Great communication, showed up as scheduled, addressed a few additional things that were needed. For example, our motor failed. Well, my attention was on the motor. I also appreciate that he installs reputable equipment that doesn't result in callbacks. He also replaced the rubber seal rings as his standard protocol. Cheapest part but a lot of other companies don't do this. When it comes time for us to replace all of our equipment, this is the company I would go to for advice, new equipment, and installation. You know it will be done right. Thanks Jason!
