It seems they might be short on people. If you leave a message as the system instructs, you do not hear back. You can keep calling back and no one answers once they are open. They have a service that is not within Colorado who eventually picks up the call and takes messages only. They have no information on any details of the company, just takes a message. I hope something changes in the very near future. It is not the staffs issue; they need better support. The staff is always professional and so nice. NETEO internet system itself is great. The issue is lack of communication. It was the best out there for internet service up in the foothills. The internet service itself is great and the price is very reasonable. Once outages became frequent, I began tracking them with NetUptimeMonitor. I was averaging 6-7 outages per month, ranging from minutes to hours. Customer service acknowledged the outages but did nothing if the service was back by the time I called. They never investigated why I was experiencing such frequent interruptions -- it was clear they didn't care. If you need a dependable internet connection, look elsewhere.

The customer service was VERY friendly and so easy to make an appointment with. We had to make some extra phone contacts since my husband travels for work. And that all went smoothly. They approved the set up process based on when he was last home. It was easy to get a date. We got a date a few weeks out from when we called to get service hooked up. The service guy came and was very professional and got it all hooked up and turned on in under an hour for us. Currently due to covid, if you are going to interact with their employees you do need to wear a mask. but its pretty minimal. We were so thrilled when we saw the door hanger on our step that we were ready to go. They also have a way you can get an email when connexion service is ready for your house. The internet is working awesome! We are SO happy and we highly recommend this service!

There are two of us in the house that work from home, this is literally our lively hood. We had an appointment for another tech to come to our place, and they canceled it without telling us. They sent an email after they were supposed to be here. They don't really seem to care about customer service at all.
