*** This review is only for the NM Sales Associate, Tony Rezvani *** Came down to Houston again just to purchase some more Louis Vuitton items due to a rumor of an upcoming price increase. As previously reviewed, Pam Lara, was again my SA for these purchases so no complaints there. I'm a newcomer to high-end luxury items since my first purchase last year, hence why I always go back to Pam to avoid dealing with snooty SA's elsewhere. Well, that all about changed after Pam told me to browse around while she boxed up my items. I decided to go snoop around the NM/Chanel boutique and there were 3 SA's just chatting amongst themselves and neither of them offered me any assistance, let alone any greeting upon entering the small space. It wasn't like there were other customers -- my bf and I were the only one in there. Yup, my first brush-off. I was really intent on purchasing a pair of sunglasses too, but not with that kind of snobbery. After picking up my purchases from LV and carrying around a huge brown bag filled with multiple brown boxes, my bf and I decided to go back to Chanel just to test what kind of reception we would receive. Unfortunately, there might have been a change of shift because the same ladies weren't there, but we were immediately helped by SA, Tony Rezvani. I told him that I wanted a pair of Chanel sunglasses and so he lead me to a separate counter where they had more selection than what's inside the Chanel boutique. I admit, I am a picky person, but who wouldn't be when you're about to spend so much dough? Tony was extremely patient with me. Finally settling on a pair, I was a bit disappointed to learn that they only had the display pair available. It had a bunch of smudges on the lens, but he stated that he would clean it up to look brand new. Wanting to check out the actual Chanel store in the Galleria first to see if they had a new pair, he told me that he would hold it just in case they didn't have it. (See my review on that Chanel store). Well, the other Chanel didn't have the same model. Tony cleaned up my sunglasses and I didn't notice any imperfections at the time. It wasn't until I got back to the hotel to take a closer look and noticed a very tiny silver scuff mark on the black inner frame. Never returning anything to Neiman Marcus before, I was afraid that he would've thought I did it -- so I unwillingly decided to keep them. My bf kept insisting I should return them since he knew I wasn't happy. So in the morning, I gave Tony a call (he gave me his business card). He had absolutely no problem with the return and told me to come see him right away. Seeing Tony again, he was very welcoming and extremely apologetic of not seeing the scuff mark and immediately ordered a brand new pair to be shipped to me. Also, if I should ever have a scratch on my sunnies in the future, he'll replace them free for me. This is what Customer Service should be all about! While we were waiting, I bought my bf a pair of Ray-Bans too from him. Now, I'm ecstatic to have a Chanel hookup -- that could spell trouble... ;) By the way, he also deals with all designer handbags/accessories. Some of the WORST customer service ever! They locked two of their primary exit doors before closing (a likely violation of fire code!). Manager said she had to call "loss prevention" to open the door. "Loss prevention" arrived accompanied by law enforcement. Don't bother with the overpriced items here. Yes it's Neiman Marcus so of course it's amazing! They have the best selection of designer goods, especially so the high end of the high end. Their fragrance range is much more curated and expansive than Saks or Nordstrom. I prefer their shoe range for men better than Nordstrom. Employees are more likely to attend to you if you act out in a bossy way and like chasing the ladies carrying Birkins, I'm never really helped here unless I'm with my mother I understand the stuffiness though, it's the prime location of all the "Oil Queens of Houston" read more

After that we went to Valentino section and this Asian lady was there and told us they will be closed in 15-20 minutes. I asked her about the price of a bag and she asked me what is my budget? I said I don't have any budget, I just buy what I like. She replied in that case why didn't I buy something at Chanel section then. We recently visited this location to get my wife some lipstick. This high-end store's staff is too hysterical to be open in this corona world! The "greeting" of customers starts with security blocking the entrance and people at a desk demanding your name and email in order to enter the store. It continues with being escorted throughout the store with an associate glued to you. I was ready to leave very quickly. When we went to check out, one associate ran over to be berate our associate for using the wrong cash register. I told the other one to back off and mind her own business so we could pay get leave. I always love coming to Neiman's in the Galleria. Parking is convenient and everyone is so warm and welcoming. I've never had a bad encounter with a beauty specialist or sales person. Very different from my experience at the Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills! Today I had a complimentary facial from La Mer with Valentina. She is phenomenal! She is considerate, helpful, very sweet and aaamazing with her hands! My face and shoulders feel brand new!! If you're interested in any products or NM spa services, I highly recommend her. For parking: Valet around the corner is great. There's also a ticketed/paid parking across the street on the main level, and underground parking (free!) - once you're underground, drive to your far right. There's usually a bunch of open parking spaces and the stairs lead you right in front of Neiman's, in the ladie's shoes and beauty department. read more

I was unhappy with my experience in their fragrance/cosmetics department. My GF and I hoped to purchase three to four bottles of high-end perfume, and acquire some samples for future orders. Scents change when they react with your skin over time so testing prior to purchase is essential. The "product specialists" were very cold and unhelpful. It appeared as if they sized us up as unworthy, non-purchasers. I admit we were dressed casually, but come on this is not Milan or London! They were chatting behind one of the counters. They glanced at us, and kept talking with one another. I politely said, "Pardon me. Can you please help us?". One turned around and lifted a finger gesturing 'one moment'. She turned back to gossiping about another coworker with the second lady. We were shocked. Just as we were about to leave, she called out "y'all needed help with something?". We swallowed our pride because only Neiman carried one of the three brands we planned to buy from. Before buying the bottles, we asked about the other scents we were unsure about. Although she sprayed some on the cards for us, she DENIED us ANY samples. She untruthfully claimed that since they were out of the company's samples, she could not give us any. However, in any high-end department store, they will decant (spray into a small vial from the tester) fragrances for you. We nicely asked her to decant some. She replied that Neiman Marcus didn't do that... when just two counters over another sales associate was doing exactly that. Even worse, her coworker opened the drawer behind her for another customer (wearing a tailored suit) and it was filled with hundreds of sample bottles. She had the decency to look embarrassed. We stared her down, and walked out without another word. Surprisingly, we saw the boutique of one of the fragrances we were planning to purchase. The place looked even more swank than NM, and the clientele reflected it. Yet, they treated us with lots of respect and warmth despite our informal attire. The sales associate there was so helpful, he even began preparing samples without us saying a word about purchasing. We bought two bottles from him and then went to Saks Fifth where a similar (friendly) experience occurred. I refuse to give Neiman Marcus any business after this incident. Disrespecting and profiling customers is one thing, flat out lying is another. They lost over $1,000 from us that day, and more future purchases because of their fragrance department employees. read more

The sales staff remind of vultures after a kill. I walked in today; there are multiple sales people standing 3 feet from each other. Each one asked me if they could help me. They're literally standing right next to each other so either they're not paying attention to the fact that I already said "No thank you" 4 times to 4 other sales peopl or maybe there are too many people on the floor? Are they that hungry for a sale? I made NO eye contact or looked as if I needed help. They still attacked. It was such a turn off, I didn't feel as if I could browse the floor without someone coming up to me. Left the store and bought my merchanise at Saks. To the Store Manager....your sales staff needs to back off. Tell them to watch and observe. If a customer needs help, they will make eye contact. You've lost a wealthy customer. read more

Never ever a disappoint. My family members are such huge Neiman's shoppers that we see certain sales associates that help us with purchases! I love shopping for my nieces and nephew here. They always have things that are SO adorable in the kids' department. You'll always fine me on the third floor, browsing through Tory Burch and Theory clothing. And when it's winter, Juicy! Neiman's has Juicy Couture clothing way cheaper than the Juicy store itself. (that's just my opinion.) The people here are really friendly and very helpful! Now they take any and all cards, but somehow I don't feel any more interested in coming here. Preface: I hate shopping. I needed a white dress - called the formal dress dept. ahead of time and was assigned a sales person. Good: Ekaterina - if you need anything in the whole entire store - call and ask for her. She will astound you with her detail, promptness and preparations for your arrival. She pulled over 15 dresses from all areas of the store for me to try on - in fact, before I arrived, she tried all of them on herself so she could have meaningful conversation with me about them. She had a room set up with shoes, bags, anything else I could possibly need and never once "started selling" me on anything. I will only shop with Ekaterina when I shop at Neimans. Bad: Obviously this place isn't cheap - it's not necessarily bad - but just know, you'll be paying top dollar and don't expect sales. The parking at the galleria is atrocious. read more

Neiman Marcus, also known as "Needless Markup" is the premier Texas luxury store, bar none. Their emphasis on luxury goods sold via excellent service is a winner, in my opinion. I very much enjoy their jewelry counter, especially since they sell several of my favorite jewelry designers' work. The fashion is very a la mode (no, not like with ice cream). I especially enjoy that you can find Gaultier there. My only beef with the store is the crazy "let me spritz you with this new smell" person that is always in the main aisle as you come in. If I'm shopping in your store, I'm probably already wearing a fragrance and if I'm not, I don't want one. I really think that this tactic makes me LESS likely to buy fragrance, if anything, in a store. My ONE pet peeve is that they do not accept any credit cards other than their own or AmEx. If you want to trot in with your little debit card, you're out of luck. Before I knew that, it almost screwed up my hub's birthday present for me, since the daily ATM cash limit was lower than the price we needed to pay. Forewarned is fore-armed. read more

While I am happy that Neiman's is open for in store purchases it is disappointing that what I love about the store is what has been cut. Bought a pair of sneakers and discovered a lace was missing when I got home. Under normal circumstances a simple phone call would have resolved that. Nope, not now. I do a lot of my shopping online, but I often venture into NM to return items that I bought online. The sales people can be over the top with their sales pitch, but they are usually quite helpful. I actually had one sketch a bag I was interested in to find it in a particular color. The bag was never found (I am still holding out hope), but she contacted me to let me know that she had looked around. Most sales people will just ignore that sort of request. The Last Call sale is usually good too, they are having an insanely good one right now, especially in the shoe department. I prefer Neiman Marcus over Saks, the sales associates generally seem more helpful, and the ambience is less snooty. I've stopped by the Chanel boutique here several times to ogle over some purses, and the sales associates here welcomed my questions and happily showed me the products I inquired about without making me feel inferior. When I am ready, I will gladly make my Chanel purchase in this boutique, as opposed to the Chanel store. I have yet to make a "large" purchase at Neiman Marcus, so I can't exactly comment on the other departments in great detail. I've purchased makeup and small things here and there over the years. As far as I can remember, I've always had pleasant experience here. I've actually purchased more items at Saks, mainly due to convenience, since it's in the wing of the Galleria that I frequent. My experiences at Saks have been forgettable, unfortunately. I don't buy luxury products often, but I'll definitely save my future purchases for Neiman's, even if it is a longer walk. read more

Camilla is the GO-TO lady for all handbags. She knows what is new and in. She will always go the extra mile to order something for you as well as check the back stock. Ms. Camilla is super friendly and loyal. Since I have purchased a bag from her, I have never shopped with anyone else in Neiman Marcus. Tom Cooley is the GO-TO man for all shoes. He remembers your size and details to your fashion sense. I constantly get emails, however he knows which ones to send that interest me without blowing up my inbox. I love Neiman Marcus- They have absolutely the best selection of EVERYTHING!!! AAAAND they have the best restaurant inside any of the other department stores, Mariposa. I agree with Daniel L. this is not the Northpark Neiman's, but as far as women's clothes go, they really do have the best selection... From Hudson jeans to Dior gowns (not that I have ever purchased the latter). Their handbag selection is also the best. You aren't going to find as much or as current Fendi in the Galleria, except for the Fendi boutique, but you don't get InCircle points there, so just buy it at Neiman's. Also, their Balenciaga selection is incredible... you know how Saks has a little boutique for Louis Vuitton? Well Neiman's has CARTIER. Yes. During Christmas, I stock up on presents for family and myself here, and most importantly, I stock up on the Neiman Marcus Salted Caramel... It's a terrible thing for Neiman's to do because this caramel is so delicious, that it will make you go from a size 2 to an 8 in three bites. I like getting Joiji's opinion (on the third floor) on what to wear because she always has something helpful to say in a non-sales person kind of way- She talked me out of a Milly dress for a family brunch last year because she said I already owned too many dresses that looked exactly like that one (It's true), and she found a much more fun Rachel Roy frock. Neiman's does sales better than anyone else. I've always had such good luck finding gowns here- for weddings and for evening affairs...I've been lucky to run into their sales more than once. Robert Rodriguez, David Meister, Theia, ML Monique Lhuillier and even Marchesa are just some of my favorite lucky steals! A few winters ago, I found a Burberry coat on sale, for about 50% less than they had it at any other department store, and the Burberry boutique. Their shoe selection is really good, but they never have things in my size (36/35.5). Finally, this place carries Tom Ford make up, which I have recently added to my list of vices, along with a great collection of Hermes scarves that I have no business ogling. My biggest complaint is that the store is run down, and the changing rooms need some serious TLC. The carpets are tattered, and some dressing rooms have broken fixtures (seriously???). Also, going through the first floor is like walking through a jungle!!! The people crossing the street from Dillard's into Galleria I all take a shortcut through Neiman's, and it makes it really unpleasant to sit at a make up counter afraid someone is going to knock you down accidentally. Amazing service today at Neiman Marcus. The sales lady Bobbie was so helpful. She even helped us look for custom jewelry on a different floor. My wife and I were dressed super casual, as she is 9 months pregnant, so we weren't sure about the level of service we would get from a high end department store. From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. The store was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the sales people were amazing. Although my husband buys me gifts from N-M quite often, I'd never shopped there until last weekend. I had heard from friends that the sales assistants (SAs) were "judgey" and pushy. Fortunately, I did not find that to be the case for the most part. I walked through the beauty section un-harrassed. I stopped by the David Yurman counter to browse for matches to my bracelet. The SA there was nice, but she kept pointing out things that clearly were not my style. I showed her the bracelet that I own, which is pretty much the smallest mm twisted coil, and she started showing me much more ostentatious pieces. Oh well, moving along to the shoes...my main reason for stopping in! I browsed for a few minutes before anyone assisted me. I actually had to approach a SA myself. But I didn't mind this too much because at least he wasn't being pushy, right? My SA seemed to be new and I kind of had to order him around a bit to get him to bring out all the shoes I wanted to see. I did end up buying a pair, but it was pretty anticlimactic as I have received more exciting service when spending $30 in DSW. Once I got in my car and was on my way home, I noticed that my shoe box had a tear on the top of it. Being the control freak that I am, I immediately called the store and they told me to bring the box in for an exchange any time. I stopped by the next day and was greeted by a lovely man who agreed that when you're buying a pair of designer shoes the box *does* need to be perfect. Hopefully I will be able to track him down and have him as my SA the next time. Part of spending more money than you should on a pair of shoes is about the experience, and this guy seemed like he'd be much more excited and helpful! read more

Neiman Marcus is supposed to be known for high end products and good customer service. The customer service is completely non existent. I tried to return shoes that were a gift (not for money, just an even exchange) and NO ONE could figure out what to do. The shoes are brand new, still in the box WITH THE RECEIPT, but yet no one could help me. They were so utterly confused it was shocking. After 30 minutes, I left with my original shoes that are too small. An even exchange is not abnormal; I'm still confused as to what the issue was. I can honestly say I will never shop at that Neiman's ever again. I have always been a Nordstrom customer, I will continue to take my money to Nordstrom. read more

I recently bought a pair of shoes at Neimans Houston which were fairly expensive... during the process the SA was super nice and engaged with me and family. Next day I tried on my sandals and sure enough they cut into my feet ( not because of being too tight but the material was very hard) I went to ask if I could get a store credit or even just exchange the pair since they were painful and I was helped by the very same SA. I find out that not only can you not return but once you make a sale , my SA conveniently forgot me! I was upset and asked does Saks have the same policy? My SA coldly told me ' well you should have bought it there... total and utter shock. I went to Saks and enquired and sure enough they take back shoes if they hurt your feet even if worn. So my SA was right ... should have taken my hard earned cash and spent it Saks. read more

I've shopped at NM for years and always treated myself to lunch in their stylish restaurant on the 3rd floor. Not again! Something has changed & not for the better. First, there is no longer an elegant hostess to greet a guest and escort them to their table. Instead, a waitress stands in who isn't trained as a hostess. Cordial, but disinterested - do you know what I mean? Service has slowed and food not up to par. For ex, one scoop of dryish chicken salad was plopped on bread with one sliver of lettuce and one cut of tomato. I picked up the sandwich and it fell apart from dryness. The waitress never returned to check on the meal. The restaurant was not full; yet it was the time when it usually was very busy. With exception of 1 waitress, the others stood around near the door of the kitchen talking with each other. I waved my hand countless times for attention because of an invoice problem. My waitress ignored me until she finished her part in the conversation. When she finally came to my table, I asked her what was going on because clearly the restaurant had changed. She said they had a new chef and the management now wanted them to stay open to 8pm when there are no guests. They also had done away with the hostess position. This is an expensive restaurant now cutting corners and losing its image. read more

I have to concur with all of the negative comments about this place. Its just a downright insult. Today I called and spoke with a wonderful sales person in Mens Furnishings name Christina Thrift( the reason for the 3 star rating) about a shirt I saw there earlier this week. Christine told me she knew which shirt I was referring too, and stated that she would not be on the sales floor and that it would be on hold. I arrive at the store no later than 20 mins after speaking with Christina and all of the sales ppl that I encountered either ignored me or had no idea where the hold was located. I literally had to wait 15mins to get acknowledgment. Finally after being handed off the about 4 sales ppl who had no clue to what I was talking about out walks Christina. I was so relieved , along with her great smile, upbeat personality she was very informative and even took the time out to walk the sales floor find more shirts she thought i would like. I ended up buying more than I originally intended. If it wasn't for her i would have literally walked out and never have stepped foot in the store again. Have you ever seen those documentaries on Wild Kingdom about those voracious locusts that lay waste to anything in their path? Or the piranhas that ravenously devour their prey, picking the bones clean? No? Well, my friends, just enter Neiman Marcus at the cosmetic/perfume entrance and prepare to become the milkbone in a dog-eat-dog world. NM, is it the economy that has turned your sales associates (SA's) into such sales predators? Yes, there is such a thing as TOO MUCH customer service...and it's a bad thing...a very, very bad thing. In my pursuit of the perfect dress to wear to a friend's wedding, I decided to check out the huge sale taking place at NM. Many of their usually exorbitantly-priced dresses had been reduced by 40 to 50 percent plus you could take an additional 25% off the lowest ticketed price. As I approached NM's 2nd level entrance from within the Galleria, my spidey senses started tingling. Danger, danger! Maybe I should liken this to a video game. In order to reach the dresses on the 3rd level, I would first have to make it past the gauntlet of perfume spritzers and make-up/cosmetic artists. I quickened my steps, made no direct eye contact, aimed numerous "No thanks" to neutralize the SA's and employed various agile maneuvers to deftly make my way around the sneaky ones that tried to body-block me. I reached the escalators, made my way through the haute couture section, snapped up a dress that should have been on the next floor and escaped with nary a scratch. Once I reached the next floor, it was survival of the fittest. No sooner had my feet left the escalator, I was swarmed by SA's. The fact that I had a dress in hand made the situation more dire. In the span of 15 minutes, I must have been approached by about 7 or 8 SA's. Jeesh! Let me shop, will ya? Every time I picked up an article of clothing, an SA would appear out of thin air, asking me if I'd been helped already or if they could start a fitting room for me. If my gaze lingered too long on a blouse, again *poof* a sales associates materialized right before my eyes. People, that's way too much pressure, even for a seasoned shopper. I know their salary is based on commission, but the hovering is just too much. I have to give props to the ladies in the Shoshanna dresses section, though, as I was approached once while on that side of the store. Maybe they just had less SA's on that side but it was nice to be able to look through the racks without being interrupted every 2 minutes. Can we talk about purchasing? NM, how about expanding your payment options? You know, embrace Visa, MC and Discover. Not everyone wants to open a NM account nor does everyone have an American Express. I was ready to purchase the afore-mentioned dress only to remember that I (A) had neither a NM card or AE, (B) I left my checkbook at home and (C) the closest ATM was at the skating rink level, far away from where I was. I asked the SA to hold the dress for me and told her that I would be back the next day to complete the purchase. She assured me that the dress would be waiting for me the next day. Yep, you know where this is going, don't you? I returned the next day only to discover that the dress was NOT in their holding section. Say what? The SA went back a few times to look for it but came back empty-handed. I decided to look through the racks and was able to find the dress, but why had the dress been returned to the floor? Not good, NM, not good, but at least I had my dress. The tale is not done, though. I found another cute dress but wanted another size, which they had...in Dallas. "Bag it", I said...."I'll take both sizes", then asked if shipping was complimentary. Nope, it was going to run me $12.95. I balked at the shipping and said I wasn't interested...I shop on-line and $12.95 is rather pricey for regular shipping. Plus, if the dress ended up being too big (good possibility), then I'd have to return it, thus eating the cost of shipping. But wait. MAYBE it's overnight or 2-day express shipping. I can go for that. NOPE, it's for 5-day shipping....FROM DALLAS....TO HOUSTON. And with the 4th of July weekend happening in a few days, I wouldn't receive the dress for about 9 days. Pass. NM, you should take notes from Nordstroms or Saks. Nordstroms shipping is only $5. In addition, Nordstroms doesn't charge shipping if the item comes from another store. Saks does the same thing. The NM SA said she couldn't waive the shipping because it was a sale item. Um...you offer free shipping on your website for both regular and sale-priced items. I didn't know this until after I was back home. Had I known this beforehand, perhaps the sales associate would have waived the shipping. I'll be sure to mention it next time. Yes, you read right. Worst customer services EVER. I am disabled and they couldn't care less. I was at the Galleria Sunday to enjoy some time with my nieces. We parked by Neiman Marcus. We were heading back to the car at 10 till 6:00. When we reached the door to go in there was this HORRIBLY rude and inconsiderate women standing at the sliding door from the mall. She was so unbelievably rude to everyone that needed to go through or in Neiman Marcus. She would not let anyone in, even people that just come from the store to pay for parking. She was even pushing people. She was telling everyone to go around. When I told her that I was disabled and needed to go through to get to my car. She said "she didn't care and I had to go around. My niece told her that I was disabled and it was hard for me to walk. She again said just go around. When I asked to talk to the manager, she said I'm the manager, and I just needed to go around. When we walked to the next door that was open we I encountered another man that worked there, he was also incredibly rude. He also said to walk around, and it didn't matter that I was disabled I still needed to go around. So I had to walk all around the building and I had to go down 3 flights of stairs. I'm in so much pain, I have been in bed for 2 days. The fist day I codes hardly move. I will NEVer set foot inside this place and I'm going to report these horrible people. I like Neiman Marcus as a national high-end department store, the ones in Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City have offered me some of my best retail experiences. In general I like the Neiman's inventory ranging from leather goods to skincare to ready to wear. The Houston Neiman's is large and cleanly laid out. The colors and construction of the store are very minimal so the displays really draw your attention. This is all why I am offering it 2 stars.The rest of the review is for the NM in the Galleria. Here's what I don't like: each experience I've had with their sales associates has been unpleasant. I seem to experience the two extremes. On one end, when I was picking out a handbag for my mom, the associate would literally always be within 2-4 steps of me and would not stop talking about each bag I touched and how she thinks my mom will like it. I get that she works on commission, but I don't need to be bombarded. Even when I told her that I was fine shopping on my own, she would keep coming over to tell me how the bag I had in my hand was new, which if you think about it, isn't really saying anything. No one is going to say "that is a OLD bag you got there", after all, they buy in seasons. Another time I was looking at the Tom Ford cologne they had, but they only accepted American Express, which, as my Mayflower descended friends would say is "soooo new money". I am not questioning their policy (which has since been changed because honestly, it's a joke), I didn't appreciate the sales associate totally pulling a Pretty Woman on me, telling me that I should shop somewhere that would take my card or "run the debit card to an ATM" (I wasn't using a debit card). So I took my 'street walker' card over to Saks and bought my Tom Ford and then left via Neiman Marcus right in front of her. And then this other time (you can tell by now that I've given them a couple of chances hopefully)-- I saw a Vuitton Keepall that I liked. I had actually been comparing material (Epi vs canvas), color (stardard vs. graphite), size for some time. I saw a nice black Epi leather keepall in the size I wanted and I asked to see it as it was all the way up and the old lady (not discriminating her age, just giving a descriptive feature so future shoppers will take caution) who works there just looked at it and said "oh yeah it's high" and did not move. So I thought maybe this lazy mofo has arthritis, and I asked her to do a price check and she said "It's pricey". And when I asked the now numbers-challeged, certifiably lazy, probable arthritis sufferer for specifics on price, she actually said "Why don't you go to the Louis Vuitton store, they might be able to help you." So I went to the Louis Vuitton store, ended up buying that Keepall. I wish I had done a Pretty Woman thing "Big mistake. Huge" after I saw her on my walk back (I park across the street from NM)- but instead I just called her an idiotic bitch. Lesson learned: Neiman Marcus - beautiful store, great selection, socially handicapped sales associates. read more
