The choco chip was good and so was the Oreo but they are all overly sweet and it made me question the quality of the ingredients. It's a dispensary for Cookies! Not MJ I tried it anyway I ordered the firecracker which is like a s'mores cookie. The cookies are THICK and mine was semi warm, which was definitely a plus. The center was gooey and it was very Rich. I couldn't eat the entire thing in one setting it was bigger than the palm of my hand. It seemed to be of good quality ingredients. Hopefully this is a one off situation and this is no reflection of their actual cookies, just concerning ordering/process. Basically I made an order to be delivered to my hotel (worth about $80). Cookie Plug shipped the order through uber and I ended up not receiving the order at my hotel. Staff hadn't seen it. When I called cookie plug, the staff was pretty useless, said they'd call me back and didn't. Finally got in touch with the manager, she was apologetic but said she couldn't help. Due to the Cookie Plug order being delivered through their Uber business account, I couldn't contact uber to get my order issue addressed. Ended up never getting the cookies, no refund, lost $80. Disappointing overall. Need to improve delivery process to avoid complications like this. read more

The Cookie Plug needs to be UNPLUGGED! I came in with my kids and they had explicit music playing which was the first red flag. The cookies were greasier than an overloaded pepperoni pizza. My wife got the chocolate caramel cookie and it tasted like lavender scent fabuloso smells. I tasted the oatmeal raisin n chocolate chip and they tasted how a dirty daycare smells. It's funny to read about all the other reviews that claim this place is basically inappropriate . Because you can't see inside windows of the shop without actually entering the door. So no one had to stay inside and could've easily walked out. Maybe this dispensary theme is just around too many uptight people , I'm not sure since I'm only visiting from out of town. This concept is genius! Although I must admit, I had to double and triple check to ensure this was only a cookie place, and not a front for something else! But it's legit and family friendly, for sure. I loved the graffiti on the walls when you walk inside. And be forewarned: the cookies are HUMONGOUS! They have a variety of cookie options and packages, if you are someone who needs to try them all. There are so many flavors! They also have a keto line of cookies (about 3 different types), for those who may be interested. The packaging is pretty awesome and very unique. I would just want the cookie packaging by itself to reuse over and over again! We chose the original OG, purple Haze, and the sprinkles cookies. All the cookies had great flavor, and I would say my one suggestion would be to make these cookies warm! They can be a little dense and some were not as soft as the others. But having the cookies warmed would be the icing on the cake that makes me drive hours just to get a bite! Cookies can be ordered by the dime sack, half sack, fat sack, etc. I opted for the plug poppers, because they allow you to "cop all twelve flavors" for a mere $10. Not only does it let you taste all the merchandise, but they come in these awesome containers with Biggie and Tupac stickers adorning them. The drink option is their famous "Purple Drank" which is simply lemonade with purple coloring, but it is served to you in double styrofoam cups.
