Weekly reports lacked basic chemical breakdowns and only provided a photo of a meter. ​Weeks of Ignored Algae Blooms: Despite multiple messages alerting them to worsening algae over several weeks, proper testing (like CYA) wasn't done until a company leader flagged it when called me after I notified them I was cancelling. ​Offering free service doesn't fix persistent bad service. When we contacted him, he claimed we let him go too soon and he wanted to add algaecide to the pool before cleaning the filters. When confronted with text messages that said, "I will do it today," he claimed it was a miscommunication. He gets one star for being polite, but none for taking good care of our pool.
