If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in to get a bundlet for my friend. And was waiting for 15 minutes. After 5 minutes of saying hello, anyone here. While i could see the two girls feet snd hear them laughing and talking they clearly chose to ignore me. My friend decided to call the store and finally some girl walked out to tell me someone would be right with me then sat back down. And they didn't even answer the phone! (which was my friend on the line) 5 minutes later I finally got serviced. A should have been 4 minutes later interaction turned into 15. This was around 12. Store was empty. Just to chattering girls in the back. So disappointed considering I am a pretty loyal customer to this location. Went to get my birthday treat, I just had a baby so this was literally the only place I went to get my "freebie" I took my baby out of the car and waited and nobody helped me until one guy came and asked if I needed help which I replied yes, then he went back into behind the doors and didn't come back. The Bundt cakes here are delicious, my family loves them. I thought I remembered them having doggie treats for birthdays. On Monday May 11, Instead of driving all the way there, I called 3 times, no answer at all. I decided to drive over to see if the doggie cakes were available and to buy several cakes for family to celebrate our puppy's 1st birthday. This LQ location no longer takes the year-long punch cards. I had 3 months left on mine and they confiscated the card without redeeming all of the remaining months. Horrendous service. Elderly mother ordered a Bundt cake over the phone within an hour of pick up. Ordered a 10inch decorated cake. Picked it up and the store had decorated a 8inch. Instead of correcting the order my mom had to purchase the 8inch decorated cake and 10inch cake in addition. My mom was terribly upset. I called the store and explained the situation, asked why they didn't just correct the order. I was told the receipt that printed the order said she ordered a 8inch. I reiterated she did not. Then I was told there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Why not just correct the mistake, instead of watching a customer purchase a whole extra cake they didn't want or need. I have wanted to try their bundt cakes but have yet to visit this quaint little shop. I live close by and decided (as a disabled person) to drive my scooter to the shop instead of driving my car. It was a beautiful day and a perfect one to make my visit to the shop with a free coupon in my hand. As I approached the doors, I saw a disabled/wheelchair decal on the left side of the doors. I moved around a bit but the doors are not automatic. I waited by the door and shortly someone came to open them so I could drive in. That was really nice and the person who waited on me was very accommodating. I showed her the coupon and she pointed to the bottom row of mini bundts. I was pleasantly surprised because they were larger than I imagined. I thought they would be cupcake size but they were twice that size. She told me I could pick whatever flavor I wanted on that bottom row. I saw the Pumpkin Spice one and decided that would be perfect for October. She put it in a bag and placed it in my little basket on my scooter. As I was leaving she made sure to ask if she could open the doors for me and I happily said yes. I returned home and immediately ate the bunt cake. It was moist and flavorful, and the topping was creamy and dreamy! These little cakes are perfect for one person. Sometimes you just want a piece of cake and they are perfect! I will be visiting again now that I know how delicious they are! I give them a five-star review for cleanliness, courteousness, proportion size, flavor, and the quaint feel of the business. The young lady that helped us was so sweet and you could tell that she loved how excited we were about the cakes. I got the funfetti cake....it was SO BOMB!! Super moist and delicious. I ate it all in one sitting and the next day wished I had another one! Just okay location. I have bought here a few times but the last time I went in I ordered 4 buntlets and had a $100 bill on me. The girl at the counter let me know she wasn't allowed to give change for $100. I asked how much I needed to spend to be able to use my $100, she replied that the manager doesn't allow them to accept $100 unless you spend $50. Doesn't make sense to me since it wasn't that they didn't have change to offer but they are told to not give it. Bought a dozen cupcakes for my son's birthday and i paid extra to have little present decorations placed on top of each. When I got home, my son and other family members gathered round the box to see the unveiling. When I opened the box, imagine my surprise, disappointment and frustration when all of the cupcakes had come loose from their shallow cut-out holders and mashed up against each other. Was it this way before I left the store? I don't know. I asked to look at it but the sales lady gave me a look like she didn't want to open the box. So did it shift after I left the store? Possibly. But even if it did, the cut-outs that the cupcakes were placed into were very shallow and clearly did not do a very good job of keeping the cupcakes in place. Also, when I placed my order online, the decorations that I ordered to have placed on top were supposed to be in the shape of little presents. What I got were little party hats. Wouldn't have been a big deal at all if the cupcakes hadn't dropped all over each other. This was my first time at this location. I ordered 2 dozen bundtinis - 1 dozen each of 2 flavors. One of the flavors is a standard regular everyday flavor, the other maybe not so much. This was for a work birthday and scheduled for pickup in the afternoon. I placed the order online about 30 minutes prior to the store opening. When I get to work, one of my employees had already brought in a cake and a dozen bundlets. I called 20 minutes after the store opened and asked if I could cancel the order, after I explained the situation. I was told no because it was custom and therefore couldn't be resold. I asked if they started making the order and was told they did - 3.5 hours before the selected pickup time. I then called a couple of hours later and asked if I wanted to place an order for 2 dozen bundtinis, how long would the wait be. The answer: for custom 20 minutes!! Again, one of the flavors is a regular everyday flavor. So, rather than keep a customer that has been coming to the company for 4 years (every year for nearly every occasion) and this location since they opened, I'll take all of my business elsewhere. read more

I was interested in a having the clear bag wrapped around the cupcake (only one cupcake) and she said they do not do that considering they were closing or some other reason. It was a simple task that I was asking and if anything she could have offered it to me and I would have purchased the clear little bag and small little sign if she had one to purchase. I did buy 4 cupcakes though but I was giving 2 of them for a gift. As I was leaving she kept looking at the clock. I was in retail for ten years and I had high expectations for customer service; I would not be able to keep my job if I had her customer service.
