I asked to resend and then the codes.. ugh I give up I'd rather go to LabCorp if this is how they're gonna treat me.. my doctors referring business here. I feel like they should be able to send my results without me having to log into the portal to print them myself. This isn't self-serve!! Not service oriented business practices . I will not be returning to this location. I've had to continue to call my doctor multiple times to see if they can get the results. This isn't how I do business. So what's a girl to do? She calls Quest customer service the 866 number I've been on hold for 30 minutes and no one has picked up. This is not service people.

When I checked in, I found out the lab tests I needed had not been ordered correctly and had been sent to LabCorp instead. Suzy was the one person who turned the situation around. While I was sitting in the chair trying to sort things out with my doctor's office on the phone, she was patient and genuinely helpful. She helped me confirm the exact tests with the office and made sure everything was correct before proceeding. She also took an extra vial of blood so that if my doctor's approval came through shortly after, the lab would already have what they needed. That meant I wouldn't have to come back and go through the entire process again. It was very proactive. Suzy was kind and attentive especially during a moment when I was extremely stressed. After a rough start to my morning, she was the only person who actually helped me solve the problem. I hope management sees this because employees like her make a huge difference in the patient experience. Thank you, Suzy. You were amazing!

Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. Then, at the end of the month, I received a shocking bill for $1,000. If I had been told upfront that my insurance did not cover this test, I would never have agreed to it. There was absolutely no warning, no estimate, and no transparency about the cost. Finding out after the fact felt misleading and extremely stressful. Healthcare is already expensive, and situations like this destroy trust. Patients rely on accurate information to make informed decisions, especially when it comes to insurance coverage and pricing. Being told one thing and then billed a completely different amount is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the lack of clear communication and accountability. I would strongly warn others to double-check everything in writing before doing any testing here, because verbal confirmation clearly cannot be trusted

They openly disparage and talk about patients in front of them. Very unprofessional. I signed in with only 1pt after me. They skipped me over and didn't even apologize. I didn't think I would spend more than 45 minutes there for simple lab draws. The worst part was the billing errors created thanks to them. It's so much farther than these other ones...but man did I ever have to eat my own words. For context, we were trying to get blood work done for my mom who has late stage dementia. Even though we had worries about how this was going to go due to her illness, we had such an easy time here thanks to the staff. Xandy, our phlebotomist, went above and beyond with the service she provided. She helped us draw blood from my mother flawlessly and helped us navigate a customer service call with ease. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I'm not exaggerating. Shout-outs to the manager/supervisor who helped us as well, unfortunately didn't catch her name but she also helped suggest fixes for our little online registration mix up.
