This lab used to have competent and professional phlebotomists. Unfortunately, they are now all gone. Consequently, the wait time and billing errors have increased while the overall experience of venipuncture has really declined. The staff have no sense of urgency or concerns about HIPAA. They openly disparage and talk about patients in front of them. Very unprofessional. I signed in with only 1pt after me. They skipped me over and didn't even apologize. I didn't think I would spend more than 45 minutes there for simple lab draws. The worst part was the billing errors created thanks to them. It took me well over 9 months of back and forth to straighten it out. Hoping to never return to this particular lab again. It's too bad because it used to be a good lab. read more

Last Friday was my second time getting lab work from this location in 3 months. I've never had any issues with anyone drawing my labs before. The lab tech asked me if I had a preference as to what arm, which I didn't. The tech ended up using my left arm. The moment she poked me it hurt like hell. My blood didn't fill up the second vile, so she moved to my right arm. My left arm has been bruised and in pain ever since, today is Wednesday. I wish I would have taken my picture 2 days ago. Labcorp - 6 days after my blood draw - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Laguna Niguel, California

I hate getting labs done, but love coming here. Does that make any sense? The staff here is super friendly, the phlebotomist skillful with my hard draws and problematic veins. The most recent visit included 27 tubes that needed to be filled , thank god i was hydrated and able to lay down to combat vaso-vagal issues. Iykyk. After getting all my samples, i needed a minute because i felt faint. Luckily the girls brought in some rubbing ETOH for me to smell and avoided me fainting. Great job girls! If i need labs done, and i want to go somewhere that doesn't feel like the craziness of the DMW , this is the place to go. Parking is easy and ADA parking ample. 5/5 read more

So... I've been a loyal customer to Quest for labs since forever ago. But since I'm in the Providence medical group, they prefer Labcorp. All of my drs keep writing orders to labcorp but I've been still going to Quest. Finally I gave up as my son's pediatrician also wanted us to go to labcorp. When I looked it up I saw this location is so close to his elementary school so this is where we went. He has not gotten labs done for several years and his last experience at Kaiser was not good. The tech talked to him to get him to redirect away from the 8 vials of blood she took from him. The staff were all great at check in and to draw the blood. It's a brand new facility opened 1 year ago. Clean, small, but mighty. After us there was several other people that checked in after us who the staff knew by name. Great quality care! checked in, waited approximately 1 hour, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful........ said I would have to wait another 1-11/2 hours ! left and went to Mission Viejo Labcorp, and receptionist got me in within 15 minutes. Wont ever go back to Laguna Niguel office!!!! read more

Definitely will not be coming back here. Took my 9 year old son to get labs done here. I asked the phlebotomist if she had experience doing kids labs. She gave me an annoyed look and then told me she would use whatever needle they had when I asked if she could use a butterfly needle. She then jabbed my son and his arm is still super sore this evening. The other phlebotomist were extremely rude and ignored new patients walking in and chatted among themselves.Horrible place to get labs done. read more

Has the worst customer service and one particular employee is rude, arrogant and should work in a dark room developing film. They can NEVER find the doctors order or find my name in their system and act like it's MY problem. It's no problem for me because I will never go to another Lab Corp and that will solve my problem, you can't fix stupid! read more

Who ever works as the receptionist with two nose piercings is an absolute delight. Jk. She is terrible. Obviously she hates her job and hates interacting with humans. I won't go into specifics but if you don't have the paperwork regardless of what your doctor says which was, "they can look it up in the system" they refuse to touch one finger on the keyboard unless you sign in and ask 100 questions just to get one simple answer. If you ask where the bathroom is, you have to sign in and give insurance information, birthdate and age before they can tell you 30 minutes later. If you call them to ask a question you better have the answer for the decipher of the 3rd zodiac letter otherwise they won't pick up. read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION! I came before closing and their door was locked and I was knocking and could hear them and they didn't open the door. They left with a line of people outside and did not care! They should not be allowed to close early! People schedule accordingly and then having no care in the world and ignoring clients is unacceptable. read more

Lousy!! This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and each time my experience was worse! I walked in recently and signed in, (,mind you I've not eaten nor drank anything for 12 hours)!!! There was only three people ahead of me waiting.i sat down and waited and got an intense unbearable migraine so waited silently and watched like 5 more people walk in without an appointment, one did but he had no lab work so he had to call his doctor. I got there at 2:49 pm they close at 3:30 pm . I waited while the two girls one Asian and one Hispanic took everyone before me so I stood up looked at the monitor and my name was fifth on the board one before the las! I was so mad I told the Asian woman to cancel my appointment and she asked "are you sure?" So I replied yes I don't have time to wait as you take every walk in! I left fuming and trued to call to report them but they were closed!! When I took my daughter there they blew out all her veins and could not draw blood, after4 times! I took her to Mission Viejo where they drew it on one shot! So yeah They should send these gals back to school!!! Would not recommend !! read more

I waited 45 mins beyond my appointment time to be seen because there was only one person in the lab doing both check ins and tests. The waiting area had anywhere from 8 or more depending on if people gave up and left. The tech on duty was very upset, understandably so but her unhappiness and curt manners was passed on the people waiting to be seen. I was nervous when we were told to drink water while waiting which is something try to do before my appointment but when we were told it should not take 20 mins to draw but "everyone" was difficult and dehydrated this morning, made me nervous. Especially when Keota kept sighing and said I was dehydrated as well. I said I could rescheduled but she said it's working. Four valves and one hour after later my appointment time, it was one of the more painful draws. When I left there were 12 waiting, two outside in the hall because there is no seat in the waiting area. I hope they send her help today! read more
