This company is Awesome!!! When it comes to taking care of pools. I won't use anyone else!!!

Power Play Pool Company did an excellent job on our pool tile. It looks like new! Ron was informative and helpful. I really liked that the estimator is the one who did the job. He was prompt each time he was supposed to arrive. He kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company. Their bid was very fair in comparison to another company that bid. Be sure the draining of the pool is done correctly for your required HOA. I would definitely use Ron again. read more

For the Henderson area, Ron is your best man for pool tile cleaning. He came in and bead blasted my pool tiles in one afternoon and painted some protection finish on the tile to make them looking new again. This was a lot less expansive than replacing the tiles which had gathered calcium over the years from our NV hard water. Ron is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend his company Power Play Pool Solutions. read more

I can't say enough good things about Ron! He came over straight from the airport after just getting back to Vegas. He didn't want to treat or even give me any advice until he could see the pool and my yard. He spent an hour answering my questions and explaining things to me in detail and didn't ask for a penny. (I Zelled him $50 because I felt so guilty after getting so much help from him.) If you've ever tried to take care of your own pool and you use the internet for information, you know how much contradictory info there is. One guy says one thing and 10 other guys say 10 other things. Ron gave me his take on all of it. His experiences and what's worked for him over the years and how I should proceed. He knew I was capable of doing it myself so there was never any sort of "sales" talk from him. He even offered to talk to my landlord to explain our pool needs! I wish everyone who ran a business ran it like Ron does. He cares about people! Don't hesitate to call him when you feel overwhelmed with pool problems. After spending nearly $600 in chemicals and supplies and spending a couple weeks, everyday on trying to get rid of my algae, he showed me how to get to the finish line! If I can't fix these problems I'm having and need a pro to deal with it, you know who I'm gonna hire! Thanks, Ron! You're AWESOME! read more

If I could give Ron and his crew more than 5 stars I would! We have gone to Power Play Pools for various things over the past couple of years. Last year, they drained and bead blasted our tile after 5 years of build-up! They did an excellent job and left the tile looking brand new. Dorian has also helped us out with various electrical issues! They were also the most affordable of all of the quotes I received. Lastly, the owner, Ron, is so responsive, honest, and knowledgeable! Dorian and Ron cleaned my pool this week and did a FANTASTIC job. Highly recommend their service.

We needed a water feature converted in our backyard due to years of missed maintenance (rental property). We asked Power Play to come in and clean years of deposits that we had tried removing ourselves with multiple products but could never get clean. The before and after photos speak for themselves...our stone and feature wall look brand new. We are thrilled with the results!! read more

Ron came by to give an estimate to remove all the calcium on the tiles surrounding our pool. He spent over an hour walking the pool, giving us advice on how to treat and maintain the system, which filters to add to improve smooth operation of the cleaning system. We got a quote early the next morning, agreed to proceed in 2 days and Ron's crew showed up and did an excellent job of removing 100 % of the calcium, cleaning up the pool loungers and restoring our pool to perfection. We had Power Play Pool Solutions out to do our acid wash. Ron came to the house and gave us an estimate initially. He walked us through the process and options on scheduling. Ron also noticed that our auto fill valve was not working, putting the water level too high. Within a few days they came out and completed the job along with replacing the valve, adjusting the chemicals and answering all of our questions on our pool equipment. Our pool looks like new again! We could not be happier with the service received. We definitely recommend Power Pool Solutions. read more

I was having issues getting my pool, chemicals, balanced, and lots of calcium buildup on my pool tile. I couldn't get it figured out so I asked around and was referred to Ron at PowerPlay. I called Ron and that same day he came by the house and checked everything out and I was really impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of pools. He immediately got to work draining the pool and then they got my tiles all cleaned up and filled the pool back up and restarted it and ever since then it's been running perfect. Anytime I have any questions about anything that has to do with my pool I call Ron because he has so many connections in the pool industry. He will lead me in the right path to make sure I'm taken care of. Thank you for all your help!! read more

I don't post many reviews , but this one was necessary , have a 8 year pool that had tons of calcium on the tile and the plaster was disastrous so I thought, nothing to be proud of , I had great communication, told me exactly the steps they were taking and the pool looks like it is brand spanking new again, plaster looks amazing with the acid wash and the tile has no more calcium and looks absolutely amazing. Kudo's to this company for making me feel like I got more than what I paid for. read more

Best service ive ever had in Vegas. I had a water leak at my house and had literally 6 plumbers, 3 pool companies and 3 landscapers come over and try and find it and Dorian came over and identified the problem almost immediately where these others couldn't. He was able to come back and fix it right way and the cost was $165 where others were wanting to charge me $7,500-$10k to fix what they thought was wrong. He helped me avoid these all too common Vegas scammers. He even came back twice to check on everything and help me when one of the plumbers cranked my pool water up and made the pool ovrflow onto the patio. Dorian came over immediatley to fix the problem someone else created. I highly highly recommend Dorian for any work you need. Very reliable, very professional and not trying to scam you. Those of us who live in Vegas knows everyone is trying to overcharge and scam you here. Not this company. read more
