My son bought a half dozen of glazed donuts last Friday at the drive throw window at Krispy Kreme. They were all stale and hard. This was just awful to have someone spend their hard earned money on food that was uneatable . Krispy Kreme is the worse place to buy donuts. Never again! read more

Everyone know Krispy Kreme has the best donuts. But I also received five star service. I was planning a memorial service for my daughter so I called to make arrangements to pick up 4 dozen donuts. The phone was answered by Lynn the general manager and she was so accommodating and helpfull explaining the different products available and invited me to come by the morning of the memorial service so I did. When I arrived Lynn was there and she was the same cheerfull but empethitic persion i had talked to on the phone. The rest of here staff were also very attentive and helpfull. I was tired so i also ordered a large coffee and it was excellent coffee. Great donuts, great coffee and great service who could ask for more. read more

Closed. Even though there were people inside on a Thursday at 10:37am. I tried knocking on drive through window but was ignored.

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. They make me happy. They gave my family a free donut, hot off the belt. I also got an iced coffee with the glazed donut sweetener. I definitely enjoy the sweet treat. Thank you Jairo for the great service. If your kids get an A on their report card, you can get a free donut. That's pretty cool. read more

Ashly helped my mom after she fell in the bathroom. My mom has mobility issues and lost her footing and fell. I couldn't get her up. Ashly an employee of Krispy Kreme came to our aid and lifted my mom unto her wheelchair. My mom is a heavy woman and her feet and legs do not work very well. I drove all that way cause I could just taste those donuts in my mouth. It's been so long but when I saw them, it's like they look like really fat pancakes. They don't look like anything like you used to make them. I don't know. I understand that everyone's cutting things down to get better prices but honey, I will never stop there again. That's how bad they are. I'm better off going to Dunkin' Donuts. read more

Arrived at 830am on 2/27/26 and the door was locked. A sign stating dinning room closed. I like to see my donuts which is why I walk in. Was forced to do a drive thru. I order apple fitters and was advised the "corporate has eliminated Apple fritters". I will absolutely not ever go back to any Krispy Cream, especially this location that locks their door during business hours. read more

When you walk in the door , you are greeted with the STRONG smell of rancid oil. It's disgusting! Living in the desert, we know rancid! Oil turns so quickly. Baked goods turn so quickly. I've let corporation know- and they have yet to do anything. . The donuts even taste rancid and they were cold and stale. Horrible branch. I guess I'll give the one down in San Diego a try. KK has fallen a LOT since its heyday back in the 90s. read more

This location is terrible. Their donut's taste old and stale. In addition, the manager here is equally terrible. She's an unhappy, rude person. This location needs to be turned into some sort of other fast food establishment. read more

Do not order online from this store. I ordered the specialty snoopy donuts the day before and drove all the way there this morning only to find out they didn't have them because their donut maker was two hours late. That happens but why didn't the manager notify people not to come because their order wasn't going to be ready. Totally unacceptable. There are better places in the area. If you do order online call before you go so you don't waste a trip. read more

Went a while back for just a donut. It took a while for someone to come to the register. When she finally came out, I was greeted by a very rude white lady. Wow, I needed something sweet after a plate of Mexican food. This KK was right next door with fresh glazed donuts hot and ready to go. So light and delicious. Eating two takes about one second! They are just so good!! They made some fresh hot coffee and away I went with the biggest smile ever. I ate the donuts so fast I forgot to take a pic. Trust me, you need a dozen! I went in and ordered 8 dozen donuts 4 plain and 4 mixed. I was told I needed to wait while they serviced the people behind me. the guy behind me said he would wait until they got my order done. The lady behind the counter called him by name and said no he has to wait he ordered to many. He was as shocked as I was. I told her I have 55 letter carriers waiting and she just walked away. I waited 30 minutes then I asked to speak with a manager. She didn't tell anyone, so I saw someone walking by and said "excuse me are you the manager?" She stated yes. I told her about what happened and she said are you kidding me? I told her look at your video and see how long I have been standing here. She rushed 2 people(not the rude lady) to get my order ready. She comped 2 dozen of the plain but never said that she was sorry. No apology at all. Next time I take carriers donuts it will be from Winchell's or somewhere. I don't need to spend $200+ for this kind of treatment. read more

I've always loved coming here. The donuts they have are unique and stand out from other placed I've been to in the area. The service is always quick, never any long waits. I brought my daughter in today, and the employee gave us a sample of something we wanted to try. I like how you can watch things inside too. Its a unique place and hope they stay around read more

Literally the worst Krispy Kreme experience ever. Walk in order for some quick doughnuts to go. The hot now light is on, fresh donuts are rolling on the line. I am neither greeted or handed a fresh doughnut (I excused this as maybe they were busy dealing with production), but then I order 2 doughnuts and they give me cold ones!!! You aren't at Krispy Kreme for a fancy bit of anything. You stop by when that light is on to get a hot fresh doughnut. To walk away without that tells me this isn't worth visiting, ever. read more

I went here four times using the togotogo site, and I was satisfied every time and the staff responded very well.

I have to give this 2 stars and not because of the staff. The staff were amazing! Krispy Kreme needs to step it up when it comes to the quality of their doughnuts, especially what they charge for them nowadays. I tried one of the new cookies and crème filled shamrock doughnuts and not only was it dry as hell, if this is what Krispy Kreme thinks is "filled", I'd like to know what they're smoking because I want some of it. Do better Krispy Kreme, do better. read more

I just went to grab a late night snack, a single glazed doughnut since they are my favorite from here. everywhere I looked said they closed at 10pm so with my due diligence I went at 9:00pm. The employee ran to the door and held the door closed. She said she wasn't going to help me since she said she was closing the store at 9pm since "she doesn't have to stay open till 10". I don't know if this is a new rule or if she was doing it on her own accord. however- disrespectful behavior. read more

Yes! When I first moved to the desert (Palm Springs area) I was extremely excited to learn that there was a Krispy Kreme close by. I'm used to having to drive about 45 minutes to find a Krispy Kreme. So this was a real treat. I would swing by sometimes before work or on weekends when I wanted something sweet. Sometimes I would pick up a couple dozens and take them to work for everyone to enjoy. Krispy Kreme has those classic glaze donuts that are so fresh and smothered in glaze! Yummy! The chocolate glazed ones are nice as well! I didn't get to try any of the specialty donuts from this location. When that sign is lit up and the donuts are fresh, you gotta grab one! Or two lol They are the best donuts when they are fresh. Yeah sure they sell them at the grocery store and other places, but that isn't the same as a freshly baked Krispy Kreme donut. These are legendary. They melt in your mouth. Anyone who likes Krispy Kreme knows about that sign that shows the donuts are hot!! Yummmmm Well, it wasn't on when I pulled up lol. But I still ordered a dozen and left a happy customer. Customer service was great, I opted for the drive thru ofc, and although behind 3 cars, I jammed to one Drake song, so I'd say I was only waiting for about 3minutes until I got to the order screen. I'm not much of a donut eater nowadays but can tell you that I ate 3 of them.. lol! It's not my fault though, they are light, airy, and just deliciousness! *insert pig squeals* All in all if you are thinking of going, GO! I will only go sparingly, because I don't want to get "Country Chunky" and start looking like Winnie The Pooh! ;-( 10/10 read more

Ordered an original glazed donut and a small frozen caramel mocha no whipped cream. She forgot and added whipped cream. It was okay though. It actually tasted delicious with it. Looked beautiful lol. She almost forgot to give me my donut after. But she apologized. It was late so I understand. The donut was so warm, delicious, and very fresh! I love them! They're always very quick and efficient when I go. Little mistakes happen but it's ok. It was a funny experience that made my day better. When customer service makes mistakes and they're very genuine and apologetic it just shows that they do care! They're so very nice all of the time! Really really recommend! read more

LOVE KRISPY KREME DONUTS- they are so delicious. This location is located inside a strip mall, with easy access for parking. KIDS WOULD LOVE IT, because they have free Krispy Kreme hats and you can also watch donuts being made. They have a great selection of donuts including some special donuts for summer (Lime, Pineapple and Strawberry with decorative frosting) . This location has some tables as well as a full beverage bar. There is also a Restroom for customers that is very clean. All of the staff were very professional and seemed genuinely happy to be there. You can buy individual donuts or buy a box. These donuts are beyond scrumptious! I love these donuts. And our server, Jodi did a terrific job serving us today. But I do think these donuts are a bit pricey at over $200 almost $300 for one, regular glazed. Maybe they cost more when their "Hot" sign is on because cost of electricity is high when it has to light up? read more

Great donuts and customer service. Thank you Jayson and staff for a nice experience for the first time trying Krispy Kreme.

Was very disappointed with Krispy Kreme Donuts today. I stopped by this morning and ordered 4 assorted dozens. Customer service was bad. We were served old milk. When we showed it to the employee she said, "Oh well that was the last one. You can just throw it away." We were done with them. Almost $30 for spoiled milk, 6pack donuts and a couple kids donuts and this is the type of service you get. No wonder they are so slow. Bad location. I would recommend going to Winchells up the street. Better service and fresh donuts daily, not trucked in like we just witnessed. read more

We have visited this location a multitude of times, enjoying how fresh and flavorful the donuts are. Being a rewards member also opens you up to deals that are emailed to you on occasion. Once you reach a dozen items ordered (Dozen, Donut, Coffee) you actually earn a "free" item within what you have accrued. So far, no issue. Krispy Kreme makes it SO EASY to order online. Heck, you can even load a card with funds so you can use it later. I am telling you, it is seamless. The problem I had today was attempting to REDEEM my award online. No can do, no bueno, it throws the proverbial wrench onto the mix. So in these times of COVID, when the drive thru lines can be long and access to the inside s closed, I would have to drive to the location to order. That is the ONLY way to REDEEM your reward. Their website even mentions that they do not want their customers jumping through hoops in order to obtain their prize, well what do you call this? You can go there and "automatically" be recognized when you order, giving them your phone number, but I can't do it online where everything else is so easy? THAT, TO ME, is making me jump through hoops. read more
