Fresh fried jalebi on certain days!

Busy legit Indian street food restaurant. Been coming here since they opened a few years ago. It's a far drive for us and we come regularly due to their tasty foods and consistent value. We often bring the whole family or part of a large crowd. Tables can be moved together for groups or a family. 6 booth tables by the window are also available. Large TVs usually are on a Cricket channel :-) but today stuck on a menu? We have seen a dip of food availability at times so no longer 5 stars. We'll see if they move up or down next time..

Large order for take out at work as this place came recommended. The restaurant is able to accommodate for large orders and get them out fairly quick. Only complaint would be that the Dossa orders were not labeled which was trouble when some preferred with no spice. I ordered the spicy dossa and a mango drink , both so delicious! 10/10! Give them a try , I am excited to be back soon!

Okay, this place is hopping. Like, shoulder-to-shoulder at 9 pm on a Friday kind of hopping. But you know what? It's worth the squeeze. This is Indian street food done right. Fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. We ordered the Mysore Chutney Masala Dosa and each bite was a mini explosion of deliciousness. The Cut Mirchi was cooked to perfection, and was perfectly seasoned. Now, be warned: it's LOUD. Like, "gotta raise your voice to be heard across the counter" loud. Rating: 4.5 stars (would be 5 for the food alone, but that noise level...)

It's a vegetarian, fast casual spot. Neehee's offers a chance to taste some of the fun Indian foods - lots of chaat options, ice cream, dessert like drinks, sandwiches, dosas and fried bread. There's even a Jalabi section, though it was closed when I got there - we were there around 8:30pm, so might be open for weekend hours. The food was good. I really enjoyed the bhature, the fried puff bread. It's crispy, but kind of chewy. Very satisfying. The dosa is a bit thicker and not as crisp as it could be, but still enjoyable. There is the paper dosa, which is 2 feet long that could feed 2 people. I found the pricing to be on the higher end... for what appears to be fast food meatless option, $15 for bread and chickpeas seems pricey, but the food tasted good and the space is clean and spacious. They do offer lunch specials which is half the price which is more wallet amenable. Check out their website for the hours.

Big space and good parking lot space. We went on sat evening and was not that crowded. This is my second time here. The first time what we ordered was not good. This time I took yelpers advice on food ordering. Ordered sugarcane juice, undhiyun puri, garlic vada pav, rajkachori and dry gobi manchurian. The garlic vada pav was good and so as rajkachori. I liked undhiyun puri but oily for may taste. The dry gobi manchurian was not good, it was tarty.

When you want to be adventurous and LOVE Indian Flavors & Textures, then Nee Hees is the perfect place for delicious Indian food for you to try. We went out tonight with my brother and his family to @neehees in Hanover Park to try their delectable dishes and were not disappointed! Neehee's serves 150+ veg/vegan yummy dishes such as chaat, pakoras, burgers, sandwiches, Desi fusion, idly-vada, Mirchi Bhajia, samosas, dosa wraps, ice creams, and mango lassi. There's something (g) for everyone. Watch the delicious food in our stories and Swipe to see a flavorful delicious dish I enjoved called Raj Kachori - loaded with Black Lentil croquet, Potatoes, Onion, Beet, Mint-Cilantro Chutney! Indian street style dishes to satisfy your sweet and spicy cravings. Must place to visit if you're ever in the Chicago area. Everything was absolutely delectable with bold flavors and healthy ingredients. Which of these droolworthy dishes would you try? * Garlic Vada Pav: spiced potato dumpling sandwich Gobi Manchurian: crispy battered cauliflower * Raj Kachori: crispy shell filled with black

My husband and I don't really plan on eating here because we just come to use the machines, take a few classes, and sit in the hot tub (which is pretty amazing); however, we decided to give it a shot just to say we've eaten there. Life Cafe's philosophy is to provide clean, healthy food to the people using the facilities. That means no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients, organic and gluten-free options, and so forth. To my surprise, they actually do a good job of sticking with this philosophy and creating a yummy menu. They also make a variety of smoothies with fruits, juices, yogurt, and milk (almond milk available for $.50 more). Whey protein is added to nearly all smoothies but you can request VeganMax protein instead, which is Lifetime's vegan protein supplement. SWEET. (I hate whey.) My husband ordered the savory roast beef sandwich and I had a wild-caught grilled salmon salad with a smoothie. The food is made fresh behind the counter so there is a slight wait. However, you're able to sit at the table and hang out until they bring the food to you (you're given a number sign when you order). My husband's sandwich seemed kind of small; yet, my salad was huge. They were both REALLY GOOD -- much better than we had expected from a place inside a fitness center. My strawberry/banana/orange juice smoothie was good although I could taste the protein powder with every sip. I got used to it. I wish they had more veggie smoothies. The cafe has a good amount of tables, large windows, and shelves of products for sale. I pretty much ignore the walls of products, but the snack bars are cool. So what's the catch? Why the four stars? The food is EXPENSIVE! Kyle's sandwich and my salad were nearly $9 each. I realize that the quality is amazing (and heck, Lifetime's membership isn't cheap) but I just can't afford to pour more money into this place. I'm still glad we tried it!

Maybe it's all that serotonin straight from working out, the friendly employees, or the nice natural light that'll flood right into this cafe. I enjoy just sitting here. Smoothies are awesome. We arrived around 11:30 am on a Saturday and there was no wait. We ordered and tried the following: 1) Shrimp egg rolls 2) Tofu banh bao 3) Small pho, beef broth, brisket, beef meatballs - We specifically order the pho for my girls and they both finished it without a single drop of broth left. 4) Small pho, vegan broth, tofu and mushrooms - Most Vietnamese restaurants do not have a vegan broth option. My mom is a vegetarian so this was definitely a surprise and ideal option! 5) Bun Dau Mam Tom - This can be a mess to wrap the fried tofu, steamed pork, rice noodles, and shrimp paste in lettuce. Everything went well together and the shrimp paste has a slight kick to it. 6) Soft shell crab fried rice - The soft shell crab is crunchy and came with a generous portion of fried rice. We had plenty of fried rice left. 7) Vietnamese iced coffee - My parents generally prefer the Vietnamese coffee hot however Pholicious only serves them cold. 8) Egg coffee - Rich and creamy! We did not try the banh mi but we did buy a bag of freshly baked baguettes to go. Each bag comes with three baguettes. If you buy one bag, it is $3. However, if you buy two bags, it is cheaper at $5. The baguettes held up really well for our home-made sandwiches.

The frappe was also really good. My friend ordered the avocado toast, which she liked, but her caramel macchiato was off at first it tasted mostly like milk with a little caramel. They did fix it though, so I'll give them credit for that. Only downside was she ended up feeling like she got food poisoning afterward. The egg on her dish had a thin film on it, so we're thinking it might not have been fully cooked, which is concerning. Service itself was good and the staff was nice. Parking was also easy, which is always a plus. Good food overall, but that situation definitely threw things off a bit.
