Out of all the companies we called Jos'e (Owner) with J Pools was so professional and polite he came out promptly and thoroughly diagnosed the problems! Our pool maintenance Co. had our waters PH in bad shape causing calcium build up on tile and pool walls. Jos'e quoted such reasonable options for replacing pump, drain water; acid wash and blast off all the calcium buildup off Spanish tiles. So very important to regulate all chems!
