Everyone know Krispy Kreme has the best donuts. But I also received five star service. I was planning a memorial service for my daughter so I called to make arrangements to pick up 4 dozen donuts. The phone was answered by Lynn the general manager and she was so accommodating and helpfull explaining the different products available and invited me to come by the morning of the memorial service so I did. When I arrived Lynn was there and she was the same cheerfull but empethitic persion i had talked to on the phone. The rest of here staff were also very attentive and helpfull. Ashly helped my mom after she fell in the bathroom. My mom has mobility issues and lost her footing and fell. I couldn't get her up. Ashly an employee of Krispy Kreme came to our aid and lifted my mom unto her wheelchair. My mom is a heavy woman and her feet and legs do not work very well. Yes! When I first moved to the desert (Palm Springs area) I was extremely excited to learn that there was a Krispy Kreme close by. I'm used to having to drive about 45 minutes to find a Krispy Kreme. So this was a real treat. I would swing by sometimes before work or on weekends when I wanted something sweet. Sometimes I would pick up a couple dozens and take them to work for everyone to enjoy. Krispy Kreme has those classic glaze donuts that are so fresh and smothered in glaze! Yummy! The chocolate glazed ones are nice as well! I didn't get to try any of the specialty donuts from this location. When that sign is lit up and the donuts are fresh, you gotta grab one! Or two lol They are the best donuts when they are fresh. Yeah sure they sell them at the grocery store and other places, but that isn't the same as a freshly baked Krispy Kreme donut. These are legendary. They melt in your mouth. Customer service was great, I opted for the drive thru ofc, and although behind 3 cars, I jammed to one Drake song, so I'd say I was only waiting for about 3minutes until I got to the order screen. I'm not much of a donut eater nowadays but can tell you that I ate 3 of them.. lol! LOVE KRISPY KREME DONUTS- they are so delicious. This location is located inside a strip mall, with easy access for parking. KIDS WOULD LOVE IT, because they have free Krispy Kreme hats and you can also watch donuts being made. They have a great selection of donuts including some special donuts for summer (Lime, Pineapple and Strawberry with decorative frosting) . This location has some tables as well as a full beverage bar. There is also a Restroom for customers that is very clean. All of the staff were very professional and seemed genuinely happy to be there. You can buy individual donuts or buy a box. These donuts are beyond scrumptious! We have visited this location a multitude of times, enjoying how fresh and flavorful the donuts are. Being a rewards member also opens you up to deals that are emailed to you on occasion. Once you reach a dozen items ordered (Dozen, Donut, Coffee) you actually earn a "free" item within what you have accrued. So far, no issue. Krispy Kreme makes it SO EASY to order online. Heck, you can even load a card with funds so you can use it later. I am telling you, it is seamless. The problem I had today was attempting to REDEEM my award online. No can do, no bueno, it throws the proverbial wrench onto the mix. So in these times of COVID, when the drive thru lines can be long and access to the inside s closed, I would have to drive to the location to order. That is the ONLY way to REDEEM your reward. Their website even mentions that they do not want their customers jumping through hoops in order to obtain their prize, well what do you call this? You can go there and "automatically" be recognized when you order, giving them your phone number, but I can't do it online where everything else is so easy? The donuts were decent, i really liked the lemon filled ones. Service was subpar and definitely need more training. Natalie, the girl who helped me was actually really nice and was patient with me when I was deciding my assorted donuts. She also offered me a sample of their glazed which was nice. I was extremely happy and excited that Krispy Kreme carried lemon filled donuts so I couldn't contain my excitement. Belle on the other hand was annoyed with my excitement and rolled her eyes when I was ecstatic of the many choices Krispy Kreme had. My experience went downhill from there. Afterwards, Belle tried to act nice and provide better customer service but no thanks, my mood was already ruined. Krispy Kreme definitely needs workers who are just ecstatic as a customer is not workers who roll their eyes and act as if their job is so hard to be happy. If you're in a position of customer service, do your job. The glazed donuts were good, lemon were definitely my favorite. The kreme filled chocolate ones were decadent as well.
