After tons of research and 10 interviews, Coast to Coast was the obvious choice. Their in-house insurance specialist/project manager setup is a well-oiled machine. Casey blew me away with his experience and professionalism and handled insurance flawlessly. Bolo was an excellent PM, with quick communication throughout the project. I'm very particular about quality, and whenever I raised a concern, it was addressed quickly and properly. Minimal surprises, flexible throughout, and genuinely easy to work with. I'd absolutely use Coast to Coast again for their insurance expertise, reputation, and service.

Casey gave me a rundown of what needed to be completed and even caught some things others didn't which was absolutely crucial. He also handled my insurance company so I could get enough coverage for the work that needed to be done. The insurance was very resistant, but they finally caved thanks to Casey. David was the absolute best in overseeing my bathroom restoration. He communicates in a timely manner and is very thorough with his work. I was told I would need my vanity replaced but I wanted to keep the old vanity top. David went out of his way to find the exact dimensions so that there would be no fuss. There was trouble when I ordered the vanity from home depot, but David was able to find the exact same vanity for a similar price and really came through for us. He is also a very friendly and personable individual. I highly recommend working with David. Overall everyone in Coast to Coast Restoration was excellent to work with and though I hope nothing like this ever happens again, I will only be calling them if anything ever happens in the future.

When we started, we only knew what we didn't like about our current kitchen. Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.

We recently completed a major remodel with TNT Design and Build, and now that everything is…read morefinished, we're very happy with the result. The kitchen and primary bathroom were the biggest transformations, but the new staircase and tile work on the risers are probably what grab you first when you walk into the house. The quality of the finished work really shows. Austin was an excellent project manager and had a lot to coordinate on a pretty involved project across multiple trades. Tabo and others did excellent plumbing work, including some fairly complicated changes with our Brizo shower and bath fixtures. Armando and others handled the electrical work, including getting our Lutron Caseta lighting set up throughout the house. Ivan and Juan Carlos did beautiful, artistic tile and masonry work, including the fireplace, which is one of the highlights of the remodel. Dakota did expert fabrication and installation of our Taj Mahal quartzite and large-format porcelain slabs, and Damian and David built and stained a beautiful new staircase that completely changed the entrance to our home. The tile work, stairs, fireplace, plumbing, and stonework are all areas where the craftsmanship really stands out. Austin was always kind, patient, and positive, even when there were problems to work through. His personality is honestly tailor-made for project management, and he was good at pushing things in the right direction without creating unnecessary drama. There were a few points where things were moving slower than expected and I reached out to the owner to help grease the skids, which helped get things moving again. Austin was also very good about addressing things he knew bothered us, no matter how small. The biggest area for improvement was the schedule. The project took a bit longer than we expected, and for a project this involved, I think more realistic milestones and completion targets could have been established up front and updated along the way. There were stretches where we were guessing when certain things would actually be finished. My advice to anyone starting a large remodel would be to ask a lot of questions about the schedule at the beginning, get realistic milestones clearly defined, and then be patient. Having worked with other contractors in the past, we know some of this is just part of remodeling, and I think TNT managed it much better than others we've worked with before. That said, remodeling is ultimately about what you're left with when everyone is gone, and we're extremely happy with what TNT built for us. The workmanship made it worth the wait, and we would absolutely recommend them to someone who puts quality ahead of rushing through a job. I'd much prefer the former than the latter!

Our bathroom had experienced a separate water leak which had been repaired but the bathroom walls and door needed repair. The door wouldn't shut and the wall near the toilet had seen better days. Leo made a visit to our house, quickly determined that there were some repairs needed but we didn't need a remodel. He made some sound, considerate advice based on his many years of construction experience and pointed out some design considerations that would really help in any future remodel. During the construction phase, Leo's team were on time as scheduled, professional, thoughtful of their surroundings. The workers were considerate and mindful that they were in a household - keeping their job site clean and doing a professional job with their repair. Worked fast and completed the project early because Dan knew I had a short deadline. After I saw how good he was, I hired him for a Second much bigger job that was a complete demo of my kitchen and full remodel, including cabinets, countertops, etc. The end result was better than I ever dreamed. Here's what makes Dmb stand out from the rest. Dan was refreshingly transparent and honest with ALL aspects of my project. No BS. Once into the project, he suggested a couple of changes from the original plan that greatly enhanced the final look of my kitchen. He also convinced me to change my countertop product to a less expensive material that would be easier to upkeep and still look great. Saved me several thousand dollars on that one! I liked communicating with Dan because he is first and foremost a professional, explains things clearly (sometimes over and over for me to fully comprehend), and is so patient and kind hearted. During the entire process, he often said he wanted me to be happy with the results of any decision I made and he would do whatever it took to make that happen. When I became anxious, he would patiently reiterate my choices and help guide me to what the final result would look like. That helped me make decisions that I ultimately loved. And his crew is fantastic. He has assembled a skilled team of guys who emulate many of the same caring characteristics that Dan possesses. His prices are reasonable--he's not cheap nor is he out of the ballpark expensive. He consistently maintained a cost conscious approach towards me as his customer. We remodeled this house from out of town, so that added an extra level of complication. We were really happy with Mike and his team. He referred us to a designer, that we loved. He sourced and managed almost all of the trades that came through and they were excellent. This was our first home, and our first remodel. I have heard horror stories about remodels gone wrong, and we were so lucky to have found Elevation 92. The only minor headaches we had were supply chain related, and that can't be helped. 2 examples that I think show Mike's character and what it is like working with him: 1. There was a miscommunication over the automatic blinds that came with the house. We wanted to keep them, but some were misplaced or damaged during demo. When we raised this with Mike he immediately said he would cover the cost to repair or replace. I didn't have to ask, it was just a given that he would do this. I really appreciated this. 2. There was one small part of some touch up work that I was not 100% happy with. It was not up to the standard of the rest of his work (which was excellent). I expressed my concerns, and Mike had a different team come in and fix it. There were no denials or excuses, he just fixed it. We have additional work we will be doing on the house next year and we will definitely using Mike and his team.
