The room we were assigned did not match the photos or description on the listing. The windows were completely blocked, leaving the room feeling fully enclosed. This was never disclosed before booking. I have claustrophobia, and upon entering the room I experienced a panic attack. I immediately informed the property and requested that the reservation be canceled because I could not safely stay in that room. Instead of showing empathy or offering a reasonable solution, the staff were rude and dismissive. I also contacted Booking.com while I was still at the property. Based on the guidance I received, I left the hotel and had to urgently find another place to stay late at night while traveling alone with my two young children. This caused significant stress and unexpected financial loss. My biggest concern is that this type of room is not clearly disclosed in the listing. Guests deserve accurate photos and descriptions, especially when conditions like blocked windows or enclosed rooms could have a serious impact on someone with claustrophobia or other medical conditions. I strongly urge future guests to read reviews carefully before booking this property. Transparency and guest safety should always come before misleading listings. I hope both the property and Booking.com take this seriously so that no other family has to go through what we experienced.

Over the year he cared for it, the pool stayed clear and he came out to scrub the pool once a week, but I never once saw him test our water levels (We have cameras all around our home). A few months ago, he mentioned that someone would come out to clean our filters. Nobody showed. We assumed he forgot or that it would eventually get taken care of, but 3-4 months passed and still nothing. As winter came around, we started using our hot tub again and noticed it took forever to heat, the jets were pushing out cloudy/foamy water, and the pump wasn't running with steady pressure. My husband opened the filter compartment and found the filters filthy beyond saving. We ended up spending over $400 to replace them, which could have been avoided if the filter cleaning had actually been done. We ended service with Dave and took a water sample to Leslie's. The test showed high levels of TDS, CyA, alkalinity, calcium hardness, FAC, and phosphates--things that can promote algae growth, reduce chlorine effectiveness, clog filters, affect heaters, and cause skin irritation. Their recommendation was to drain the pool and start over. All of this could have been prevented with proper and consistent care.

Also, the hot tub spa was murky, but didn't seem as bad, as compared to the pool. Looks like all of the signs were replaced, to show the new cleaning service's info. "Spa Blanket" instructions were at the hot tub spa. It looks like bubble wrap for packing merchandise into boxes for shipping. You'd think that there would be handles on it, or some place for it to be placed, but it was on the grass, a bit far off.

They told me all the parts I needed to get for my pool and after I bought everything they told me to get, I received a surprise email from Lisa saying they will not be servicing my pool. There was absolutely no explanation as to why and I'm shocked this is how they treated me as a new customer after coming to service my pool one time. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED at the treatment after I spent hundreds of dollars buying everything they recommended and can only image there's foul play here. I feel there's prejudice happening because there was no reason to drop my pool. I'm still in shock that they left me hanging the way they did.
