WORST DECISION TO GO TODAY I went in to get my acrylics removed and the lady sat me down 25 min after waiting and let my fingers soak on nail polish for 20-30 min! I was already pissed and another different lady came in and tried drilling off the excess acrylic from my nail and she seemed inexperienced and nicked my skin FOUR times and it hurts each time. I WOULD BE SCARD EVERY TIME SHE STARTS AGAIN and this lady had the mind to say to RELAX MY HAND HAHAHA Another different lady came in to continue to remove it and she was more in control and experienced, after the inexperienced lady came back to finish it and it SUCKED. My hands was rough because some acrylic stuck to my skin and IT harden on my skin while it as soaking for SO many minutes. I had to leave because I was there for Almost TWO HOURS JUST TO REMOVE ACRYLIC NAIL!!!!!! And in the end the inexperienced lady charged me $17. THE AUDACITY. On the board it says $10 and up she did not do anything extra. I've been to this place two times before and I had an okay experience, I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. read more

I brought my daughters here. We had a really good experience. They did a very nice job on all three manicures. I got cat eye gel and my daughters each got gel with a marble look. We went on 2/19 and one month later my nails still look great! I'm changing the polish because they are grown out. They didn't chip or peel at all. read more

I came to this place based on the yelp reviews. NEVER again will I come here. My daughter and I were here for almost 3 hours, we wanted both pedicure and manicure sets, but only ended up with manicure and a set of acrylics nails. The person doing my daughter's nails kept messing up and starting all over again, finally someone came to assist the gentleman and took over. When I walked in I was greeted and asked what I would like I told the woman I wanted a long full set and a toenail polish change she told me to go sit down where they do the pedicures another woman started doing my toenail polish change, the woman who greeted me came and set up a little station right beside me I was confused because I only wanted a nail polish change for my toes and I knew it wouldn't be long but she wanted to start my nails so she started to glue my nail tips on, then right away she started to do my acrylic she did not buff the nail tip so it would be flat with my natural nail nor did she put any dehydrator or primer I noticed after my first nail and asked her if she was going to use primer and dehydrator she said that she likes to do it one nail at a time I knew she was full of it! So I pretended to watch TV while still looking at her in the side of my eye she never put the primer on finally after 4 nails I told her to please use dehydrator at least she did look a little fussy but then on the last five nails she did use dehydrator this really got me annoyed I know my nails are going to lift within a week . she did the acrylic and did not sand or drill my nails I went from getting the acrylic to paint no drilling in between. The woman did a nice paint job but she charged me $15 for gel polish and then I got charged $12 for a toenail polish change not a pedicure my total bill was $60 and my nails were not as long as I wanted them she cut more than I wanted off. read more

This is the only Nail Salon I have found that follows CA state regulations for cleaning clippers etc. Disinfected with EPA-registered disinfectant and sealed in a packet for a one time use. I am diabetic and was told by my doctor that this was the only way to avoid losing limbs due to infections. read more

Tried this place out cuz it's 5 mins away from my house. I was skeptical cus of some of the bad reviews and sadly I'm adding to these terrible reviews. I have natural long strong nails so I went in for just a gel color change on my natural nails. I always get coffin shape on my long natural nails so I asked them to cut them just a bit and keep them coffin shape. The lady DID NOT know how to file or shape nails. Coffin shape became soooo crooked on one side and sooooo skinny. The more I told her it was crooked the more she would file the other side and it got to a point where my nails became so pointy skinny AND STILL crooked. I kept calm and just thought I'd tell them to stop filing so I can just file them my self at home. Then I asked for an overlay on my thumbs cus the nail broke on the side. I also was waiting for them to start working on me again for 15 mins cus my First Lady went and started someone else. Another lady came and did it then she filed the side of my thumb like there so no tomorrow and made it EXTREMELY crooked that it broke skin and now it looks ridiculous. So then I couldn't keep my calm anymore and started going off on everyone about how crooked and terrible my nails looks and they ruined my natural nails. So a THIRD lady came and she told me to let her fix the shape. I was hesitant cus my nails were already filed so skinny and u can only do so much at that point. But she actually did fix them a bit and she even told me the other ladies don't know how to do coffin shape. It woulda been nice of them to let me know instead of attempting and fucking up my real nails. And the worst part is that I'm 7 months pregnant and these are suppose to be my baby shower nails in two days and they are terrible. Worst experience I've ever had. I will continue to get my nails done in rancho or pay extra somewhere else than come back here. My thumbs are beyond crooked and sore and bleeding l. read more

They were able to take me without an appointment, but they are recommended. Great service from Megan, Diana, and Scott. Recommend the reflexology pedicure. I just got home from getting my nails done and I had to leave a review. This is my first review on Yelp and this nail salon deserves it. I have never been here before but it was close to my house. I seen it got good reviews even if it did have only 4 reviews bc of it being recently under new management. I got a full set by LILY. I got there when it opened at 10am on Friday morning. I was there for 11/2 hrs which was fine bc she put SO much dedication and precision into her work. This place is smaller compared to other places I went to. It has 5 nail stations and 4 pedicure chairs. The place was clean and the whole staff was really kind. They even have a reward punch card, on 10th visit you get $10off. She measured the nails side by side to make sure they were all the same length and even cleaned under the nails to get out any excess acrylic. Even after she put gel she would look at each nail to make sure color was applied correctly and she would fix any imperfections. They do charge more by length of nail but that's ok with me. For my full set coffin nails with gel it came to $35 with $1 card fee. Again totally fine with me bc I have paid more at other places for ok nails. Full sets are $20+, and with gel extra $10. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to my girl LILY. read more
