No response came Texted asking again, no response. Called again got no answer. They messaged me back saying we just missed your call what can we help you with. Not a fan. Hired to install a pool. They showed up on the first day but failed to show up on the next two days and did not respond to or return texts or calls during the missing days. This morning they texted to say they will return today. When asked if I deserved an explanation for the absence, they failed to respond. read more

We recently had a pipe burst on a Saturday night, so i used the Yelp help find a service person option. Within a more than reasonable time, Christal had responded with questions, picture requests and a solution. Having someone respond on a Sunday is impressive alone, yet she was willing to go above and beyond to help us and get a resolution quickly! First thing, Monday morning, she and her assistant were out with the correct parts, fixed the problem and we were back in business! Talk about efficiency!
