The day I moved in the heater was non-functional and I subsequently had two companies evaluate. Both have determined that the spa heater has not been functional apparently for a long while. Depending on this inspection has resulted in a large financial loss. I would not recommend.

There are many shady and crappy pool services out there, so we are more than happy that we found a trustworthy person taking care of our pool, especially after our last pool service technician has stolen our gas heater. Adam is doing a very good job maintaining the pool and its chemicals. We also asked him to supply and install a new gas heater as well as a pool robot. Both work great. While many larger services use employees who often do not care, Adam is the owner and the technician in one person. This way you can be sure that the works are done with extra care. I recommend Adam without restrictions to everyone who needs help with his pool!

I gave Bob 2 stars and here's why. He shows up every week promptly with no problems which is…read morefantastic however, if you don't have your own robotic pool cleaner (that vacuums consistently daily), then you're out of luck. With the strong winds we've been getting lately and dust settling on the floor of the pool, I asked if he vacuumed. He instead quit by responding that he cleans 20-25 pools a day and does not have time to vacuum pools. Even though I was paid up for the rest of the month (4 more Tuesdays), he did not give me any notice to find a new cleaner and left me hanging. Of course he did reimburse me for the rest of the month and I do appreciate his honesty that he does NOT vacuum pools, I just wish he had informed me of this 9 months ago when I hired him. I'm a flight attendant and due to my schedule, I have to rely on the honor system and it's very upsetting to find out that my pool hasn't been vacuumed in over 9 months. Initially, I thought he told me that he vacuums when needed. As I only hire companies that vacuum due to not having my own robotic pool cleaner. Good news though, I just found another company to provide weekly cleaning services. They reassured me that vacuuming EVERY WEEK is included as part of the service and wahoo- it's the same monthly price as I was paying Bob. So, just so you know, he may not tell you that he doesn't vacuum pools and if you're ok with this and have your own robotic cleaner, then that's great. He does show up every week and is very informative, reliable, and friendly. I just wanted to share my personal experience that I had with him and will include a screen shot from him showing that he does not have time to vacuum pools.
