We came through on Sunday. It was PACKED with groups and there were only two people to serve us. They are really slow here, but they gotta figure out that schedule. Like if you know a holiday is coming, plan staff for it. That said, I gave them 4 stars. I was in line for prob 20-30min but they had 4 separate groups of people ahead of us and 2 of those groups had to taste every single 31 flavors it seemed. *sheesh!* The portions were good, the chick was sweet and the price was hella cheap! Today Door Dash delivered 2 quarts of ice-cream I ordered from Baskin Robins that was in a sealed bag. When I opened the bag it ripped the paper when I removed the seal. When I open one of the ice creams (Immediately after it was delivered) it had been opened and half eaten. You could also see it had melted and had refrozen. When calling the store the employee relayed the message from the Manager. "These items were delivered today and it must have been the driver". End of discussion. The order was picked up at 6:30 and delivered at 6:40. The drive is 10 minutes. That left very no time to eat the ice cream. The other container of ice cream was rock hard so you could not scoop out any ice cream even if you had the time. In addition it had melted and refrozen which is impossible in a car. Baskin and Robins refuses to take the blame for this. Beware before you buy here. read more

I too need to jump in here. I have been going to this Baskin Robbins for 20 years. However. They refuse - even when I write it out for them and even was lucky enough to have the delivery driver call me because they were out of a children' s scoop ice cream - I also bought through delivery. I managed to pick a new flavor from driver not even them calling. Also every time I can't get there so I order delivery the staff chooses to ignore Baskin Robbins protocol. So Many times I receive a cappuccino blast with NO ROUNDED LID EVEN THOUGH THAT WHAT THE ROUNDED LIDS ARE FOR - WHY? Hope the girls read this... Because those rounded lids are for being able to top off with a good amount of whip cream ON TOP OF ALL CAPPUCCINO Blasts because whip cream and ( cinnamon topping) are "INCLUDED" not special request. Also why are they sending home in the bag small spoons when the store has spoons made to serve with the cappuccino blasts on their menu as is the free topping of cinnamon. Or other topping if people choose to add. Also stop sending home straws that don't reach past the lid. Those straws u are sending are not the ones you send with a large cappuccino blast size as it doesn't fit. The driver called me from there and STILL THEY HEARD HER SAY A LONG SPOON AND LONG STAW. Employees for new jobs are out there there and you are replaceable to the employee purposefully sabotaging Baskin Robbins. The owner or district manager of this location really need to talk to their employees that are working there NOW AT 3 pm on 6/19 th afternoon shift. She LITERALLY heard me in the phone and still didn't bother paying attention on how both utensils she DID provide are useless and unable to use n this size. So please. Whoever is doing this as it's happened multiple times in the last week as I have been ordering delivery a lot due to a surgery. Whoever it is knows better hears the requests or complaints and still chooses to continue brinier to make you loyal customers happy. I have been going there longer than she has been alive probably. I have friends who live in rancho mirage and they drive to la Quinta Everytime they need a cake for an occasion. Next time I am in town if I stay in indio or Palm desert I will make Baskin Robbins la Quinta part of my itinerary. The ice cream is amazing and they have all of my favorite flavors plus new and exciting flavors. They also have several flavors of ice cream in pre packed quarts that you can take home with you.
