Our 2nd time at Q And it did not disappoint. Consistent and Delicious Couple of favorites were chicken 65, chicken madras, and shrimp vindaloo. We will be back read more

A friend and I stopped in for lunch on a Thursday and we both loved it. Qcurry's is located in downtown Wheaton. Parking can be tricky especially during weekends but, there is plenty of street parking and garages close by. The place was empty but we did come in for a late lunch. We did see a few people coming and going for carry out orders too. The restaurant is kept clean and staff members were very helpful and kind. They did try to upsell items but were respectful when I declined. I decided to go with 1 of their quick combos, Combo B. It comes with 2 entrees, rice, and naan. For ~$13 this is a great option to try a variety. I tried the chicken tikka masala and the saag paneer. It was flavorful and delicious. Portion is generous and I could have brought home left overs but couldn't resist. I ate everything in 1 sitting. read more

This was excellent! Stopped here with a friend recently for a late weekday lunch. We each ordered one of the lunch specials that comes with 2 entrees, rice and naan, and everything was delicious! The man working there was friendly and knowledgeable, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of open tables to choose from. My only suggestion for improvement is that I'd love to see additional paneer options for the lunch special- I would have absolutely ordered 2 different paneer entrees, but I had butter chicken for my second choice and it was also delicious! Tip: parking in DT Wheaton can be crazy sometimes. If you're planning to arrive here at a specific time, definitely give yourself extra time to find parking and walk. read more

I've tried nearly the entire menu and haven't found a bad dish. The meat is always tender and the spices are nice and plentiful. Even better: the portions are larger than I personally would have expected. It seems like such a good value. A tip for anyone who wants to eat here: order the raita and the mint chutney with whatever you get. They go with everything. The mint chutney especially is addictive because it balances warm flavors so nicely. Literally I could drink it. And of course you should get some naan, they make it really well. read more

One of our faves! Fabulous food, friendly staff. Every time I've ordered from here, I've never been disappointed! It's great because we can sit down and eat for a night out, or if we want carryout, we can just pick up! The vibe is what you want. Plus, did I mention the food is fabulous?! :) read more

For appetizers, we had an order of samosas. They were very tasty! For entrees, we ordered butter chicken, chicken saag, and malai kofta. The chicken saag was my favorite, but the butter chicken and malai kofta were also DELICIOUS. The chicken was super tender, and all the curries were so flavorful. It was also my first time having malai kofta, and the dumplings were so good. We got paratha, roti, and rice. The roti and paratha were both great. Rice was pretty standard. Finally, we got an order of kheer for dessert. It was very tasty! Sweetness levels were perfect. Ratings: Samosas (8/10) Butter Chicken (7.5/10) Malai Kofta (7/10) Chicken Saag (8/10) Roti (7/10) Paratha (7/10) Kheer (8/10) Service was great. Restaurant was clean. We'll definitely be back. read more

I have gotten the lunch special here and the food does not disappoint. I got the rice with chicken masala and white rice. The portions are good, i usually have leftovers - so the price feels very reasonable. The service is good, quick and easy every time i've been there. The ambiance is nice to grab lunch if you'd prefer to dine in. read more

LOVE this place. I wish they would open a location further west. Plino took great care of us and helped us choose just the right spice levels for each of us, 0-10. Definitely get the Taj Mahal beer--a really nice lager. We visited on a weeknight and it was very quiet. Highly recommend--just a few steps from the Wheaton Metra stop. read more

Qcurrys has a nice, easy to find cornerlocation on Front St. in Wheaton. I ordered the Vegetable Samosa appetizer, garlic naan, Chicken Vindaloo, and Aloo Zeera, along with a mango shake. Everything was delicious. The portion sizes were good, the pricing reasonable, and the service was prompt and professional. It is also a very nice and clean dine-in spot. The samosas were especially a standout - very large, crisp where you want it to be crisp, and soft where you want it to be soft. Tamarind and mint sauces were very good as well. I over - ordered intentionally because this restaurant is a fairly lengthy drive from my house, so I wanted to try out a couple of things. I took much of the tasty Aloo Zeera to go, and enjoyed it the next morning, along with some naan which I turned into naan avocado toast. I highly recommend and will return in the near future. read more

We went there for the first time with our friend. The food quality was amazing. The portion site was huge for their lunch specials. The selection off of the lunch buffet was amazing while still offering a full menu on the side. read more

Yay! So happy I finally found good Indian food near me! Walked in to pick up our order and was greeted with a smile right away. The staff was friendly. Inside was cute and really clean. My friend and I ordered the samosas, butter chicken, and garlic naan. I will have to say this was probably the best I've had in a long time! Every bite of everything was perfect! The butter chicken came with rice and all the food was enough for 2 people. I am looking forward to either eating there next time or order take out again and try out other items on the menu. read more

Stopped and grabbed some lunch with my dad here. Great lunch special allows you to try two or three of the entrees along with ice and naan bread. The naan is not the best I've had but for the price you can't beat this place. All the dishes are flavorful and the mango lissi are phenomenal! read more

I don't eat Indian food often but I wanted to try Qcurrys because everyone has been raving about it. I asked the waiter to bring some of their most popular dishes and everything was absolutely delicious. We were kind of floored to be honest - the food is so fresh and homemade and the flavors are outstanding. Highly recommended! read more

Excellent food (best samosas) and service. At lunch they have 5 main items already made like chicken tikka masala, channa masala, palak paneer and dal so you get it quick and it's delicious. You can get it to go or eat in, comes with rice and naan bread. The owner is always there to make sure of the high quality of the food. You also can pick any spice level. read more

This place gives the feel of Fast Food Indian restaurant and smells appetising when you enter the place. We ordered a very basic meal consisting of Yellow Dal, Aloo Jeera, Jeera Rice and Paneer Tikka. The paneer tikka was really delicious but a bit pricey. Dal was normal and comes with a side of plain rice and Jeera Rice was made with Biryani rice. The staff were courteous and the ambience was good. read more

while on break from driving the bus through Wheaton I tried this spot for lunch. I was greeted & assisted at the register by Kishan, he displayed exemplary kindness and customer service. I wanted my food extra spicy and he made sure it was just as I desired, flavorful as it was hot, freshly prepared and came out quick enough to enjoy my meal during my short break. highly recommend this establishment for an above and beyond dining experience! read more

Spacious place and good customer service. We talked with the owner, very friendly, and sought our feedback. It's spacious and close to Wheaton train station. One of the few Indian restaurants open in the afternoon. Service is good, but all food came at once, so next time, I will ask them to stagger the app and then main. The food is served on the paper plates. Beer glass was plastic. Also, onion and chili are not complimentary. The prices r in line with other indian restaurants, so these options do not feel valuable. Mango Lassi was good, neither super sweet nor super thick consistency. Tried aloo tikki chaat. It felt a little dry for my taste. The owner recommended that next time, ask for chutnies on the side. Laccha paratha and onion kulcha were good. Really liked the Malai kofta. Not big fan of paneer kadai as the curry was not thick for my taste. Curry came with the rice. read more

So I was in the mood for Indian food. and I was in the downtown Wheaton area and found this wonderful place ... I was quite surprised ... It had more of a fast-food carryout vibe ... but don't be fooled. Their dishes were authentic ... One of my favorite Indian dishes is Chicken Tikka Masala. Chicken was cooked perfect with a perfect blend of spices ... a little bit sweeter than other places I've had but overall it was delicious. I can't have Chicken Tikka Masala without garlic naan bread ... Chicken Biryani was the next entree, this aromatic dish was bursting with flavors and vibrant color..... Oh my God, I almost forgot..I ordered samosas One of the best ones I've ever had. They were huge, with just enough spice, and just enough heat... .. If I wasn't reeled in with that Biryani you definitely got me, on those samosas.... It was a pleasure to meet the owner who was taking the order. I have nothing but respect for an owner who takes control of the restaurant by being on the front line interacting with the customer... It could have been a little overwhelming for a customer that's not really familiar with Indian dishes and they offer a different concept more of a buffet format..if I'm correct.. that will allow you to try a few different entrees.. I chose to order straight off the menu. It's nice to have the option...... The food was ready in minutes. I would have thought how could it be so good it came up so fast..... But I couldn't had had a tastier dinner had I sat down in an actual high-end Indian restaurant.. Don't pass this restaurant up... ... read more

Third time here. I wish we lived closer or we'd be there a couple times a month. Absolutely fantastic. My wife and I got 4 dishes to shares for a few nights and each was awesome. Chicken Saag A+ Chicken curry A+ Chana Masala A+ Lamb Madras A+ I really like hot food. Often going with the hottest at most places, medium or hot are perfect here. Plenty of heat and flavor. We will be back. read more

This place is wonderful! The food is flavorful and well prepared, and the service is super nice. We've been here about once a month for the past year. We've especially like the benghan barta, channa masala, saag paneer, daal. It's all good! The servers are nice and prompt, filling water frequently and checking in, though once when it was very busy service took awhile. Oh also samosas are really good! We will definitely keep coming back. Also they do takeaway! Nice atmosphere read more

Super delish! Love Indian food and it's one food I haven't tried cooking due to complexity of ingredients. Why would I since I can walk here to this spot!!!?! Ordered a bunch of different items since it was our first time coming. Lamb Saag, samosas, vegetable biriani, garlic naan and chicken tikka masala! Saag was great! It's always my favorite and this place did not disappoint. Garlic naan is always a must as well. You can order from your table off your phone. I don't mind that at all. The owner came and checked in, he was very friendly and appreciative of our patronage. I would recommend this place for sure. read more

Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Extensive gluten free selection. Very attentive service and fast. Fun decorations!

Everything about this place screamed authentic Indian food. Then, we ordered the butter chicken and it was just okay. The naan were dry and old too. I personally won't be back read more

everything was delicious-veg biryani, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, lamb masala and garlic naan. our server, Mohan, i think his name was, was so nice and helpful. the very gracious owner came out to check on us. i took off one start for the wine, which we all agreed was very watery and tasteless- chardonnay and pinot grigio. stick with the beer, and you'll be fine! great place....highly recommend. read more

So I stopped by here for lunch today while in the area. The food was decent. It's pretty much a fast casual service model, because I ordered at the counter and they brought the food to my table. What I really wanted was a 2-item combo with Paneer and Daal, but they did not budge from their menu and pre-prepared 5 items to choose from. By the way, these items seem to be fixed and hard-coded, so you can't really ever try something different. 2 of the options were chicken and so as a vegetarian, you are really left with just 3 options to choose from and that's really limiting. I offered to pay a bit extra and get the items I wanted, but nope. So I was tempted to just leave and then I figured I will just get the full portions and just take the leftovers home. The food itself was fine. But for a quick service model, I paid approx $33 for 2 entrees and one garlic naan. No drinks. The lunch deal is much more palatable, but again, the inflexibility made it... moot. I'm going to give this place an extra star, just because they seem to be a newer place and seem to have impeccable reviews otherwise. So I get that you can't please everyone and maybe what I was looking for was just too unique. Personally, I wouldn't go back for a lunch visit given the cost factor. Also, the food was good, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. Very rich and creamy, which many places in the area read more

Excellent dal makhani from this place. Great to see this new addition to downtown Wheaton. Right by Metra station so very convenient for grab-and-go meal. Great food and wonderful service! Our server helped us pick the medium spice level and it was perfect and not too spicy. We typically head to India Palace but since they are closed on Tuesday's we decided to try Qcurrys instead. It compares favorably with slight differences in taste. Curry definitely has the edge with samosas - they are fantastic. And though I would classify this as "fast casual " I think the decor/atmosphere is nicer than India Palace. Downside is that it's a little difficult to find parking but there is a parking garage about 2 blocks away. read more
