With everything being more expensive, Nektar is the best value. It's slightly more expensive than Jamba Juice and Juice it up but the quality difference is easily noticeable. I had a Health Nut smoothie, which was refreshing and with more than 20 grams of protein without being overly sweet. The service was very friendly. The staff all seemed happy to work there and answered questions that I as well as other customers had clearly and in a friendly manner. The store is also clean with multiple open clean tables. Every time my husband has gone he waits more than 30 mins for 2 drinks and this last time I tried to DoorDash I placed my order at around 8:50-9:00am and it barely got door dashed at 9:59am after my other DoorDash driver left because it was taking long. Went here twice, decent experience once while long wait during 2nd visit. Staff was welcoming on 1st but 2nd visit they were not willing to talk at all it seemed. We encountered different staff during our different visits so must be person thing. The option we selected was not available and had to settle with alternate selections. I have been waiting 1 hr for my order. I have literally never been so frustrated waiting for food and drinks. Management needs to be retrained or replaced. This place is horrible, not on par with their sister stores anywhere else. They stop serving juices 45min before they close, customer service is ALWAYS an issue here. Lack of acknowledgment when customers walk in, they prioritize online orders over guest coming in, and it seems like they make up their own rules. This is an embarrassment to the brand. Called customer service to complain about issues at this store that I noticed when I come here, they don't care, why would they, the transfer goes directly to the manager at that location. This has been ongoing issues for the last 3 years. This type of service isn't at the other local locations and especially not in the OC locations. I would give a zero, the guy preparing my smoothie had gloves one but touched everything with the gloves. He scooped out the fruit and grabbed the spinach then proceeded to grab a rag and wipe the counters, pour juice from a jug and operate the blender. Cross contamination galore. Placed an online order 12/26/25 at 1pm. and went to pick it up at the pickup time (which is was 20 minutes after I ordered by the way) when I got there at pickup time my order had not been started, there was one single employee working (shame on the business for making her work alone) while I feel for her, she she did not have any sense of urgency, and she was not making a single item. They tasted and looked completely off from 3 days before...same place. The açaí drink was green, which is quite impossible to achieve because açaí is deep purple. The peanut butter drink was watery. Service on the first day was slow, and we thought the person was new. Service on the second day was not good, but faster, however the drinks were whatever the person felt like preparing. (A) if you're a customer, go somewhere else get your fruit drink/bowl (B) if you're from corporate: please audit and train this franchise. It's highly deposing against the brand. Don't go to this location. I had a fraudulent charge of $10 on my bank statement yesterday from this location. Haven't been to this location in months! Very disappointed in this location, along with Nekter Corporate for their lack of urgency with this issue. My sister, who was also was charged, has reached out via phone AND through their website, and crickets. Not to mention we tried calling the actual location and no answer there, as well. Not surprised because the service is always meh. Don't go to this location. Something is fishy. We aren't the only ones with this issue either. He doesn't greet you when you walk in and also doesn't let you know when he has finished your order. We were also trying to say cash but apparently he had already closed the cash register so we had to pay with our debit card which we were trying to avoid.
