There's a lot here for vegetarians, which made it easy to order several dishes for the table and share. The restaurant has a polished, energetic ambience, and the tableside presentations make the experience feel more special than a standard Indian dinner. We finished with mango kulfi and an unexpectedly excellent chocolate tart, which may have been the surprise of the night. Every dish--except the salad--was spot on: authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The chicken inferno was especially memorable, and the portions were generous. My only suggestion would be for the kachumbar salad to have more vibrant colors and fresher flavors--perhaps beets and carrots instead of the very chewy purple cabbage. I didn't try any of the cocktails, but I did have a glass of cava brut, which was served in a white wine glass and was a very generous pour.
