It was my daughter's first time trying this place out. She loves sweets! Very simple to place an order at a screen. Pick out what you want pay for it and boom your order is ready within minutes. Fast and friendly service were top notch. We definitely felt the good vibes. We ordered the peanut butter cookie. So scrumptious! Cookie wasn't hard very soft with delicious cream on top. I went in to get my birthday cookie. I got the Dubai brownie which was excellent! The girl brought me my order and I asked her for a fork and a bag. She looked so annoyed, lol. She gave me the fork and then placed the bag on the counter and told me to have a nice day! She couldn't even be bothered to put my cookies in a bag! Cookies were great, customer service not so much. Maybe it's not a big deal to some but if I ask for a bag I'm assuming the clerk behind the counter is going to bag my order. read more

First let me say, they have some great cookies, the people who work there are always nice, and the store is always clean. But, what I'm not happy about is their special cookie, or whatever they call them. The problem I have is that they only have them in the large size and they charge more for them, so if you want a 6 pack you're forced to buy the large size. Now this week they have 2 special cookies, leaving me with only 3 cookie choices if you don't count the chocolate chip ones they do weekly. I was picking up an order for Uber and when I got to the counter after waiting patiently in line I was ignored multiple times by staff after making eye contact. I could even see them talking amongst each other as I was waiting laughing. It took more than 30 minutes and they barely started working on it when I gave them the name. I got the chocolate chip mini it was hard . I don't know what all the hype is about only went to this place because my favorite place closed down . Very disappointed the hard cookie didn't even taste good :( also the music is so loud I couldn't hear the girl she had to yell so I can hear her . Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history.
